本发明属于纺织面料功能整理技术领域,具体涉及一种驱蚊防螨抗菌免烫节能整理面料的生产方法,色织面料先进行纺纱、染色、织造,然后在后整理免烫工序同时浸轧驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂,干燥后高温焙烘。本发明将驱蚊防螨抗菌剂与树脂免烫助剂同浴加工浸轧到面料中,树脂把纤维中相邻的大分子链连接起来,减少了分子链间相对滑动,提高织物的折皱回弹性和尺寸稳定性,赋予织物良好的洗可穿免熨烫整理效果,同时兼具持久的驱蚊防螨抗菌多功能,防蚊驱避率可达80%以上,20次水洗后可达60%以上,防蚊等级达到AA级;抑菌率>99%;免烫性可达3.5级。经检测面料经驱蚊防螨及抗菌整理后,不含有害物质,操作简单,绿色环保。

驱蚊防螨抗菌免烫节能整理面料的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料功能整理技术领域,具体涉及一种驱蚊防螨抗菌免烫节能整理面料的生产方法。
背景技术
蚊子属于昆虫纲双翅目蚊科,全球约有3000种。是一种具有刺吸式口器的纤小飞虫。通常雌性以血液作为食物,而雄性则吸食植物的汁液。吸血的雌蚊是登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、日本脑炎等其他病原体的中间寄主。除南极洲外各大陆皆有蚊子的分布。其中,白纹伊蚊和埃及伊蚊为蚊虫传播疾病的主要蚊种。每年约有上亿人被蚊子传染各种疾病。同时蚊子是疟疾、登革热等疾病的主要传播者,登革热发病数量在过去50年增加30倍,全球有近40%人口处于登革热发生的风险区。根据WHO(世界卫生组织)的调查显示,在所有物种中,蚊子成为每年杀死人类最多的动物,高达数百万人。
经驱蚊防螨处理后的免烫面料穿着具有较好驱蚊、防螨、抗菌效果,抗皱性好,且面料具有耐水洗性。所发明的产品需达到绿色环保和纺织品安全使用要求,对人体无伤害。
现驱蚊防螨防褶皱技术在色织领域应用较少,且目前的驱蚊整理加工中,多为通过驱蚊助剂浸渍处理,需经过化料→浸渍→甩干→干燥→高温焙烘等流程,或免烫整理与驱蚊整理需要分步生产,即浸轧树脂→干燥→高温焙烘→浸轧驱蚊助剂→干燥→高温焙烘加工流程长,生产成本高,且驱蚊效果不具备持久耐洗性,布面颜色、色光等受影响严重。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种驱蚊防螨抗菌免烫节能整理面料的生产方法,能够提高织物的折皱回弹性和尺寸稳定性,赋予织物良好的洗可穿免熨烫整理效果,同时兼具持久的驱蚊防螨抗菌多功能性。
本发明所述的驱蚊防螨抗菌免烫节能整理面料的生产方法为:色织面料先进行纺纱、染色、织造,然后在后整理免烫工序同时浸轧驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂,干燥后高温焙烘。
所述的后整理的工艺流程依次为:烧毛→退浆→丝光→液氨→免烫→焙烘→拉幅→预缩。其中,拉幅根据需要可不加工,或浸轧柔软剂、吸水、防静电等助剂,最后预缩稳定缩水率即可。
所述的驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂为氯菊酯驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂,其主要成分是氯菊酯,从天然花草菊中提取的天然成分,通过后整理与纤维结合,赋予面料较高的防蚊趋避率,不含有害物质,更加的健康、环保。
所述的烧毛工序条件:选择火口位置为对烧,火焰强度为8~12mbar,车速为80~120米/分钟。
所述的退浆工序条件为:蒸箱温度90~110℃,堆布时间5~10min,车速80~120米/分钟,水洗温度90~98℃,退浆液包括:退浆酶5~20g/L、除蜡剂5~20g/L、渗透剂2~5g/L及精炼剂5~20g/L。
所述的丝光工序条件:碱浓度为18~25波美度,喷淋温度50~70℃,水洗槽温度50~75℃,pH值为5~8。
所述的液氨工序条件:车速为40~65米/分钟。
所述的免烫工序条件:驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂与2D树脂同浴使用,浸轧工作液由以下成分组成:

工作液pH值为4.5~6.5,轧余率为50~80%,烘干温度100~130℃。
所述的焙烘温度为145~150℃,时间为3~5分钟。
所述的预缩工序条件:车速为30~80米/分钟。
为保证纺织品品质,同时缩短工艺流程,实现节能环保,本发明将驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂与树脂同浴,但需要分步化料,先调整2D树脂、催化剂、柔软剂和水浴的pH值在4.5~6.5之间,最后加入驱蚊防螨抗菌整理剂,建议整个化料槽不停搅拌,以便保证防蚊液分散均匀性。不可以使用阳离子柔软剂同浴,容易影响驱蚊防螨抗菌功能和耐洗性能,不同焙烘温度、焙烘时间、助剂用量的添加、树脂用量的添加等方面试验,从成品面料的防蚊趋避率、白度值、手感、生产效率等多个指标进行研究比较,最终确定本发明生产工艺,能够实现大货生产。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明所述的驱蚊防螨抗菌免烫节能整理的面料,按照T/CTCA 3-2017《氯菊酯防蚊面料》标准,测试面料的氯菊酯含量<0.2g/m2,防蚊驱避率可达80%以上,20次水洗后可达60%以上,防蚊等级达到AA级;按照GB/T 20944.3-2008振荡法检测面料的抑菌率>99%;按照AATCC 124测试面料的免烫性可达3.5级。
2、本发明可使面料具有驱蚊、防螨、抗菌及免熨烫等多重效果,所采用的驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂的主要成分是氯菊酯,后经人工合成后通过后整理与纤维结合,赋予面料较高的驱蚊、防螨及抗菌效果,防蚊驱避率可达80%以上,20次水洗后防蚊趋避率可达60%以上;抑菌率>99%;树脂可把纤维中相邻的大分子链联接起来,减少了分子链间相对滑动,提高织物的折皱回弹性和尺寸稳定性,赋予织物良好的洗可穿效果,平整度可达3.5级,经检测面料经整理后,不含有害物质,绿色环保。
3、本发明将驱蚊防螨抗菌剂与树脂免烫助剂同浴加工,不需添加粘合剂,且效果持久,操作简单,节能环保。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
白色棉/天丝面料,经纬向均采用70%棉30%莱赛尔的棉天丝混纺面料,门幅为57/58英寸,密度为170*120,织物组织为5枚缎,具体实施步骤为:纺纱→染色→织造→烧毛→退浆→液氨→免烫→焙烘→拉幅→预缩。烧毛选择火口位置为对烧,火焰强度为10mbra,蒸箱温度为100℃,堆布时间6min,车速为110米/分钟,液氨车速为50米/分钟。
驱蚊防螨抗菌处理:液氨后拉幅定型机进行驱蚊与免烫整理,驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂40g/L,2D树脂90g/L,氯化镁催化剂27g/L,甲醛捕捉剂30g/L,纤维保护剂20g/L,中和酸3g/L,将驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂单独溶解在水中后与其它助剂混合均匀,常温下两浸两轧整理,120℃烘干,轧余率为70%,浸轧助剂后150℃高温定型3分钟,然后拉幅机加柔软剂、预缩。
驱蚊免烫面料检测:
供试昆虫:白纹伊蚊,羽化后4-7天未吸血的雌性成虫;
试验条件:温度为26.1℃,相对湿度为63.9%。
白色棉/天丝面料,根据T/CTCA 3-2017《氯菊酯防蚊面料》标准,测试未水洗和20次洗后面料的防蚊趋避率分别为80.03%和60.45%,防蚊等级为AA级,氯菊酯含量为0.07g/m2;按照GB/T 20944.3-2008振荡法检测面料的抑菌率>99%;按照AATCC 124测试面料的免烫性可达3.5级。
实施例2
蓝白条纯棉面料,经纬向均采用100%棉面料,门幅为57/58英寸,密度为150*90,织物组织为2/2,具体实施步骤为:纺纱→染色→织造→烧毛→退浆→丝光→液氨→免烫→焙烘→预缩。烧毛选择火口位置为对烧,火焰强度为12mbra,退浆蒸箱温度为100℃,堆布时间8min,车速为100米/分钟,丝光碱浓度为21波美度,喷淋温度50~70℃,水洗槽温度50~75℃,pH值为7,液氨车速为50米/分钟。
驱蚊防螨抗菌处理:液氨后拉幅定型机进行驱蚊与免烫整理,驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂50g/L,2D树脂100g/L,氯化镁催化剂30g/L,甲醛捕捉剂30g/L,纤维保护剂20g/L,中和酸3g/L,将驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂单独溶解在水中后与其它助剂混合均匀,常温下两浸两轧整理,120℃烘干,轧余率为70%,浸轧助剂后150℃高温定型3分钟,然后预缩成品。
驱蚊免烫面料检测:
供试昆虫:白纹伊蚊,羽化后4-7天未吸血的雌性成虫;
试验条件:温度为26.1℃,相对湿度为63.9%。
蓝白条纯棉面料,根据T/CTCA 3-2017《氯菊酯防蚊面料》标准,测试未水洗和20次洗后面料的防蚊趋避率分别为85.25%和66.40%,防蚊等级为AA级,面料的氯菊酯含量为0.19g/m2;按照GB/T 20944.3-2008振荡法检测面料的抑菌率>99%;按照AATCC 124测试面料的免烫性可达3.5级。
实施例3
红白条格面料,经纬向均采用30%棉30%粘胶40%聚酯纤维面料,门幅为57/58英寸,密度为150*110,织物组织为2/2,具体实施步骤为:纺纱→染色→织造→烧毛→退浆→液氨→免烫→焙烘→预缩。烧毛选择火口位置为对烧,火焰强度为10mbra,退浆蒸箱温度为100℃,堆布时间6min,车速为110米/分钟,液氨车速为50米/分钟。
驱蚊防螨抗菌处理:液氨后拉幅定型机进行驱蚊与免烫整理,驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂40g/L,2D树脂80g/L,氯化镁催化剂24g/L,甲醛捕捉剂30g/L,纤维保护剂20g/L,中和酸2g/L,将驱蚊防螨抗菌助剂单独溶解在水中后与其它助剂混合均匀,常温下两浸两轧整理,110℃烘干,轧余率为65%,浸轧助剂后150℃高温定型3分钟,然后预缩。
驱蚊免烫面料检测:
供试昆虫:白纹伊蚊,羽化后4-7天未吸血的雌性成虫;
试验条件:温度为26.1℃,相对湿度为63.9%。
红白条格面料,根据T/CTCA 3-2017《氯菊酯防蚊面料》标准,测试未水洗和20次洗后面料的防蚊趋避率分别为83.65%和63.30%,防蚊等级为AA级,氯菊酯含量为0.13g/m2;按照GB/T 20944.3-2008振荡法检测面料的抑菌率>99%;按照AATCC 124测试面料的免烫性可达3.5级。
实施例1-3制备的面料的检测数据如表1所示。
