Example 1
The embodiment discloses a book continuous page turning processing method, as shown in fig. 1, comprising the following steps:
step S1, fixing books. After the book is fixed, air is blown towards the non-spine side of the book, and the front cover/back cover and the inner pages are turned over successively through the page turning device. Before turning pages and processing books, the books are required to be fixed, the books are placed at a fixed station, and a book fixing device can be arranged on the fixed station. The book fixing device is preferably, but not limited to, a negative pressure sucker positioned below the book, and the negative pressure sucker is used for fixing the book in a fixing station in an adsorption manner; the book fixing device can also be a clamping mechanism which extends upwards from the lower part of the book and is fixedly clamped on the side of the book spine and the corresponding side of the book spine. The non-spine side of the book comprises an upper side, a lower side and a spine opposite side in the height direction of the book, and the air blowing can be performed on at least one of the upper side, the lower side and the spine opposite side of the book. Blowing may be achieved by directional blowing means such as a turbo fan or the like. Further preferably, in order to enhance the scattering degree of the pages of the book, the air outlets of the air blowing device are aligned with the pages on the upper side of the book, the lower side of the book and the opposite side of the spine so that the air blown out by the air blowing device is flush with the pages.
In this embodiment, after the page turning device picks up the page to be turned, air is continuously blown towards at least one of the upper side and the lower side of the book, so that even if the page is stuck when the page turning device picks up the page to be turned, the stuck page can fall back through such air blowing. Further preferably, after the page turning device picks up the page to be turned, the air continues to blow downwards obliquely towards at least one of the upper side and the lower side of the book, so that the acting force on the adhered page can be increased, and the page is easier to fall back.
In this embodiment, the page turning device preferably, but not limited to, picks up the page by a suction cup mechanism. The page turning device is preferably but not limited to the page turning device disclosed in chinese patent publication No. CN112109470a or CN107628436a, and will not be described here again. Preferably, in order to further improve the page turning adhesion problem, the sucker mechanism is arranged as a sucker array, so that the acting area of the sucker mechanism on the page can be increased and the pressure of a page acting point can be reduced under the condition that the total suction force for sucking the page is unchanged, the next page is not easy to suck, and only one page is further ensured to be picked up each time.
In this embodiment, preferably, after the front cover/back cover is turned over, the front cover/back cover is processed by a processing device, and the processing operation is labeling and/or code spraying and/or stamping and/or gluing. The labeling is to paste paper labels or RFID and other electronic labels. The code spraying is preferably but not limited to spraying invisible anti-counterfeiting codes. The stamping is a stamping for stamping a library or a book collecting mechanism. The gluing is a processing step for gluing and pasting the foldout when the back cover or the front cover is provided with the foldout.
In the present embodiment, it is further preferable that the air is intermittently blown to the non-spine side of the book at a set frequency. The set frequency is 5Hz or more. In order to further improve the scattering effect of the pages, the frequency is preferably set to be in the range of 1-50 Hz, and the air is intermittently blown towards the side without the spine.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the processing operation is performed by turning the target inner page first, and when the processing operation is completed for the target inner page, the processing operation is performed by returning to the front cover/back cover. When books are provided with cover sheets, when the cover sheets and the cover sheets are turned over, relative sliding can be generated between the cover sheets and the cover sheets/the cover sheets, if the cover sheets/the cover sheets are glued under the cover sheets, then the processing operation is performed on the target inner sheets, because the gap time is long, the problem that the cover sheets and the cover sheets/the cover sheets cannot be aligned when the books are closed after the target inner sheets are processed can occur, by adopting the technical scheme, the target inner sheets are firstly operated, then the processing operations such as gluing are performed on the cover sheets/the cover sheets under the cover sheets, and then the book closing operation is performed, because the gap time is short, the glue coated on the cover sheets/the cover sheets is not solidified, and the cover sheets/the cover sheets can generate relative sliding alignment reduction when the books are closed.
In the present embodiment, it is further preferable that the processing operation is performed on the target inner sheet by the processing device after turning to the target inner sheet. A typical book includes a front cover, a back cover, and a plurality of inner pages located between the front cover and the back cover. The marked inner page is the inner page to be marked, and the marked inner page can be a first inner page, a second inner page, a third inner page and the like. The marking mechanism is placed on the front/back cover, or on the marked inner page, such as at the spine of the first inner page. The marking mechanism is preferably, but not limited to, a push rod mechanism extending into the front cover/back cover or the spine of the marked inner page from the direction opposite to the book turning direction, and after the target inner page processing operation is completed, the marked inner page and all inner pages turned after the marked inner page are pushed up from the direction opposite to the book turning direction by operating the push rod mechanism.
In this embodiment, the marking mechanism may further include at least one third pressing lever rotatable around the spine and the width direction of the spine. After the front cover or the back cover of the book is turned over, the front cover or the back cover is pressed by the third pressing rod, and after the inner page is turned over, the third pressing rod is lifted up along the hinge direction of the inner page to hold the turned-over inner page. Or the third pressing rod is pressed at the spine of the marked inner page, and after the page turning is finished, the third pressing rod lifts up to close the marked inner page along the hinge direction of the inner page and the inner page turned after the inner page is marked. In a specific application scene, the marking mechanism comprises two independent third pressing rods, when the front cover and the back cover are turned up, the front cover or the back cover is pressed by the two third pressing rods, after the inner page is turned over, one of the third pressing rods is rotated and lifted along the direction of the natural hinge of the inner page, the inner page is closed, and the other third pressing rod is reserved. In another specific application scenario, after the front cover/back cover is turned up, the cover is adsorbed on a supporting platform or a mechanism at a certain fixed position, the cover is pressed by a third pressing rod, and after the inner page is turned over, the third pressing rod is rotated and lifted along the direction of the natural hinge of the inner page to close the inner page.
In this embodiment, in order to further reduce sticking, the page turning device drives the portion of the page to be turned that is picked up to twist at least once in the process of turning the page to be turned. Preferably, the page turning device comprises a multi-axis mechanical arm for driving the sucking disc mechanism to move, and the part of the page to be turned, which is picked up, is twisted by controlling the multi-axis mechanical arm. The specific twisting process may be a rotation of the connecting shaft connected to the suction cup mechanism about the spine relative to the upper connecting shaft, preferably but not limited to less than 30 degrees.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that, in the process of driving the page to be turned by the page turning device to turn the page to be turned, the picked up portion of the page to be turned is driven to twist twice, and the directions of the two twists are opposite, for example, the direction of the first twist is counterclockwise rotation around the spine, and the direction of the second twist is clockwise rotation around the data.
