Description

清洗过滤表面的方法和设备
本发明涉及在吸湿器(抽吸干燥机)内有效地利用超声波进行基本上连续的操作来清洗过滤介质(filter medium)的过滤表面的方法和设备。
芬兰专利61,739介绍一种干燥方法和设备,可用来干燥卷状、粉末、实体或多孔的材料,在该方法中要被干燥的材料,通过一个细孔而被液体饱和的吸入表面的中间媒介,与一液体进行液力接触,相对于所要干燥的材料而言,该液体被维持在负压。在所说方法中使用的设备其有一个细孔的液体吸入表面,这些细孔的半径在0.5-2微米的范围内。
细孔液体吸入表面构成吸湿器的过滤装置(介质)的过滤表面,该过滤表面被安排与要被干燥的材料如泥浆接触。当过滤表面例如为平面状,及当在过滤装置的过滤表面对面的表面上造成负压时,由于吸入,在过滤表面上会造成一个由要被干燥的材料过滤出来的泥饼,随后该泥饼将被从过滤表面上刮除。但由于过滤装置的过滤表面的多孔结构,过滤表面容易被堵塞,过滤装置本身也是这样,它会逐渐被要被干燥材料的细粒充满。
在现有技术中已知可用超声波清洗在吸湿器内的过滤装置的过滤表面,如在芬兰专利76,705中说明的那样。在这芬兰专利76,705的方法中,应用超声波需要在用超声波促进清洗期间安排过滤表面使与一个连接而清洗的液体如水接触。在那种情况下,当过滤表面被水包围时,所需超声波能力并不很高,而且由于空穴作用而造成的腐蚀危险也可被消除。但更换环绕过滤装置的材料时会降低吸湿器的有效能力,这样吸湿器的安装和运行费用便会增加。
从芬兰专利82,388可知一种吸湿器的过滤装置的清洗方法,在该方法中基本上紧接在过滤装置的刮除工作后面便是用超声波振荡器进行清洗。在这芬兰专利82,388的方法中,超声波振荡器被设置在要被过滤的泥浆的槽内,位在液面之下,为的是用连续操作的方式进行过滤装置的清洗。当环绕的泥浆具有高固体含量时,所需的超声波能力也会升高。而且由于强烈的空穴作用,环绕的泥浆会腐蚀超声波振荡器的壳体。超声波能力的增加和振荡器壳体的更换都会提高吸湿器的运行费用。
本发明的目的是要消除现有技术的某些缺点并实现一种改进的更可行的设备以便用来清洗在吸湿器内的过滤介质的过滤表面,有效地利用超声波进行基本上连续的操作,使利用超声波的清洗单元能被安装在泥浆表面之上,这样来简化结构并方便维修。
按照本发明,在过滤装置和超声源之间留出一个清洗空间,该清洗空间被一由某些弹性材料制出的密封表面标出,在清洗操作中这个清洗空间保持被液体饱和。为了按照本发明的方法进行清洗,超声源和由某些弹性材料制出的密封表面被安排与要被清洗的过滤表面接触,至少在清洗周期内应该这样做。在清洗周期内,将清洗液输送到清洗空间内,该清洗液取决于要被清洗的表面和在其上所含的物质,例如为水、酸、使用来清洗的液体、加强清洗效果的助剂、或所说这些液体的组合。在清洗周期结束后,清洗单元可有利地移开,这样在清洗周期之间,清洗单元可与要被清洗的过滤表面保持隔开一个距离。
按照本发明的设备有效地具有产生超声的装置和在要被清洗的表面和超声源之间标出所需清洗空间的装置。超声源由一个或数个超声变换器构成,这些变换器相互间可按平行的关系排列,或使变换器的超声辐射以聚焦方式定向。单一的超声变换器也能使它以聚焦的方式操作。为了标出清洗空间,在超声源的周围可有效地安排一个例如由某些弹性材料制成的密封表面,该密封表面能被设置与要被清洗的表面的周围接触。密封表面能被这样设计,或是标出所要清洗的表面上所需清洗的区域,或是标出基本上整个要被清洗的表面。另外,利用由某些弹性材料制成的密封表面,超声源离开要被清洗的表面的距离便可被调节到所需的长度。按照本发明的设备也能在没有超声源时使用,在该情况下用来标出整个清洗空间的零件例如可由某些弹性材料制成。
在清洗周期内,按照本发明的清洗空间有效地形成一个保护表面,其中一个壁位在超声源的前面,另一个壁位在要被清洗的表面的前面。清洗空间的这两个壁被一由某些弹性材料制成的密封表面连接在一起,并被连结到超声源的保护表面上或所说保护表面的周围。
当过滤装置的两个相对侧上都设有过滤表面而要清洗过滤表面时,按照本发明的清洗空间可有效地同时为两个表面造出。在该情况下过滤装置将在两侧被清洗。这样要被清洗的表面能被更改,而新的过滤表面或过滤表面区域的清洗能在两侧同时开始。
按照本发明,由于超声源的安装与充满泥浆而在泥浆中含有要被过滤的固体物的空间分开,因此超声源的壳体可有利地用某些较便宜的材料制成,因为除了位置最接近要被清洗表面的保护表面以外,超声源壳体的其余各壁只要能满足灰尘和溅泼保护所需的质量水平即可,壳体的结构简单还使超声源容易维修。
按照本发明,要被清洗的区域能有利地调节到所需的大小。而且能有效地使用清洗空间的容积,因为清洗液被直接引导到清洗空间内,在使用后还回到它自己的储罐内,首先被重新清洗,然后被再循环,这样所需清洗液的需求量基本不大。另外,清洗可有效地实行在线操作。清洗也可在不中断生产的情况下进行,因为清洗工作完全可与吸湿器的过滤器泥饼的形成、水的排放和泥饼的从过滤表面上清除分开。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明。
图1为在过滤表面的清洗周期内本发明的较优实施例的概略说明图,
图2示出按照图1的实施例在吸湿器内的位置,该吸湿器可在概略的横剖面上看到。
按照图1,在过滤装置1的两个对侧A和B,分别设有过滤表面2和3,与所说这些过滤表面接触的有两个密封表面4,它们标出清洗空间并且是由某些弹性材料制成。密封表面4属于密封元件5,后者被连结到超声源6的周围。密封元件5和超声源6共同构成一个用于清洗的清洗单元7。在密封元件5内,在其两个对侧设有孔眼供清洗液的输入8和排出9。在清洗单元7内装有零件10可用来使清洗单元7在清洗位置和休止位置之间移动。利用运动件10可调节在超声源6与要被清洗的表面2和3之间的距离。
在图2中,吸湿器11具有一个泥浆罐12,有一圆盘14环绕轴线13转动,过滤装置15及其过滤表面2就连结到该圆盘上,有一刮刀16用来刮除在过滤表面2上形成的过滤器泥饼。清洗单元7和包含在其内的超声源6位在泥浆表面17之上,与泥浆空间18离开。

Claims (9)

1.一种清洗吸湿器内过滤装置的过滤表面(2、3)的方法,其特征为,为了标出要被清洗的表面,安排了一个密封表面(4)与所说表面接触,该密封表面为要被密封的表面形成一个基本上封闭的空间,清洗液(7)被引导到这个封闭空间内以资实现清洗。
2.按照权利要求1的方法,其特征为,在清洗过程中应用超声波(6)。
3.按照权利要求2的方法,其特征为,超声波束被聚焦在所要清洗的表面上。
4.按照权利要求1、2或3的方法,其特征为,清洗是在与充满含有要被清洗的固体物的泥浆的空间分开的场所内进行的。
5.一种用来实现按照权利要求1的方法的设备,其特征为,为了标出要被清洗的表面并导引清洗液,可将清洗单元(7)装在要被清洗的表面(2、3)上,为的是造成一个基本封闭的***。
6.按照权利要求5的设备,其特征为,清洗单元(7)由某些弹性材料(4)制成,至少部分被安排与要被清洗的表面接触。
7.按照权利要求5或6的设备,其特征为,清洗单元(7)设有至少一个超声源(6)。
8.按照权利要求7的设备,其特征为,超声源(6)被这样安装使从超声源(6)发出的波束能被聚焦到要被清洗的表面(2、3)上。
9.按照权利要求7或8的设备,其特征为,在超声源(6)与要被清洗的表面(2、3)之间的距离能被调节。
