气囊装置用罩以及气囊装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气囊装置用罩,其具有在气囊膨胀时从内饰面板沿着撕裂线开裂而向车室内侧打开的门部的,特别涉及下述一种气囊装置用罩,其通过振动熔敷方式在该门部的周围、里侧熔敷用于进行加固的框体、内衬部件。另外,本发明还涉及具有该气囊装置用罩的气囊装置。
背景技术
特开2005-153545号公报公开了下述气囊装置用罩的一个例子:具有在气囊膨胀时从内饰面板沿着撕裂线开裂而向车室内侧打开的门部,在该门部的周围、里侧通过振动熔敷方式熔敷用于加固的框体、内衬部件。
图5是该公报的气囊装置用罩(在该公报中称为带表皮的车辆用内饰面板)的框体及内衬部件(在该公报中称为补强用树脂制垂片部)的俯视图;图6是图5的VI部分的放大图;图7是沿着图6的VII-VII线的剖视图。
作为该公报的带表皮的车辆用内饰面板(气囊装置用罩)的仪表板1,具有两层结构的仪表板主体7,上述两层结构包括:用聚丙烯(PP)等形成的树脂制基材3和在该基材3的表面上例如通过真空处理紧密结合并利用粘接剂(图示省略)进行粘接的树脂制表皮5。附图标记59表示将该基材3的外侧和里侧连通的、通气用的通孔。
在该仪表板主体7的基材3的背面,沿着气囊装置的保持器的上边缘,环绕设置有槽部9,该槽部9从俯视看大致呈矩形。沿着该槽部9所形成的线状的薄壁部,是在气囊膨胀时引导该仪表板主体7进行开裂的撕裂线(在该公报中称为预定破裂部)11,被该撕裂线11包围的内侧区域形成门部13。在气囊膨胀时,仪表板主体7沿着该撕裂线11开裂,从而使该门部13与其周围的仪表板主体7分离,并向车室内侧打开。
在仪表板主体7中的、该门部13的周围部分的背面,通过振动熔敷方式固定树脂制的框体15。该框体15,具有:沿着该撕裂线11外周的大致呈矩形筒状的框部17;和凸缘部21,从该框部17的上端外周沿着该仪表板主体7的背面向侧外方伸出。该凸缘部21和框部17一体形成。
该框部17,包括:沿车辆宽度方向延伸的前侧框壁(图示省略);相向配置在该前侧框壁的后侧,并沿车辆宽度方向延伸的后侧框壁17b;使上述前侧框壁及后侧框壁17b的左边缘彼此相连地沿车体前后方向延伸的左侧框壁(图示省略);和上述前侧框壁及后侧框壁17b的右边缘彼此相连地沿车体前后方向延伸的右侧框壁(图示省略)。该框部17的上端开口形成气囊鼓出的大致呈矩形状的喷出口19。凸缘部21跨越该框部17的整个圆周地环绕设置。
在该喷出口19的内侧配置了用于对上述门部13进行加固的作为内衬部件的树脂制垂片部25。该垂片部25,在气囊膨胀时与门部13一起打开,由低温状态下不易破损的高韧性的树脂材料形成。相对于此,上述框体15(框部17及凸缘部21)用于对该门部13的周围部分进行加固,由刚性较高的加入玻璃纤维的树脂材料形成。在该垂片部25的基端上一体形成有铰接部27,该铰接部27的基部27a结合在上述框部17的上述框壁与凸缘部21的交叉部上。
该垂片部25的与铰接部27相反一侧的前端部53,配置在架部55上,该架部55设在框部17的后侧框壁17b与凸缘部21的交叉部57的内侧(喷出口19一侧)。
如图7所示,在该垂片部25的前端部53和框部17的后侧框壁17b之间存在狭缝状的间隙C1。并且,在该垂片25的车辆宽度方向上的两端部和框部17的左侧框壁及右侧框壁之间也分别存在狭缝状的间隙C2。上述间隙C1、C2相连。如图6和图7所示,上述撕裂线11以与所述间隙C1、C2重叠或经过其附近的位置关系进行延伸设置。
在上述凸缘部21和垂片部25的上表面上,一体地突出设置了纵横延伸的格子状的熔敷加强筋31。在振动熔敷中的振幅方向和与该振幅方向正交的方向上,分别隔开规定间隔地延伸设置了多条熔敷加强筋31。另外,一般而言,沿该振幅方向延伸的熔敷加强筋31彼此之间的间隔,比沿着与该振幅方向正交的方向延伸的熔敷加强筋31彼此之间的间隔窄。如图5所示,在该气囊装置用罩中,以图中箭头F的方向(该图的左右方向)作为振幅方向来进行振动熔敷。
如图6所示,在该公报中,为了将被该熔敷加强筋31分隔开的各个格子的内侧空间S彼此连通,对该熔敷加强筋31进行切槽而形成连通槽31a。并且,为了使上述格子的内侧空间S与凸缘部21及垂片部25的里侧空间连通,设有沿上下方向贯通该凸缘部21及垂片部25的通孔61。
将该凸缘部21和垂片部25振动熔敷到仪表板主体7上时,使该凸缘部21和垂片部25分别与仪表板主体7中的门部13的周围部分和该门部的里侧叠合,将熔敷加强筋31压在该仪表板主体7的里面(基材3)上,从而使该凸缘部21及垂片部25与仪表板主体7向图5的箭头F方向产生相对振动。由此,熔敷加强筋31和基材3之间的接触面因摩擦而熔化,从而使两者形成一体。
虽然未图示,但是通过将收容有气囊的保持器与该仪表板1的门部13的里侧相对地进行配置,将气囊装置设置到车辆上。此时,该保持器配置在框体15的框部17的内侧,通过挂钩(图示省略)等连接到该框部17上。气囊膨胀时,通过该膨胀压力挤压门部13而使其沿着撕裂线11开裂,并与垂片部25一起向车室内侧打开。

如上所述,在通过熔敷加强筋31将框体15的凸缘部21及垂片部25振动熔敷到仪表板主体7上的情况下,为了防止熔敷加强筋31的熔融物进入到撕裂线11(槽部9)内,如图6和图7所示,在最接近该撕裂线11的熔敷加强筋31A(凸缘部21一侧)、31B(垂片部25一侧)与该撕裂线11之间分别存在规定值以上的空间。
因此,凸缘部21、垂片部25有时无法充分地固定到仪表板主体7的撕裂线11附近的部分上。如上所述,如果凸缘部21、垂片部25无法充分地固定到撕裂线11附近的部分上,当门部13打开时,则有可能导致撕裂线11以外的部位破裂而向周围飞散。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种气囊装置用罩和具有该气囊装置用罩的气囊装置,所述气囊装置用罩,具有在气囊膨胀时从内饰面板沿着撕裂线开裂而向车室内侧打开的门部,在该门部的周围、里侧通过振动熔敷方式熔敷用于加固的框体、内衬部件,其中,该框体、内衬部件固定到内饰面板的撕裂线附近的部分。

发明效果
在本发明(技术方案1至5)的气囊装置用罩及气囊装置中,从对内饰面板和框体、内衬部件进行熔敷的熔敷加强筋中的、沿着撕裂线延伸的主干加强筋,向该撕裂线延伸设置了分支加强筋,所以通过该分支加强筋将框体、内衬部件牢固地熔敷到内饰面板的撕裂线附近的部分。因此,在门部被气囊挤压而打开时,可以防止或抑制从撕裂线以外的部位开裂的情况。
如技术方案3所示,由于该分支加强筋的宽度小于主干加强筋,所以即使在振动熔敷时该分支加强筋熔化,因为其量较少,所以几乎或完全没有该分支加强筋的熔融物进入撕裂线的情况。
如技术方案4所示,通过从沿着向振动熔敷的振幅方向延伸的撕裂线的主干加强筋,向与该振幅方向交叉的方向延伸设置分支加强筋,可以进一步防止或抑制该分支加强筋的熔融物进入撕裂线的情况。

在该实施方式中,从在凸缘部21及垂片部25的上表面上以格子状延伸设置的熔敷加强筋31中的、最接近撕裂线11且沿振动熔敷时的振幅方向延伸的主干加强筋即熔敷加强筋31A(凸缘部21一侧)、31B(垂片部25一侧),向该撕裂线11分别延伸设置了多个分支加强筋32a、32b。各分支加强筋32a、32b,沿与该振幅方向大致正交的方向延伸。
如图2及图4所示,上述分支加强筋32a、32b,其宽度比熔敷加强筋31A、31B窄,并且相邻的分支加强筋32a和32a、32b和32b彼此之间的间隔,分别比沿着与上述振幅方向正交的方向延伸的熔敷加强筋31、31彼此之间的间隔窄。如图4所示,各分支加强筋32a、32b从凸缘部21的上表面或垂片部25的上表面立起的立起高度,与熔敷加强筋31A、31B相等。如图3所示,各分支加强筋32a、32b一直延伸设置到撕裂线11(槽部9)的边缘部附近。
如图1所示,在该实施方式中,在凸缘部21的铰接部27一侧,也从最接近撕裂线11的熔敷加强筋31A’,向该撕裂线11隔开规定间隔地延伸设置了多个分支加强筋32a。
各分支加强筋32a、32b的宽度优选1.0~5.0mm,特别优选1.0~2.5mm左右。并且,对于上述分支加强筋32a、32b的个数,优选熔敷加强筋(主干加强筋)31A、31B的长度平均每100mm具有5~25个,特别优选为10~18个左右。各分支加强筋32a、32b,优选从撕裂线11(槽部9)的边缘部向与上述振幅方向正交的方向延伸设置到距离为1.0~5.0mm左右的位置,特别优选距离为1.5~3.0mm左右的位置。
该气囊装置用罩的另一结构与上述图5至图7所示气囊装置用罩相同,在图1至图4中,与图5至图7相同的部分使用同一附图标记,并省略说明。
同样地,在该实施方式中,使凸缘部21及垂片部25与仪表板主体7中的、门部(撕裂线11)的周围部分及该门部13的里侧叠合,将熔敷加强筋31(包含31A、31A’、31B)及分支加强筋32a、32b压在该仪表板主体7的里面(基材3)上,通过使该框体15及垂片部25与仪表板主体7向图1的箭头F方向相对振动,使熔敷加强筋31及分支加强筋32a、32b与基材3之间的接触面因摩擦熔化,从而使两者形成一体。
虽然未图示,通过将收容有气囊的保持器与该仪表板1A的门部13的里侧相对地配置,将气囊装置设置到车辆上。此时,该保持器配置在框体15的框部17的内侧,通过挂钩(图示省略)等连接到该框部17上。气囊膨胀时,通过该膨胀压力,挤压门部13而使其沿着撕裂线11开裂,并与垂片部25一起向车室内侧打开。
在该仪表板1A中,由于从撕裂线11周围的熔敷加强筋(主干加强筋)31A、31B向该撕裂线11延伸设置的分支加强筋32a、32b,被熔敷到仪表板主体7中的该撕裂线11附近的部分,所以框体15的凸缘部21和垂片部25被牢固地固定到仪表板主体7的撕裂线11附近的部分。因此,当门部13被气囊挤压而打开时,可以防止或抑制从撕裂线11以外的部位开裂的情况。
另外,在该实施方式中,从沿着振动熔敷的振幅方向延伸的熔敷加强筋31A、31B,朝向与该振幅方向交叉的方向延伸设置了分支加强筋32a、32b,所以进行振动熔敷时,该分支加强筋32a、32b的熔融物几乎或完全不会进入到撕裂线11内。
上述的实施方式只是表示本发明的一个例子,本发明并不限定于上述实施方式。
例如,在上述实施方式中,虽然在凸缘部21和垂片部25的上表面设置熔敷加强筋,但是也可以在仪表板主体7的里面设置熔敷加强筋。
上述实施方式是将本发明应用到仅在门部13的周围环绕设置撕裂线11的类型的气囊装置用罩的应用例,本发明也能够应用于具有横穿门部13的撕裂线、该门部沿着该撕裂线分成多个片而打开的类型的气囊装置用罩中。并且,本发明能够应用于门部(或其一部分)向上方升高而打开的类型的气囊装置用罩中。

Claims (5)

1.一种气囊装置用罩,包括:
构成车室内表面的一部分的内饰面板;
门部,形成于该内饰面板上,在气囊膨胀时从该内饰面板开裂而向车室内侧打开;
撕裂线,为了引导该开裂而环绕设置在该门部的周围;和
框体,固定在该内饰面板中的该门部的周围部分上;
在该内饰面板和该框体之间的接合面的一方设有熔敷加强筋,通过该熔敷加强筋对该内饰面板和该框体进行振动熔敷而成,其特征在于,
该熔敷加强筋,包括沿着该撕裂线延伸设置的主干加强筋和从该主干加强筋向该撕裂线延伸设置的分支加强筋。
2.一种气囊装置用罩,包括:
构成车室内表面的一部分的内饰面板;
门部,形成于该内饰面板上,在气囊膨胀时从该内饰面板开裂而向车室内侧打开;
撕裂线,为了引导该开裂而环绕设置在该门部的周围;
框体,固定在该内饰面板中的该门部的周围部分上;和
内衬部件,固定在该内饰面板中该门部的里侧;
在该内饰面板和该框体之间的接合面的一方以及内饰面板和该内衬部件之间的接合面的一方分别设有熔敷加强筋,通过该熔敷加强筋,该内饰面板和框体及内衬部件进行振动熔敷,其特征在于,
该熔敷加强筋,包括沿着该撕裂线延伸设置的主干加强筋和从该主干加强筋向该撕裂线延伸设置的分支加强筋。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的气囊装置用罩,其特征在于,该分支加强筋的宽度小于该主干加强筋的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的气囊装置用罩,其特征在于,该主干加强筋沿着向振动熔敷的振幅方向延伸的撕裂线延伸设置,该分支加强筋向与该振幅方向交叉的方向延伸设置。
5.一种气囊装置,其特征在于,包括:
权利要求1至4中任一项所述的气囊装置用罩;
与该内饰面板的里侧相对地配置的保持器;
收容在该保持器中的气囊;和
用于使该气囊膨胀的充气机。
