Abstract

本发明公开了一种锦纶胶原蛋白面料及其染整方法,该锦纶胶原蛋白面料的纱线全部采用锦纶胶原蛋白纤维,通过纬编单面高针机台或者纬编双面高针机台织造而成;其染整方法包括:①前处理;②酸中和;③染色;④后整理;其中,染色需要先行加入1/2亲染料型匀染剂处理10~15min,然后将剩余1/2亲染料型匀染剂与酸性染料溶解搅拌均匀后缓慢加入染缸,加料时间控制在20~30min,最后用冰醋酸调节pH至5~6,并在98℃保温30~40min。本发明的锦纶胶原蛋白面料不但具有亲肤保湿、消除臭味的功能,而且染料利用率高,各项牢度优良。

锦纶胶原蛋白面料及其染整方法
技术领域
本发明属于功能性纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种锦纶胶原蛋白面料及其染整方法。
背景技术
我国是世界上最大的纺织品生产国、出口国以及消费国,纺织品出口在我国的对外贸易中占有重要地位,随着各国消费者对于功能性纺织品的了解逐步深入,已不满足于常规的抗菌、吸湿排汗等基本功能,而是对于纺织品的功能性提出了更高的要求。
随着近年来人们生活水平的不断提高,对于健康的追求更加向往,不仅要求纺织品绿色环保,不含有毒有害物质,而且最好含有微量元素、氨基酸等对人体有益的物质,以促进血液流通或保护皮肤,因此胶原蛋白纤维应运而生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种不但具有亲肤保湿、消除臭味的功能,而且上色率高、各项牢度优良的锦纶胶原蛋白面料及其染整方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种锦纶胶原蛋白面料,其纱线全部采用锦纶胶原蛋白纤维,通过纬编单面高针机台或者纬编双面高针机台织造而成。
高针机台的针数必须要与锦纶胶原蛋白纤维的细度相匹配,这样才能使整个面料松紧适当,富于弹性。
所述锦纶胶原蛋白纤维的细度为30D~75D,优选为50D。
所述高针机台的针数为32针~44针,优选为32针。
所述锦纶胶原蛋白面料的克重为120~220g/m2,优选为175g/m2
上述锦纶胶原蛋白面料的染整方法,具有以下步骤:
①前处理;将锦纶胶原蛋白面料浸在前处理液中,在80~98℃的温度下处理15~30min;所述前处理液是含有精炼剂和乳化剂的水溶液;
②酸中和;温度为20~40℃,时间为10~20min;
③染色;
④后整理;先冷水洗10~15min,去除浮色;然后在50℃~70℃的温度下进行酸性固色20~30min;最后在缸内加亲水性柔软剂1~2g/L,即可出缸。
上述步骤③的染色是锦纶胶原蛋白面料染整的关键之处,申请人经过大量试验发现锦纶胶原蛋白纤维上色较快,容易产生色花、色渍,因此,为了解决该问题,需要先行加入1/2亲染料型匀染剂处理10~15min,然后将剩余1/2亲染料型匀染剂与酸性染料溶解搅拌均匀后缓慢加入染缸,加料时间控制在20~30min,最后用冰醋酸调节pH至5~6,并在98℃保温30~40min。
本发明具有的积极效果:本发明的锦纶胶原蛋白面料不但具有锦纶胶原蛋白特有的亲肤保湿、消除臭味的功能,而且通过采用特殊的染色方法,有效避免锦纶胶原蛋白易产生色花、色渍的问题,提高染料利用率和上色率,各项牢度优良,而且减少因牢度不佳而反复水洗的次数,降低染色废水色度及处理成本。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的锦纶胶原蛋白面料其纱线全部采用锦纶胶原蛋白纤维,通过纬编双面高针机台织造而成。
其中,锦纶胶原蛋白纤维的细度为50D,高针机台针数为32针。
本实施例的锦纶胶原蛋白面料克重为175g/m2
本实施例的锦纶胶原蛋白面料的染整方法具有以下步骤:
①前处理;将锦纶胶原蛋白面料浸在前处理液中,85℃处理20min,以去除纺纱、织造油剂;本实施例的前处理液是含有1.0g/L精炼剂和1.0g/L乳化剂的水溶液。
②酸中和;温度为30℃,时间为10min。
③染色;先行加入1/2亲染料型匀染剂FTSK(来源于拓纳化学)处理10min,降低染料的上染速率,然后将剩余1/2亲染料型匀染剂FTSK与酸性染料Sunacid Yellow 4GL和Sunacid Blue 3G(来源于江苏德旺化工工业有限公司)溶解搅拌均匀后缓慢加入染缸,加料时间控制在25min,最后用冰醋酸调节pH至5~6,关键时段控制升温速率,并在98℃保温30min。
具体染色工艺见图1。
染液配方见表1。

④后整理;先冷水洗10min,去除浮色;然后在60℃酸性固色20min;最后在缸内加亲水性柔软剂2g/L,即可出缸。
(测试例)
分别测试实施例1制得的锦纶胶原蛋白面料的水洗牢度、酸汗渍牢度以及碱汗渍牢度,测试标准为《GB/T 3921-2008 纺织品 色牢度试验 耐皂洗色牢度》,结果见表2。

1.一种锦纶胶原蛋白面料,其特征在于:其纱线全部采用锦纶胶原蛋白纤维,通过纬编单面高针机台或者纬编双面高针机台织造而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶胶原蛋白面料,其特征在于:所述锦纶胶原蛋白纤维的细度为30D~75D。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶胶原蛋白面料,其特征在于:所述高针机台的针数为32针~44针。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶胶原蛋白面料,其特征在于:所述锦纶胶原蛋白面料的克重为120~220g/m2
5.权利要求1至4之一所述锦纶胶原蛋白面料的染整方法,其特征在于具有以下步骤:
①前处理;将锦纶胶原蛋白面料浸在前处理液中,在80~98℃的温度下处理15~30min;所述前处理液是含有精炼剂和乳化剂的水溶液;
②酸中和;温度为20~40℃,时间为10~20min;
③染色;
