Description

一次性使用的穿着物品的无纺布制表面层
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布制层面，该层面具有很多微小的开孔，较为适合于作一次性使用的失禁垫、卫生巾或一次性使用的医疗用外套穿着用物品的通气性或通气透液性表面。
现有技术
特开昭61-176346号公报揭示了用无纺布作为吸收性物品的表面材料。该表面材料是用纤维直径为10μ以下的10g/m2以上的热熔性疏水性纤维构成的，具有10-50％的开孔率和0.3-2mm的开孔最短直径，在开孔区域边缘熔融纤维。
特开昭63-243360号公报揭示了具有开孔布局的无纺布。该无纺布具有无纺布区域和圆形或椭圆形的开孔布局，无纺布纤维区域实质地具有均匀的纤维密度和平滑的表面。该无纺布的开孔是对放置在有大量球状突起的圆柱体上的纤维布喷射高压柱状水流而得到的。
本发明解决的问题
上述公知的两无纺布是作为一次性使用的失禁垫，卫生巾或一次性使用的医疗用外套穿着用物品的透液性表面层使用的。形成在无纺布上的开孔是相对于被该无纺布覆盖的吸液芯层为快速排走并吸收体液的手段。因比，使用这些无纺布的穿着物品穿到人身上时具有平滑表面的无纺布和穿着者的肌肤密切接触大多数开孔被堵塞，妨碍了体液的快速吸收。另外，无纺布和肌肤的密切接触，肌肤上汗水蒸发不容易，或者易产生斑疹。
本发明就是为了解决作为一次穿着用物品的表面使用时的上述公知无纺布存在的问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明的对象是具有上下表面、由在上述上下表面间延伸的大量微小开孔的无纺布构成的一次性使用穿着物品的表面层。
对于上述的表面层，本发明的特征在于上述无纺布的厚度基本一致，上述开孔各自的面积是0.16-5mm2，只是上述开孔的周边缘局部比上述厚度要厚，处于向上述上表面上方***的状态。
作为一次使用的穿着物品，以卫生巾为例，本发明所涉及的无纺布表面层的详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是使用了本发明涉及的表面层2的卫生巾1的部分割开的透视图。卫生巾1具有透液性的表面层2，不透液性的里面层3和介于这两层2与3之间的吸液性芯层4，表面层2和里面层3在从芯层4的周边缘延伸出的部分重合，且相互水密接合。卫生巾1具有与其厚度方向正交的纵向y和横向x，纵向y比横向x长。
图2是表面层2的部分放大图。表面层2是由无纺布构成的，具有卫生巾1的与穿着者肌肤接触的上表面22和与芯层4接触的下表面23，并具有由大量纤维6形成的纤维区域11和由纤维区域11围起的在上下表面22、23间延伸的多个开孔区域12(一起参照图1)。纤维区域11具有10-100g/m2的单位重量，更好的是包含疏水性纤维80-100重量％和20-0％重量的亲水性纤维，该疏水性纤维构成0.1-10dtex的热塑性合成纤维构成。各开孔区12具有0.16-5mm2的开孔面积，开孔区12的整体占表面层2的表面积的2-60％。开孔区12对其平面形状和表面层2上的布局没有特别限制，但图中纵向长的长圆形开孔区12在纵向y和横向x上基本等间隔形成。
图3是图2的III-III线断面图。表面层2的纤维区11具有基本与整体一样的厚度p，但在各开孔区12的周边缘中，只是开孔区12在纵向y的下端13(一起参照图2)附近的一部分的厚度q比厚度p厚，形成向表面层2的上表面上方升高的***部14。该***部14的裾边沿开孔区12的边缘慢慢降低。且朝图2的y方向向下也慢慢地降低。这样的***部14和其裾边沿开孔区12边缘扩大的范围最好是开孔区12的全周长的1/4-1/2。所述表面层2若根据其用途，最好是平坦部分的厚是0.01-5mm，表观密度0.01-1.5g/cm3。***部14的厚度比厚度p向上厚0.1-2mm，表观密度最好是平坦部分的密度的0.1-5倍。
当穿着使用上述表面层2的卫生巾时，表面层2在***部14的顶部与肌肤接触，与***部14相邻的开孔区12和***部14的周围，表面层2和肌肤之间易产生空隙，能够防止开孔区12受肌肤阻塞。因此，经血流向各自的开孔区12可快速流动到芯层4。由于表面层2和肌肤间产生空隙，因此，能够提高这两者间的通风效果。这种卫生巾1能够防止经血泄漏，同时能够防止堵塞。特别地***部14形成在开孔区12的边缘上，因此，可有效地防止开孔区12被肌肤堵塞。***部14开孔区12的周边缘中的纵向y上的偏倚下端13形成，因此，表面层2和肌肤间的空气可朝着纵向y或横向x快速地在***部14和14之间流动。这样的***部14也可以偏向纵向y上的上端部或横向x方向上的左右两侧边缘的任何一边。***部14的密度比周边的密度高，因此，与肌肤强硬接触，不容易变形。卫生巾1的表面层的纤维区11主要由疏水性热塑性合成纤维形成，因此，经血吸收后仍然确保干燥状与肌肤接触，但表面层2在纤维区11的主要部位，例如在下面23或开孔区12的周边部上也可以涂抹亲水性处理剂。
图4、5、6分别求出本发明的实施例的与图2同样的图，该图的V-V线断面图，以及该图的断面图的VI-VI线断面图。该表面层2由具有上下表面22、23的无纺布层21，与其上面22接合的热塑性合成树脂薄膜层24构成。无纺布21与图2的表面层2同样地形成的，具有纤维区11和开孔区12，薄膜层24由相互间隔平行，朝着一个方向，例如纵向y延伸的多条带片26形成。带片26通过粘接或熔接与无纺布层21接合，在开孔区12沿纵向分断，不堵塞住开孔区12。带片26通过与无纺布层21接合，特别，它在开孔区12的周壁27和***部14上与纤维6接合，在卫生巾1使用时的这些开孔区12和***部14的形状能够确保。相邻带片26彼此最好通过沿横向延伸的跨接部分32连接，通过这样的连接，能够抑制带片相互的动作，确保带片26彼此的平行间隔。如果带片26是半透明或不透明的，则能够隐蔽吸收经血后受污的芯层4。
图7、8是与表示本发明实施例的图5、6相同。此时的表面层2，由于形成带片26的薄膜在带片的两侧边缘28处原纤化，带片26具有向无纺布层21的上表面上方立起的多个细小的毛绒33。这样的带片26与肌肤的接触相当于丝绒的感觉。侧边28有毛绒的带片26是如特开2000-225144号公报所示那样，最好带片26的厚度为0.001-0.05mm，宽度为0.03-3mm，彼此相隔0.1-5mm，毛绒33的高度为0.02-5mm，纵向上为10-100条/cm的比例。
本发明是以卫生巾1为例的表面层2作为一次性使用的*等的表面，特别作为通气性表面层或通气认性表面层使用更好。形成这种表面层2的无纺布上可使用以使用纤维经熔着或机械交合而相互接合的布置。图示例的卫生巾1中，里面层3上使用了热塑性合成树脂薄膜，对于芯层4，在用薄纸5(参照图1)覆盖粉碎纸屑或粉碎纸屑和高吸水性聚合物粒子的混合物的状态下使用。本发明中无纺布的厚度是在承受3g载荷的状态测定的。
发明效果
由于本发明的表面层在各开孔周边局部形成***部，因此，即使与肌肤接触，也不会堵塞开孔，开孔的透液性以及开孔周围的通气性良好。

Claims (7)

1.一种一次性穿着用物品的表面层，该表面层具有上下表面、由在上述上下表面间延伸的多个微小开孔的无纺布构成，其特征在于：
上述无纺布的厚度基本一致，上述开孔各自的面积是0.16-5mm2，只是上述开孔的周边缘局部比上述厚度要厚，处于向上述上表面上方***的状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面层，其特征在于：上述无纺布具有与厚度方向正交的纵向和横向，上述开孔周边缘的***的上述一部分偏倚在上述两个方向中的任何一个上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的表面层，其特征在于：上述开孔周边部***的上述一部分的厚度比该一部分周围的上述无纺布的厚度要向上述上表面上方高出0.1-2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的表面层，其特征在于：上述开孔周边缘部***的上述一部分的表观密度比该一部分周围的上述无纺布的表观密度要高。
5.根据权利要求1至4的任一项所述的表面层，其特征在于：上述开孔在上述无纺布上所占的面积比例是2-60％。
6.根据权利要求1至5的任一项所述的表面层，其特征在于：上述无纺布由热塑性合成纤维构成。
7.根据权利要求1至6的任一项所述的表面层，其特征在于：上述无纺布的上表面被多条热塑性合成树脂薄膜带片覆盖着，所述带片在上述纵向和横向中的任何一方向相互间隔平行地延伸。
