Abstract

将活性化粘土与细石粉和/或水泥粉、细锯末和/或高粱杆芯粉、少量着色剂和含有硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁或氯化镁等的盐卤或组分与上述盐卤相同的成分混合成糊相;将混合物1送往由玻璃板、丙烯板、聚碳酸酯板、聚氯乙烯板或聚丙烯板中任一种做的连续通过的模制板上,模制板材料就地穿过可与混合物分开的叠轧辊之间,压制出混合物薄板,将薄板表面依次涂以环氧树脂层3、粘结剂层4、贴花薄膜层5、紫外线固化的粘结剂层6和保护膜层7,以得到不燃性人造大理石。

Description

不燃性人造大理石及其制造方法
本发明涉及制造建筑及地板用的不燃性人造大理石的方法及按照此方法制造的不燃性人造大理石。
已经知道,通过将从石粉或水泥等中选出的任何一种与粘结剂或水混合而制造人造大理石的方法有几种形式。
不过,在上述人造大理石的情况下,由于其弯曲强度(力矩)和强度弱(低),它们容易通过轻的打击或压力而断开或裂开。
此外,由于其组分如石粉、水泥、砂等的性能,上述传统的人造大理石不会有平直而光滑的表面,因此不能清晰而又可选择地通过热压印或辊涂向其上转印彩色花纹,除去黑色和白色。
再有,为了制造有颜色的花纹的大理石,在上述人造大理石的原材料中混以小的有颜色的填料,以在大理石的表面上显示有颜色的花纹。
不过,上述大理石不可能有彩色花纹,除去一种或更多种颜色,这是因为,填料的颜色是有限的。
传统的建筑和地板用的人造大理石对轻的打击、热或压力很脆弱,并且不能有可选择的多种彩色表面花纹。
上述已有技术的例子如下:
建筑和地板用的人造大理石的例子已在韩国专利公报No74-305和No 95-8049中作了描述。
前者是一种制造能形成三维彩色花纹的人造大理石的方法,它包括:第一步,将各种矿物质有色粉末按任意的设计图样分层放在透明的合成树脂薄层上,以使一部分得到的有色花纹可以渗入上述合成树脂薄层中;第二步,将由两种或更多种包括可通过不同固化速度和流动性形成有色花纹的热固性合成树脂在内的组分组成的人造大理石成分分层放在与上述薄层一起固化的上述薄合成树脂层上。
但是,由于上述人造大理石包括合成树脂,因此它不具备耐火性和不燃性,以及其三维彩色花纹不能重复显示同样的花纹,因而不能再次得到所需要的花纹。
后者是一种制造人造大理石的方法,它用涂有生物陶瓷粉和有机染料的玻璃颗粒对大理石的表面进行处理。
不过,在上述人造大理石中,不能重复地和任意地选择像那些通过转印一定的多种图样和颜色而显示出来的同样的彩色花纹。
本发明的目的为提供一种建筑和地板用的不燃性大理石,它具有可选择的彩色花纹(图案)。
本发明特别涉及一种通过将活性化的(活化)粘土与任何一种细石粉和/或水泥粉、少量的细锯末和/或高梁杆芯粉、着色剂和含硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁、氯化镁等的盐卤或组分与上述盐卤相同的成分混合后模制而成的人造大理石。
图1是按照本发明的人造大理石的横剖面图。

现在参看附图详细描述制造本发明的人造大理石的方法如下。
将活性化的粘土与细石粉和/或水泥粉,少量的细锯末和/或高梁杆芯粉、少量的着色剂和通过含有硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁和氯化镁等的粗(天然)氯化钠的吸水而得到的盐卤或组分与上述卤盐相同的成分混合,给出混合物1的糊(膏)相,然后将上述糊相混合物1送往从玻璃板、丙烯板、聚碳酸酯板、聚氯乙烯板或聚丙烯板中选出的任何一种做的连续通过的模制板上,而上述模制板的材料则就地穿过可与混合物分开的叠轧辊之间,通过加压给出有一定厚度的混合物薄板,然后将上述薄板在夏天在环境温度下干燥,而在冬天则在内部温度为40~50℃的烘干炉中用热空气干燥大约10小时,将上述干燥的薄板表面用砂纸磨光,在磨光的表面上均匀地涂覆以环氧树脂层3,并依次利用吸附(粘附)涂覆以粘结剂层4、贴花薄膜层5的彩色花纹,可用紫外线固化的粘结剂层6和保护膜层7,并把得到的产品按所需要的尺寸切割,做出建筑和地板用的轻而硬的,可弯曲的不可燃烧的人造大理石。
如上所述的按照本发明的人造大理石有卓越的硬度,它轻而不燃,并且不会打碎,这是因为,在形成人造大理石的组分的活性化粘土中含有像氧化硅(SiO2)、氧化铝(Al2O3)、氧化镁(MgO)、氧化钙(CaO)、氧化钠(Na2O)等这样的矿物性氧化物。
在上述大理石中所含的由像硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁和氯化镁这样的矿物或矿盐组成的盐卤很容易与上述活性化的粘土混合,具有卓越的结合力和凝聚力。
此外,由于混合物薄板的表面经过磨光,平坦而光滑地涂覆以环氧树脂层3,并用粘结剂4传印,所以得到的产品的表面结实,平直,因而最终产品即大理石在交付时显示出与天然颜色相似的微细的彩色花纹。
再有,通过保护大理石表面的可用紫外线固化的粘结剂层6,上述贴花薄膜层4不会被氧化而改变颜色,同时,由于有保护层7,可以总是保持大理石的清晰的表面彩色花纹。

Claims (2)

1.用于制造建筑和地板用的不燃性人造大理石的方法,其特征为,将活性化的粘土与细石粉和/或水泥粉、少量的细锯末和/或高梁杆芯粉、少量的着色剂和通过含有硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁和氯化镁等的天然氯化钠的吸水而得到的盐卤或组分与上述盐卤相同的成分混合,产生混合物的糊相1;将上述糊相混合物1送往从玻璃板、丙烯板、聚碳酸酯板、聚氯乙烯板或聚丙烯板中选出的任何一种做的连续通过的模制板上;将上述模制板的材料就地通过可与混合物分开的叠轧辊之间,通过加压给出有一定厚度的混合物薄板;将上述薄板在夏天在环境温度下干燥,而在冬天则在内部温度为40-50℃的烘干炉中用热空气干燥大约10小时;用砂纸将上述干燥的薄板的表面磨光;在磨光的表面上均匀地涂覆以环氧树脂层3;依次利用吸附涂覆以粘结剂层4、贴花薄膜层5的彩色花纹、可用紫外线固化的粘结剂层6和保护膜层7;以及将所得到的产品按所需尺寸切割,做出建筑和地板用的轻而硬的、可弯曲的不燃性人造大理石。
2.建筑和地板用的不燃性人造大理石,它包括一混合物层1和依次分层设置的环氧树脂层3、粘结剂层4、贴花薄膜层5、可用紫外线固化的粘结剂层6和保护膜层7,该混合物层由活性化的粘土、细石粉和/或水泥粉、锯末和/或高梁杆芯、着色剂、硫酸钙、硅酸钙、镁和氯化镁的组分的混合物组成。
