Abstract
公开了一种摩托车(1),其中曲轴(56)布置在动力装置箱(55)的下部,离合器轴(57)布置为与曲轴(56)平行并且比曲轴(56)高,变速箱轴(58)和电动机轴(59)布置的方式为从离合器轴(57)的一端沿车体的纵向(从车头到车尾)延伸。即,变速箱轴(58)和电动机轴(59)串联布置,而且与曲轴(56)平行并且比曲轴(56)高。由于变速箱轴(58)和电动机轴(59)在车体纵向上串联布置,所以作用到动力装置箱(55)上的力的方向变得简单了。这使得动力装置箱易于设计。
Description
技术领域
本发明整体涉及摩托车,特别涉及除发动机外还包括电动机的混合动力摩托车。
背景技术
目前主要可应用的是利用汽油发动机作用驱动源的车辆。但是,在必须避免出现废气的地方需要利用电动机作为驱动源的车辆。但是利用电动机作为驱动源的车辆有一些不便之处,即其车体重量增加,并且跑的距离变短。为克服这种不便之处,出现了越来越强烈的要求,即开发除发动机外还包括电动机的混合动力车辆。
例如,日本特许公开No.平成-8-175477公开了一种标题为“用于在摩托车或类似车辆中把发动机动力转换为电动机动力/把电动机动力转换为发动机动力的装置”的混合动力摩托车。
如在上述特许公开的图2中所示,曲轴与车轴平行,如在图3中所示,电动机轴与车轴垂直。
特别是,根据相关技术结构,由于曲轴在车体的横向上延伸并且电动机轴在车体的纵向上延伸,所以包含曲轴和电动机轴的变速箱受到横向和纵向两个方向的力。
从而,变速箱必须具有足够的刚度以承受上述横向和纵向两个方向的力,因此不但增加了变速箱的重量,而且造成了动力传输***中的传动损失。
发明公开
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种带混合驱动***摩托车,该摩托车能够降低驱动力传输***中的动力传输损失,并减少变速箱,即动力装置箱的重量。
根据本发明,提供了一种带混合驱动***摩托车,其中设有一发动机和一电动机作为动力装置,发动机输出和电动机输出分别通过变速箱轴和电动机轴传递给驱动轮,其特征在于,变速箱轴和电动机轴在车体纵向上同轴地串联布置,并且与发动机的曲轴平行。
由于变速箱轴和电动机轴在车体纵向上串联布置,作用在动力装置箱上的力的方向变得简单了。这减少了动力传输损失,并使动力装置箱易于设计。具体地,动力装置箱可以这样设计,即在施力的方向上刚度高,在施力的方向上刚度低;从而,与作用力的简化程度成比例,动力装置箱总体上可以减少重量,并可制造的紧凑些。
根据本发明的一个实施例,除本发明的上述构造外,变速箱轴上支承一单向离合器,并且提供了与变速箱轴一体的支承一起动机单向离合器和一离心式离合器的离合器轴。
离合器轴一体地连接于变速箱轴;单向离合器由变速箱轴保持;起动机用单向离合器和离心式离合器由离合器轴保持。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,其动力装置与后轮一起可摆动地安装在主车架上。
通过这种布置方式,由于动力装置重量显著减少并且可与后轮一起摆动,所以可减少非悬挂重量并提高转向稳定性。

实现本发明的最佳方式
下面的描述在本质上仅仅是示例性的,绝不是要限定本发明或其用途或应用。
参见图1,摩托车1的下面中间部分上具有一箱形主车架2,其作为电池容纳箱。反U形前摆臂4通过前枢轴3从主车架2的下前部分伸出,前轮5可转动地安装在前摆臂4上。前管柱7从主车架2的上前部分倾斜伸出,前管8固定在前管柱7的前端。车把柱9可转动地安装在前管8中,转向臂11安装在车把柱9的下端。转向臂11的前端(下端)与安装在前轮5上的转向节12相连。动力装置15通过后枢轴13可摆动地安装在主车架2的上后部分。后轮16安装在动力装置15上。后减震器17布置在后轮16的前面,空气滤清器18、排气管19、***21和尾灯布置在后轮16的后面。车体由按从车体前面到后面顺序布置的前挡泥板25、前盖26、前车把盖27、中间罩板28、后罩板29和后挡泥板31包围。
在图1中,参考号码30指杆轴;32是前制动盘;33是卡钳;34是树脂弹簧;35是前减震器;36是腿护板;37是乘客踏板;38是侧支架;39是主支架。在图1的上侧,参考号码41指喇叭;42是前灯;43是车把;44是手柄;45是挡板通道;46是散热器;47是风扇;48是薄板;49是头盔箱;51是头盔;52是尾灯;55是动力装置箱。
动力装置箱55由左右曲轴箱55a和55b(图反面的右侧曲轴箱55b未示出)、变速箱55c、电动机箱55d和减速齿轮箱55e组成。
图2为根据本发明的动力装置的剖面侧视图。
如将通过参考图8完整描述的,动力装置15包括一四冲程发动机,其中在气缸盖上备有进气凸轮轴和排气凸轮轴。动力装置15具有布置在动力装置箱55下部的曲轴56;与曲轴56平行并且高于曲轴56布置的离合器轴47;变速箱轴58和电动机轴59,它们的布置方式为从离合器轴57的一端沿车体纵向(从车头到车尾)延伸。即,离合器轴57、变速箱轴58和电动机轴59串联布置,而且与曲轴56平行并且比曲轴56高。
由于离合器轴57、变速箱轴58和电动机轴59在车体纵向上串联布置,所述作用到动力装置箱55上的力的方向变得简单了。这使动力装置箱55易于设计。具体地,动力装置箱55可设计为,在有力作用的方向上刚度高,在没有力作用的方向上刚度低;从而,根据作用在动力装置箱55上的力的简化程度,动力装置箱55总体上可以减少重量,并可做得紧凑些。
在图2中,参考号码75指外摆线齿减速齿轮;76是电位计,用于检测将在后面描述的变速箱控制电机95的转动角度;121是凸轮轴驱动的皮带轮;78是由皮带轮121驱动的水泵;79是皮带罩;103a是布置在图下部中间部分的油泵箱。
通过参考下面的附图完整描述与离合器轴57、变速箱轴58和电动机轴59相关的部件的细节。
图3是根据本发明的动力装置的剖面俯视图。通过参考该图描述与离合器轴、变速箱轴及电动机轴相关的部件的细节,和驱动力变速箱构造。
可转动地安装在离合器轴57上的初级从动齿轮62由安装在曲轴56上的初级主动齿轮61驱动。初级从动齿轮62独立于离合器轴57驱动起动机用单向离合器63的离合器外盘64和离心式离合器67的离合器内盘68。为此,初级从动齿轮62可通过圆柱形件66与单向离合器63的离合器外盘64和离心式离合器67的离合器内盘68连接。当离心式离合器内盘68以规定值或更高的转速转动时,离心式离合器外盘69就与离心式离合器内盘68共同转动,其结果是离合器轴57开始被驱动旋转。
上述初级主动齿轮61包括用于防止出现齿轮喀嗒作响现象的相位差调整副齿轮61a和弹簧61b。
变速箱70为锥形,其功能将参考另一个附图完整描述,变速箱以变速箱轴58→内盘71→锥体72→外杯形体73的顺序传递动力。外杯形体73的转动通过单向离合器83传递到电动机轴59。
电动机80是无芯型的,其中永久磁铁型转子81安装在电动机轴59上,定子线圈82安装在电动机箱体55d上。
当离心式离合器67启动时,驱动力以离合器轴57、变速箱轴58、变速箱70、电动机轴59的顺序传递,并通过多盘型扭矩限制器84和减速齿轮机构85(其由小齿轮86、大齿轮87、小齿轮88和大齿轮89组成)作用在驱动轴90上。
多盘型扭矩限制器84包括与电动机轴59一起转动的限制器内圈84a、盘84b和84c(盘84b安装在限制器内圈84a上,盘84c安装在下面的限制器外圈84d上)、限制器外圈84d和弹簧84e。小齿轮86与限制器外圈84d一体。
动力以限制器内圈84→盘84b→盘84c→限制器外圈84d→小齿轮86的顺序传递。如果作用的扭矩超过预定值,盘84b和84c之间就会出现打滑,以保持多盘扭矩限制器84的部件。预定的扭矩可通过弹簧84e设定。
起动机用单向离合器外盘64用作飞轮,并具有用于获得发动机平衡的平衡重量91。单向离合器外盘64与单向离合器内盘65一起构成用于传递起动机的转动的单向离合器63。
当起动机(未示出)使由起动机驱动的齿轮93转动时,离心式离合器内盘68通过单向离合器内盘65和单向离合器外盘64被驱动旋转,以起动发动机。而且,当单向离合器外盘64以较高的速度转动时,其与低速侧的离合器内盘65分离。
图4和5是表示根据本发明的锥型无级变速器的构造和功能的视图。
在图4中所示的锥体72的状态中,给定关系R1>R2,其中R1是从锥体支承轴74的中心到内盘71的距离,即内盘71的转动半径,R2是从锥体支承轴74的中心到外杯形体73的距离,即外杯形体73的转动半径。
因为锥体72的大直径部分(半径:R1)由内盘71驱动旋转,所以锥体72以低速转动,因为外杯形体73由锥体72的小直径部分(半径:R2)驱动旋转,所以外杯形体73以低速转动。
当外杯形体73的转速比电动机轴59的转速高时,动力通过单向离合器83从外杯形体73传递给电动机轴59。
参考号码70a指凸轮球,其与外杯形体73一起转动并向左侧推外杯形体73。这种推动使得外杯形体73和锥体72之间产生接触压力。
参考号码70b、70c和70d指油封。油封70b和70c构成用于在变速箱中容纳变速箱油的封闭空间,油封70d截断曲轴箱55b侧(图的左侧)的油。从而,不用担心曲轴箱中的油与变速箱油混合。
在图5中所示的锥体72的状态,给定关系R3>R4,其中R3是从锥体支承轴74的中心到内盘71的距离,即内盘71的转动半径,R4是从锥体支承轴74到外杯形体73的距离,即外杯形体73的转动半径。
因为锥体72的小直径部分(半径:R3)由内盘71驱动旋转,所以锥体72以高速转动,因为外杯形体73由锥体72的大直径部分(半径:R4)驱动旋转,所以外杯形体73以高速转动。
通过如图4和5中所示地移动锥体72,变速箱70能够以减少的速度、不变的速度或增加的速度来传递转动。
为此,如图4中所示,变速箱控制电动机95通过齿轮96a、96b和96c使控制齿轮97移动。控制齿轮97的凸台上形成有梯形内螺纹部分99。梯形内螺纹部分99与固定在箱55侧面的梯形外螺纹部分98啮合。在图中,梯形内螺纹部分99的螺旋运动使控制齿轮97向左移动。在图中,控制齿轮97的向左移动使锥体72和锥体支承轴74一起向左移动到图5中所示的状态。
重要的是,梯形外螺纹部分98和梯形内螺纹部分99不是位于外杯形体73侧,而是位于内盘71侧。在图中,外杯形体73的反作用力把锥体72推向左侧。其结果是,控制齿轮97受到以箭头“1”所示方向,即从低速侧向高速侧方向的力的作用。通过该实施例中的构造,可用较小的扭矩将锥体72移动到高速侧。这有效地降低了变速箱控制电动机95的负载量。
下面将描述润滑***。
图6是表示根据本发明的发动机润滑***的视图,其中油流以箭头表示。
动力装置箱55具有位于其下部的下油箱101,和位于其上部的上油箱102。第一油泵103、第二油泵104和第三油泵105同轴布置在曲轴56的一侧(右侧)。首先,下油箱101中的油被第一油泵103通过滤网106和第一油通道107抽出,并通过第二油通道108供应给上油箱102。
上油箱102中的油通过第三油通道109流向第二油泵104,并由第二油泵104加压。加压的油通过第四油通道111、过滤器112和第五油通道113润滑主轴颈部分56a、连杆大端部分56b和其它零件(特别是,未示出的气门室),并返回到下油箱101。在该图中,参考号码112a指过滤器盖。
图7是表示根据本发明的变速箱润滑***的视图。参见图7,变速箱油通过第三油泵105从在动力装置箱下部另外配备的变速箱油箱115中通过第六油通道116抽出,通过第七油通道117供应给变速箱轴58,并通过变速箱轴58中的油通道118供应给变速箱70。然后油按图中箭头所示的方向返回变速箱油箱115,并由第三油泵105通过滤网119抽出。
图8是动力装置的前视图,所示为根据本发明的作为气门驱动机构的凸轮轴驱动机构。
参见图8,左箱55a安装在与右曲轴箱55b一体的气缸体129b的右侧,电动机80的位置比曲轴56高。气缸盖129H安装在气缸体129B的左侧。***21安装在从气缸盖129H伸出的排气管19的前端。从左上侧(并且在图的背面)的空气滤清器18伸出的进气歧管129M通过化油器129C连接在气缸盖129H上。参考号码129S指起动电机的安装孔。
在图8中,由于去掉了皮带罩79,所以从动力装置15的前侧可以看到作为气门驱动机构的凸轮轴驱动机构120,其由凸轮轴驱动皮带轮121、皮带12、进气口侧凸轮轴皮带123、排气口侧凸轮轴皮带124和张力装置125组成。
如从图8中明显看到的,由于气缸布置在车体的宽度方向,气缸轴线126基本在水平方向上(例如,相对地面的倾角设定为+10°),所以车辆的重心降低,并且气缸长度可设置在车宽范围内。这增加了车辆的设计程度。
变速箱70可以是外摆线齿减速齿轮型的。
工业应用
具有上述布置方式的本发明提供下述优点:
根据权利要求1中所述的发明,由于变速箱轴和电动机轴在车体纵向上串联布置,作用在动力装置箱上的力的方向变得简单了。这减少了动力传输损失,并使动力装置箱易于设计。具体地,动力装置箱可设计为,以有力作用的方向上刚度高,在没有力作用的方向上刚度低;从而,根据作用在动力装置箱上的力的简化程度,动力装置箱总体上可以减少重量,并可做得紧凑些。
根据权利要求2中所述的发明,离合器轴整体连接在变速箱轴上,一单向离合器由变速箱轴支承,一起动机单向离合器和一离心式离合器由离合器轴支承。从而,用于传递驱动力的部件可紧密布置,使动力装置结构紧凑。
根据权利要求3中所述的发明,动力装置与后轮一起可摆动地安装在主车架上。
通过这种构造,由于动力装置可明显地减少重量,并且动力装置与后轮一起摆动,所以可减少非悬挂重量并提高转向稳定性。
Claims (3)
1.一种带混合驱动***的摩托车,其中设有用作动力装置的发动机和电动机,发动机输出和电动机输出分别通过变速箱轴和电动机轴传递给驱动轮,
其特征在于,所述变速箱轴和所述电动机轴在车体纵向上同轴地串联布置,并与发动机的曲轴平行。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的摩托车,其特征在于,所述变速箱轴支承一单向离合器,并且设有与所述变速箱轴一体的离合器轴,该离合器轴支承一起动机单向离合器和一离心式离合器。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的摩托车,其特征在于,所述动力装置与后轮一起可摆动地安装在主车架上。
