本发明公开了一种自洁高性能装饰混凝土挂板的制备方法,涉及建筑混泥土挂板技术领域。本发明的装饰混凝土挂板包括装饰面层和结构层,其制备方法包括如下步骤:S01、制作模具并进行前处理;S02、配置装饰面层的混泥土;S03、面层制作;S04、结构层制作;S05、覆膜养护;S06、装饰面层处理。本发明具有力学性能高,吸水率低,表面装饰效果好,耐久性能好,适合大规模生产操作,提升工作效率,综合性价比高的优点,适用各类装饰造型,采用本方法来制作的高性能混凝土挂板,其强度较高,可实现多种装饰造型,适用于大多数装饰混凝土的工程项。

一种自洁高性能装饰混凝土挂板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑混泥土挂板技术领域,特别是涉及一种自洁高性能装饰混凝土挂板的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场现有的产品大致有两种类型:其一是制作未严格控制活性掺合料添加或未添加、纤维含量的控制及水胶比等的控制。故产品质量不高,力学性能较低,易开裂,密实度不高、吸水率较大,耐久性较差等缺点;其二是产品的各项指标按照超高性能混凝土的设计参数进行制作,制作的产品强度较高,力学性能达到了甚至超过重要结构的相关指标。但对于装饰性的板材来说太高的强度是一种资源的浪费,且成本较高;另外,要达到较高的强度会导致在生产过程中材料的黏性较大,对于装饰板材的工艺,不适合大规模操作,故导致生产效率低,大大增加生产成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种自洁高性能装饰混凝土挂板的制备方法有效解决了以上问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的一种自洁高性能装饰混凝土挂板的制备方法,所述装饰混凝土挂板包括装饰面层和结构层,包括如下步骤:
S01、制作模具并进行前处理:按照图纸制作模具,对模具表面进行必要的清理和工艺处理,保证板的装饰效果,处理完之后,喷涂专用的油性脱模剂;
S02、配置装饰面层的混泥土:由水、颜料、硅粉、白水泥、石英砂、专用外加剂顺序依次搅拌均匀;其中采用水泥1000份,细石英砂800-1200份、黑色无机颜料3-5份、黄色无机颜料3-5份、红色无机颜料0.1-0.2份、活性掺合料80-110份、专用外加剂5-8份、水250-300份;
S03、面层制作:将搅拌好的装饰面层的混泥土加入至水泥浇灌设备中,控制浇灌设备于模具内进行浇灌操作,控制面层厚度在2-3mm,面层制作完成后,对折边处和角落处进行处理,避免出现积沙和镂空;
S04、结构层制作:按照具体材料配比为水泥1000份、粗石英砂800-1200份、耐碱纤维40-60份、黑色无机颜料3-5份、黄色无机颜料3-5份、红色无机颜料0.1-0.2份、活性掺合料80~110份、专用外加剂5-8份、水250-300份,放置于搅拌设备内进行搅拌,把搅拌好的料均匀的布在装饰面层上表面,最后待初凝时用滚轮压实;
S05、覆膜养护:将产品至于非风口或阳光直射处,控制适宜的环境温度,以保证产品的养护质量;
S07、装饰面层处理:对养护完的装饰面层通过采用纳米离子渗透型或成膜型防护剂进行处涂覆理,提高耐久性。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的高性能装饰混凝土挂板采用硅酸盐水泥、粗砂、细砂、活性掺合料、专用外加剂、无机颜料及专用保护剂制作,通过严格控制活性掺合料的添加量,纤维量的控制,水胶比及灰砂比的控制来保证产品的综合性能,具有力学性能高,吸水率低,表面装饰效果好,耐久性能好,适合大规模生产操作,提升工作效率,综合性价比高的优点,适用各类装饰造型,采用本方法来制作的高性能混凝土挂板,其强度较高,可实现多种装饰造型,适用于大多数装饰混凝土的工程项。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

请参阅图1所示,本发明的一种自洁高性能装饰混凝土挂板的制备方法,装饰混凝土挂板包括装饰面层和结构层,包括如下步骤:
S01、制作模具并进行前处理:按照图纸制作模具,对模具表面进行必要的清理和工艺处理,保证板的装饰效果,处理完之后,喷涂专用的油性脱模剂;
S02、配置装饰面层的混泥土:由水、颜料、硅粉、白水泥、石英砂、专用外加剂顺序依次搅拌均匀;其中采用水泥1000份,细石英砂1000份、黑色无机颜料4份、黄色无机颜料4份、红色无机颜料0.1份、活性掺合料90份、专用外加剂6份、水280份;
S03、面层制作:将搅拌好的装饰面层的混泥土加入至水泥浇灌设备中,控制浇灌设备于模具内进行浇灌操作,控制面层厚度在2.5mm,面层制作完成后,对折边处和角落处进行处理,避免出现积沙和镂空;
S04、结构层制作:按照具体材料配比为水泥1000份、粗石英砂1000份、耐碱纤维50份、黑色无机颜料4份、黄色无机颜料4份、红色无机颜料0.1份、活性掺合料100份、专用外加剂6份、水280份,放置于搅拌设备内进行搅拌,把搅拌好的料均匀的布在装饰面层上表面,最后待初凝时用滚轮压实;
S05、覆膜养护:将产品至于非风口或阳光直射处,控制适宜的环境温度,以保证产品的养护质量;
S07、装饰面层处理:对养护完的装饰面层通过采用纳米离子渗透型或成膜型防护剂进行处涂覆理,提高耐久性。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果包括:

1.一种自洁高性能装饰混凝土挂板的制备方法,所述装饰混凝土挂板包括装饰面层和结构层,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S01、制作模具并进行前处理:按照图纸制作模具,对模具表面进行必要的清理和工艺处理,保证板的装饰效果,处理完之后,喷涂专用的油性脱模剂;
S02、配置装饰面层的混泥土:由水、颜料、硅粉、白水泥、石英砂、专用外加剂顺序依次搅拌均匀;其中采用水泥1000份,细石英砂800-1200份、黑色无机颜料3-5份、黄色无机颜料3-5份、红色无机颜料0.1-0.2份、活性掺合料80-110份、专用外加剂5-8份、水250-300份;
S03、面层制作:将搅拌好的装饰面层的混泥土加入至水泥浇灌设备中,控制浇灌设备于模具内进行浇灌操作,控制面层厚度在2-3mm,面层制作完成后,对折边处和角落处进行处理,避免出现积沙和镂空;
S04、结构层制作:按照具体材料配比为水泥1000份、粗石英砂800-1200份、耐碱纤维40-60份、黑色无机颜料3-5份、黄色无机颜料3-5份、红色无机颜料0.1-0.2份、活性掺合料80~110份、专用外加剂5-8份、水250-300份,放置于搅拌设备内进行搅拌,把搅拌好的料均匀的布在装饰面层上表面,最后待初凝时用滚轮压实;
S05、覆膜养护:将产品至于非风口或阳光直射处,控制适宜的环境温度,以保证产品的养护质量;
