本发明公开了一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:选取涤棉混纺纱线,依次进行煮练、漂白、染色、皂煮、水洗、烘干工序,其中染色的方法采用的是经轴染色,在染色的过程,整经机的经纱的卷绕密度为0.46~0.48g/cm³;染色工序所需的水在染色前加入0.2~0.4 g/L的硫酸钠,并搅拌8~10min,在水温35~40℃下,先加入碳酸钠,12~15min后再加入硫酸钠12~15min,等温度上升至62℃时,保持42~46 min。本发明提高染色的效果,染色更加的均匀,保证染色的重新性,使用防静电剂使涤纶纱线上的静电性降低了,有利于从整体降低了织造完成的涤棉色织织物的静电率,另外也降低三跳以及断纱和沉纱,提高上浆率。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,尤其涉及一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺。
背景技术
色织布是用染色的纱线织成的织物,给纱染色一般分为色纺纱和染色纱二种方式,通常说的色织布是指梭织机织的布,但针织机也同样可以做出色织针织布,色织布根据原材料的不同可以分为色织棉布、色织涤棉布、色织中长仿毛花呢、全毛花呢、毛涤花呢、毛涤粘三合一花呢、竹节纱布、疙瘩纱布等等,还有以丝麻为原材料的色织布很多;涤棉色织布中采用了涤纶作为原料,涤纶容易产生静电,因此对于织造完成的涤棉色织布来说必不可免的会产生静电,另外,在色织布的织造过程中,染色是尤其重要的,但是目前在染色过程中会出现染色的不均,染色的效果不理想,鉴于此,需要对面料的生产工艺进行改进。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供保证染色的均匀,提高染色的效果的一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)选取涤棉混纺纱线,依次进行煮练、漂白、染色、皂煮、水洗、烘干工序,其中染色的方法采用的是经轴染色,在染色的过程,整经机的经纱的卷绕密度为0.46~0.48g/cm3;染色工序所需的水在染色前加入0.2~0.4g/L的硫酸钠,并搅拌8~10min,在水温35~40℃下,先加入碳酸钠,12~15min后再加入硫酸钠12~15min,等温度上升至62℃时,保持42~46min;
(2)将烘干后的涤棉混纺纱线在室温环境下,浸泡在混合液中,浸泡5~8h,然后捞出烘干,做成备用涤棉混纺纱线;
(3)将备用涤棉混纺纱线依次进行浆纱、穿综、织造、胚检、烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型、预缩、成检工序,成检合格后制成涤棉色织布,其中,在穿综工序中,采用的是飞穿法,布边每边是26根,每综2根,每筘4根,在浆纱的工序中,采用的是聚乙烯醇,在54~58℃下上浆,在烧毛工序中,烧毛温度是55~60℃,车速是110~120m/min,在定型工序中,定型的温度是185~190℃,车速是30~40m/s。
作为本发明的进一步优选,所述的涤棉混纺纱线是含有60%的涤纶和40%的棉纱混纺纱线。作为本发明的进一步优选,所述的混合液包括按照质量比20∶1的防静电剂和瑞香提取液。作为本发明的进一步优选,所述的混合液包括去离子水80~85份、醋酸盐8~10份、丙酮 5~8份、异氰酸酯3~5份、氧氯丙烷15~20份和甲苯10~15份。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤(1)所述的煮练工序中煮练的时间是55~65min,煮练的温度是95~100℃。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤(2)所述的室温环境的温度是25~28℃,室温环境的湿度是70~75%。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提高染色的效果,染色更加的均匀,保证染色的重新性,使用防静电剂使涤纶纱线上的静电性降低了,有利于从整体降低了织造完成的涤棉色织织物的静电率,另外也降低三跳以及断纱和沉纱,提高上浆率。

(2)将烘干后的涤棉混纺纱线在室温环境下,浸泡在混合液中,浸泡5h,然后捞出烘干,做成备用涤棉混纺纱线;其中混合液包括按照质量比20∶1的防静电剂和瑞香提取液;

(2)将烘干后的涤棉混纺纱线在室温环境下,浸泡在混合液中,浸泡7h,然后捞出烘干,做成备用涤棉混纺纱线;其中混合液包括按照质量比20∶1的防静电剂和瑞香提取液;
(3)将备用涤棉混纺纱线依次进行浆纱、穿综、织造、胚检、烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型、预缩、成检工序,成检合格后制成涤棉色织布,其中,在穿综工序中,采用的是飞穿法,布边每边是26根,每综2根,每筘4根,在浆纱的工序中,采用的是聚乙烯醇,在56℃下上浆,在烧毛工序中,烧毛温度是58℃,车速是115m/min,在定型工序中,定型的温度是 187℃,车速是35m/s。
本实施例中的涤棉混纺纱线是含有60%的涤纶和40%的棉纱混纺纱线。
本实施例中的混合液包括去离子水83份、醋酸盐9份、丙酮7份、异氰酸酯4份、氧氯丙烷17份和甲苯13份。

(1)选取涤棉混纺纱线,依次进行煮练、漂白、染色、皂煮、水洗、烘干工序,其中染色的方法采用的是经轴染色,在染色的过程,整经机的经纱的卷绕密度为0.48g/cm3;染色工序所需的水在染色前加入0.4g/L的硫酸钠,并搅拌10min,在水温40℃下,先加入碳酸钠,15min后再加入硫酸钠15min,等温度上升至62℃时,保持46min;
(2)将烘干后的涤棉混纺纱线在室温环境下,浸泡在混合液中,浸泡8h,然后捞出烘干,做成备用涤棉混纺纱线;其中混合液包括按照质量比20∶1的防静电剂和瑞香提取液;
(3)将备用涤棉混纺纱线依次进行浆纱、穿综、织造、胚检、烧毛、退浆、丝光、定型、预缩、成检工序,成检合格后制成涤棉色织布,其中,在穿综工序中,采用的是飞穿法,布边每边是26根,每综2根,每筘4根,在浆纱的工序中,采用的是聚乙烯醇,在58℃下上浆,在烧毛工序中,烧毛温度是60℃,车速是120m/min,在定型工序中,定型的温度是 190℃,车速是40m/s。
本实施例中的涤棉混纺纱线是含有60%的涤纶和40%的棉纱混纺纱线。
本实施例中的混合液包括去离子水85份、醋酸盐10份、丙酮8份、异氰酸酯5份、氧氯丙烷20份和甲苯15份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述的涤棉混纺纱线是含有60%的涤纶和40%的棉纱混纺纱线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述的混合液包括按照质量比20:1的防静电剂和瑞香提取液。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述的混合液包括去离子水80~85份、醋酸盐8~10份、丙酮5~8份、异氰酸酯3~5份、氧氯丙烷15~20份和甲苯10~15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的煮练工序中煮练的时间是55~65min,煮练的温度是95~100℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤棉色织布的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的室温环境的温度是25~28℃,室温环境的湿度是70~75%。
