本发明涉及一种接线夹,采用最节省材料的结构形式。线夹的接触插件由一普通棒形母线和一块冲制成舌状片簧的弹簧钢板构成,被冲制成自由冲件的舌状端头对着棒形母线方向,棒形母线最好采用圆形截面。

Description

电线接线夹
本发明涉及一种带绝缘材料壳的电线接线夹,其中配有一个至少带两个夹线位置的金属接触插件。
每个夹线位置均在一片簧与一母线之间形成,其中母线是供各个夹线位置共用的。片簧为舌状,用一块弹簧钢板冲制而成,各个舌状片簧的根部经过弹簧钢板保持互相连接。被冲制成自由冲件的舌状片簧端头各有一对向母线的夹线棱边,因而各与母线形成一个夹线位置,用来夹紧相互连接的电线。
这种类型的接线夹,现在已知有多种结构形式,例如用于接线盒的接线夹。现在正在大批量生产。
本发明的任务是,构成这种类型的接线夹的金属接触插件,要尽可能节省材料。
这一任务的解决办法在于,呈镜面式对称于中间平面的每两片片簧用一块弹簧钢板冲制而成,使其舌状片簧端头相互间隔有一定距离,舌状片簧端头之间的簧片材料是冲开的(=自由冲件),而母线则采用棒材形状(=棒形母线),布置在自由冲件和中间平面上。
按本发明的接触插件有严格的断开功能。棒形母线只担当导电和触点接通电线的任务。带有片簧的弹簧钢板构件只担当施加夹线作用力的任务,也就是说,没有电流流经弹簧材料。这样,与功能任务结合在一起的情况比较起来,每种构件的材料都能得到更好地利用。因此,构件在节省材料方面能得到更好的优化。
根据权利要求5,棒形母线采用圆形截面,完全能够适应要求的导电截面面积,因为它的任务只需完成导电和使电线触点接通。圆形截面的棒形母线与横对棒形母线插进的单股(实心)电线之间的触点接通是非常良好的。但棒形母线也可以采用其它任何一种截面形状。
根据本发明的原理,夹线位置是成对地相对于中间平面呈镜面式对称布置的,棒形母线就布置在中间平面上。这样,在给定数量的夹线位置情况下,可以使棒形母线的两边长度均等地缩短。这就节省了材料。
带片簧的弹簧钢板构件,根据权利要求2位于相邻的一对片簧之间的弹簧钢板冲制出片簧时,由于留下一段片簧材料作桥形接片,从而提高夹线作用力,更适合于多个夹线位置的使用。
根据权利要求3,如果带有镜面对称于中间平面布置的片簧的弹簧钢板构件在中间平面上有构成一个V角,则显示出本发明的接触插件具有特别紧凑的结构形式。接触插件因而具有更小的外形尺寸,而且,片簧相对于棒形母线的迎角可使电线***相应的夹线位置更加合理。
如果把冲制成片簧的弹簧钢板构件同棒形母线一起预先组装(预先固定)成一个组件,这对于使接触插件容易安装到接线夹的绝缘材料壳内来说,是一大优点。为此,权利要求5结合权利要求4,规定在中间平面上的弹簧钢板在横截面上要有一U形导槽,用以接受棒形母线,并使棒形母线在接受导槽内定位。
下面用图详细说明本发明的一实施例。其中:
图1所示为根据本发明的接触插件,
图2所示为图1的接触插件安装在一绝缘材料壳内的状态。
图1中示有一圆形截面的棒形母线3和用以冲制片簧5的弹簧钢板构件4。在片簧的舌状端头与棒形母线之间形成的各个夹线位置上,各夹有一根电线6。
片簧5为舌状,由一弹簧钢板构件4冲制而成,而且每两片片簧镜面或对称于一中间平面7(见图2)。这样,成对的片簧的舌状端头彼此间隔一定距离,处于两舌状端头之间的弹簧钢板材料被冲开,因而形成自由冲件8。自由冲件可使置于自由冲件上的棒形母线3与电线6之间的直接触点接通。
成对的片簧可以按照需要的数量相邻地并列布置在棒形母线的长度方向上。在成对的镜面对称布置的片簧之间,各有一桥形接片11,它的作用是吸收夹紧电线时产生的力。由棒形母线3和带片簧5的弹簧钢板构件4构成的接触插件是自支撑式的,因此,由夹紧电线而产生的力不会传递到接线夹的绝缘材料壳上。
棒形母线3是要插在弹簧钢板的U形接受导槽内的,并且由一块弹簧钢板冲制而成的舌状片簧要有一定长度,其舌长要保证让舌状端头在其安装状态下(也就是在没有电线***夹线位置的状态下)少许位于棒形母线外径之后,这样就使把棒形母线能够预装(预固定)在弹簧钢板的U形导槽内了。另有一种替代或补充办法,也可以通过U形导槽中棒形母线与夹头的配合(匹配)实现所希望的接触插件的预装。
根据图2,把预装的插件经过正面的安装开口装入线夹的绝缘材料壳9内,并在装入位置上用一正面绝缘材料盖10把安装开口封住。绝缘材料盖把接触插件固定在绝缘材料壳中。

Claims (6)

1.电线接线夹,配有绝缘材料壳,壳内***带有至少两个夹线位置的金属接触插件,每个夹线位置在一片簧和一根为所有夹线位置共用的母线之间形成,片簧为舌状,由一块弹簧钢板冲制而成,各个舌状片簧的根部经过弹簧钢板彼此保持连接,各个被冲制成自由冲件的舌状片簧端头各有一夹线棱边,与母线对置,因而各与母线形成一个夹线位置,用来夹紧相互连接的电线,其特征在于,由弹簧钢板构件(4)冲制而成的每两片片簧(5)呈镜面式地对称于中间平面(7),其舌状端头彼此间隔一定距离,舌状片簧端头之间的弹簧钢板材料被冲开(=自由冲件8)。母线为棒材形状(=棒形母线3),布置在自由冲件(8)上和中间平面(7)上。
2.根据权利要求1的接线夹,其特征在于,弹簧钢板构件(4)被冲制成许多成对的镜面对称于中间平面(7)的片簧,而且相邻的每一对片簧之间各有一桥形接片(11)。
3.根据权利要求1的接线夹,其特征在于,在中间平面上的弹簧钢板构件成一V形角。
4.根据权利要求1的接线夹,其特征在于,在中间平面(7)上的弹簧钢板构件(4)有一U形截面的接受导槽,用来接受棒形母线(3)。
5.根据权利要求4的接线夹,其特征在于,棒形母线被定位在接受导槽内。
6.根据权利要求1的接线夹,其特征在于,棒形母线(3)具有圆形截面。
