专利号为201910894686.6专利名称为锦纶胶原蛋白面料及其染整方法的专利中,所提及的通过使用锦纶胶原蛋白纤维,在32-44针的单、双面中编织成具有亲肤保湿、消除臭味功能的纬编面料。而本发明是为了制得具有天然抗菌的护肤弹力针织面料,采用锦纶胶原蛋白长丝或涤纶胶原蛋白短纤,搭配适合的氨纶丝,在单面或双面,甚至于提花机上进行编织。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料及其制备方法。本发明通过使用胶原蛋白的短纤或长丝及氨纶丝的搭配,在大圆机或提花机上制得天然的抗菌护肤弹力针织面料。
技术方案:一种天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料,采用锦纶胶原蛋白长丝或涤纶胶原蛋白短纤,搭配氨纶丝,通过单面或双面大圆机或提花机编织而成。
作为优化:所述的锦纶胶原蛋白长丝的纤度在20~150D,所述的涤纶胶原蛋白短纤在80s~30s。
作为优化:所述的纬编大圆机的针数是24-44针。
作为优化:所述的面料组织为汗布、珠地、网眼、斜纹、棉毛、罗马、变化罗马及各类提花组织。
作为优化:所述的面料的克重为90~280g/m2。
所述的天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料的制备方法,尼龙胶原蛋白面料的加工方工艺如下:
织物精炼——前定型——染色——浸轧树脂处理——整理定型;其中:
(1)前处理精炼的条件如下:加入1.0-3.0g/L的高效除油剂,0.5-2g/L的螯合分散剂,在90℃环境下的热处理后,在50℃-80℃下充分水洗,车速为20-30m/min;其中,精炼槽的温度中,主槽依次为40℃、60℃、85℃,水洗槽依次为70℃、60℃、50℃、40℃;
(2)前定型的条件如下:精炼前为定连动,定型温度为170℃-190℃,车速为20m/min-30m/min;
(3)染色的条件如下:
a:将前处理后的尼龙弹力织物投入盛有水溶性的染液的染缸中,浴比1:8在常温环境下加入匀染剂和浴中柔软剂,运转5-10分钟;
b:加入酸性染料:酸性红为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性黄为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性兰为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性黑为0.01-8.0owf%;
染料的加入速度2L/min,染后加入染色酸,染色酸加入的速度1L/min,所述染液的pH值环境为4~5;
c:具体的过程如下:开始升温,30℃-60℃,升温耗时30分钟,加入高效吸湿整理剂WA`70,从60℃-90℃,升温耗时25分钟,保温在90℃-105℃的温度下持续20min-40min;
d:固色:从最高温度降至50℃,耗时20分钟,换液排水,向染缸中加入固色剂,使染色后的尼龙织物浸入其中而对尼龙织物进行固色,再次升温从50℃-90℃(升温耗时20分钟),保温15min-30min;
水溶性的染液是每升包含0.5-1.5g的酸性匀染剂和0.5-1.5g的染色酸水溶液;以及对织物布重0.05-5.0%的酸性染料;固色液是每升包含1.0-3.0g的酸性固色剂;

(4)浸轧树脂处理的条件如下:将染色扩布后的织物浸泡在树脂液中约2-6sec,之后通过尼龙压辊进行轧压,轧辊压力0.3-0.4MPa,对不同织物的轧余率为35-70%;其中,树脂液的配置如下:树脂1为亲水性聚合物与聚硅氧烷的分散液:20-50g/L;树脂2为非离子表面活性剂复合物:1-5g/L;柠檬酸调节树脂液pH值4.5-6.0之间;
(5)整理定型的条件如下:将轧压后的织物,在定型机上进行焙烘,焙烘温度为160-180℃,焙烘时间为60-80sec,在高温下,树脂与织物纤维发生交联反应,充分固化在织物纤维表面上,从而保证了织物的吸湿性能。
作为优化:涤纶胶原蛋白面料的加工工艺如下:
(1)精炼:
平幅机第1槽40℃,第2槽60℃,第3槽85℃,4-8槽(水洗槽):常温;精炼去油剂1g/L,螯合分散剂1g/L;
(2)预定型:
预定型温度170-190℃,时间20min;
(3)染色:
染色处方:染色浴比1:10,分散剂1g/L、匀染剂1.5g/L、酸1.5g/L、分散黄0.1-1.5%、分散红0.1-1.5%、分散蓝0.1-1.5%;
(4)整理定型:
将干燥后的织物浸泡在树脂液中约3S,树脂液成分:柔软剂10g/L,吸水剂10g/L,柠檬酸:0.5g/L;采用轧辊进行轧压,轧辊压力0.4MPa,轧余率控制在50%,整理定型的温度140~160℃,熔烘时间20-25m/min,使树脂与织物纤维发生交联反应,充分附着在织物表面及纤维空隙中,从而保证吸湿效果。
作为优化:制得的面料洗涤50次前后,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌性都≥70%。
作为优化:制得的面料适用于各类内衣面料、运动T、POLO、衬衫及各类女装面料。
有益效果:本发明采用锦纶胶原蛋白长丝或涤纶胶原蛋白短纤纱,搭配氨纶丝,在单面或双面大圆机或提花机进行平纹、珠地、网眼或提花组织等的编织,制得具有抗菌、消臭、凉感、吸湿功能于一体的功能性面料,适合于内衣及贴身类面料的运用。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以使本领域的技术人员能够更好的理解本发明的优点和特征,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚的界定。本发明所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1所示,本发明的天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料,采用锦纶胶原蛋白长丝或涤纶胶原蛋白短纤,搭配氨纶丝,通过单面或双面大圆机或提花机编织而成。所述的锦纶胶原蛋白长丝的纤度在20~150D,所述的涤纶胶原蛋白短纤在80s~30s。所述的纬编大圆机的针数是24-44针。所述的面料组织为汗布、珠地、网眼、斜纹、棉毛、罗马、变化罗马及各类提花组织。所述的面料的克重为90~280g/m2。
其中,尼龙胶原蛋白面料的加工方工艺如下:
织物精炼——前定型——染色——浸轧树脂处理——整理定型;其中:
(1)前处理精炼的条件如下:加入1.0-3.0g/L的高效除油剂,0.5-2g/L的螯合分散剂,在90℃环境下的热处理后,在50℃-80℃下充分水洗,车速为20-30m/min;其中,精炼槽的温度中,主槽依次为40℃、60℃、85℃,水洗槽依次为70℃、60℃、50℃、40℃;
(2)前定型的条件如下:精炼前为定连动,定型温度为170℃-190℃,车速为20m/min-30m/min;
(3)染色的条件如下:
a:将前处理后的尼龙弹力织物投入盛有水溶性的染液的染缸中,浴比1:8在常温环境下加入匀染剂和浴中柔软剂,运转5-10分钟;
b:加入酸性染料:酸性红为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性黄为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性兰为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性黑为0.01-8.0owf%;
染料的加入速度2L/min,染后加入染色酸,染色酸加入的速度1L/min,所述染液的pH值环境为4~5;
c:具体的过程如下:开始升温,30℃-60℃,升温耗时30分钟,加入高效吸湿整理剂WA`70,从60℃-90℃,升温耗时25分钟,保温在90℃-105℃的温度下持续20min-40min;
d:固色:从最高温度降至50℃,耗时20分钟,换液排水,向染缸中加入固色剂,使染色后的尼龙织物浸入其中而对尼龙织物进行固色,再次升温从50℃-90℃(升温耗时20分钟),保温15min-30min;
水溶性的染液是每升包含0.5-1.5g的酸性匀染剂和0.5-1.5g的染色酸水溶液;以及对织物布重0.05-5.0%的酸性染料;固色液是每升包含1.0-3.0g的酸性固色剂;
同浴处理的吸湿处理剂是一种对尼龙纤维具有耐久洗涤性的亲水高分子活性剂,使用量是对织物布重的3.0-9.0%;
(4)浸轧树脂处理的条件如下:将染色扩布后的织物浸泡在树脂液中约2-6sec,之后通过尼龙压辊进行轧压,轧辊压力0.3-0.4MPa,对不同织物的轧余率为35-70%;其中,树脂液的配置如下:树脂1为亲水性聚合物与聚硅氧烷的分散液:20-50g/L;树脂2为非离子表面活性剂复合物:1-5g/L;柠檬酸调节树脂液pH值4.5-6.0之间;
(5)整理定型的条件如下:将轧压后的织物,在定型机上进行焙烘,焙烘温度为160-180℃,焙烘时间为60-80sec,在高温下,树脂与织物纤维发生交联反应,充分固化在织物纤维表面上,从而保证了织物的吸湿性能。
其中,涤纶胶原蛋白面料的加工工艺如下:
(1)精炼:

本发明中,制得的面料洗涤50次前后,金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌性都≥70%。制得的面料适用于各类内衣面料、运动T、POLO、衬衫及各类女装面料。本发明通过上述技术方案获得了具有天然抗菌护肤的针织面料,特别适合内衣类产品的运用。
Claims (9)
1.一种天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料,其特征在于:采用锦纶胶原蛋白长丝或涤纶胶原蛋白短纤,搭配氨纶丝,通过单面或双面大圆机或提花机编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料,其特征在于:所述的锦纶胶原蛋白长丝的纤度在20~150D,所述的涤纶胶原蛋白短纤在80s~30s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料,其特征在于:所述的纬编大圆机的针数是24-44针。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料,其特征在于:所述的面料组织为汗布、珠地、网眼、斜纹、棉毛、罗马、变化罗马及各类提花组织。
5.根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料,其特征在于:所述的面料的克重为90~280g/m2。
6.一种根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:尼龙胶原蛋白面料的加工方工艺如下:
织物精炼——前定型——染色——浸轧树脂处理——整理定型;其中:
(1)前处理精炼的条件如下:加入1.0-3.0g/L的高效除油剂,0.5-2g/L的螯合分散剂,在90℃环境下的热处理后,在50℃-80℃下充分水洗,车速为20-30m/min;其中,精炼槽的温度中,主槽依次为40℃、60℃、85℃,水洗槽依次为70℃、60℃、50℃、40℃;
(2)前定型的条件如下:精炼前为定连动,定型温度为170℃-190℃,车速为20m/min-30m/min;
(3)染色的条件如下:
a:将前处理后的尼龙弹力织物投入盛有水溶性的染液的染缸中,浴比1:8在常温环境下加入匀染剂和浴中柔软剂,运转5-10分钟;
b:加入酸性染料:酸性红为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性黄为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性兰为0.01-3.0owf%;酸性黑为0.01-8.0owf%;
染料的加入速度2L/min,染后加入染色酸,染色酸加入的速度1L/min,所述染液的pH值环境为4~5;
c:具体的过程如下:开始升温,30℃-60℃,升温耗时30分钟,加入高效吸湿整理剂WA`70,从60℃-90℃,升温耗时25分钟,保温在90℃-105℃的温度下持续20min-40min;
d:固色:从最高温度降至50℃,耗时20分钟,换液排水,向染缸中加入固色剂,使染色后的尼龙织物浸入其中而对尼龙织物进行固色,再次升温从50℃-90℃(升温耗时20分钟),保温15min-30min;
水溶性的染液是每升包含0.5-1.5g的酸性匀染剂和0.5-1.5g的染色酸水溶液;以及对织物布重0.05-5.0%的酸性染料;固色液是每升包含1.0-3.0g的酸性固色剂;
同浴处理的吸湿处理剂是一种对尼龙纤维具有耐久洗涤性的亲水高分子活性剂,使用量是对织物布重的3.0-9.0%;

7.一种根据权利要求1所述的天然抗菌护肤弹力针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:涤纶胶原蛋白面料的加工工艺如下:
(1)精炼:
平幅机第1槽40℃,第2槽60℃,第3槽85℃,4-8槽(水洗槽):常温;精炼去油剂1g/L,螯合分散剂1g/L;
(2)预定型:
预定型温度170-190℃,时间20min;
(3)染色:
