Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily cosmetics, and relates to essence with the effects of relieving reactions such as erythema and pruritus in skin allergic state, repairing damaged skin barrier of sensitive skin, removing red blood streak, improving skin elasticity, delaying aging, resisting oxidation and the like.
Background
Sensitive skin is a highly intolerant skin, and is vulnerable to irritation by various factors: subjective symptoms thereof: stabbing pain, burning, tightness, itching, etc.; the objective symptoms are as follows: mild erythema, telangiectasia, desquamation, dry skin.
According to 'Chinese expert consensus on sensitive skin diagnosis and treatment' 2017 edition, the incidence rate of sensitive skin in Asian women is 40% -55.98%. The incidence rate of Chinese women is lower than the average level, but also reaches 36.1 percent, namely, one sensitive muscle exists in every three Chinese women.
The characteristics of sensitive skin: skin barrier breakdown, thin epidermis, hyperemia, red blood streak; the hydration degree of the horny layer is low, a complete sebum membrane cannot be formed, the skin is easy to dry and generate scurf, particularly in autumn and winter, and the skin is lack of luster and dull; skin instability is aggravated at seasonal changes, such as autumn, winter, spring and summer; easily affected by ultraviolet rays, cold air, high temperature, water quality, animal hair, essence, pigment, etc.; when general cosmetics are used, skin is easy to be allergic, red and swollen, and stabbing pain and pruritus are caused.
Various natural plant extracts have been reported to have the effects of soothing and anti-allergy, reducing histamine release, anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant properties, repairing damaged skin barriers of sensitive skin, scavenging free radicals and the like, and are used in cosmetics. For example, patent CN104940093A discloses a cosmetic containing radix Sophorae Flavescentis water extract and folium Vignae Cylindricae total water extract as antiallergic component. Patent CN101810794A discloses the use of a combination of natural extracts oat, cogongrass rhizome, ledebouriella root and licorice for the preparation of cosmetics. Patent CN103520061A discloses that peony essential oil, 1-3 parts of peony seed essential oil, paeonol, aloe juice and other components are adopted to prepare skin lotion.
Even though various natural plant extracts disclosed in the prior art have anti-allergy effects, the effect of a single component is limited, so that the efficacy is generally enhanced by adopting a compound form in the prior art. However, when different natural plant extracts are compounded, certain components can bring the superposition of anti-allergy effects when being compounded; some components can bring antagonism of anti-allergy effect when being compounded, and some components can bring synergy of anti-allergy effect when being compounded.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a natural plant extract composition integrating anti-allergy, comfort and moisturizing effects.
The invention also aims to provide the essence for repairing the sensitive skin, which has the effects of repairing the damaged skin barrier of the sensitive skin and removing red blood streak.
The invention also aims to provide the essence for improving skin elasticity, resisting oxidation, improving skin color and delaying aging.
The invention also aims to provide the essence without preservatives.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical means:
on one hand, the invention provides a natural plant extract composition, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
as a preferred embodiment, the natural plant extract composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
as a more preferred embodiment, the natural plant extract composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
in another aspect, the present invention also provides a method for preparing the above natural plant extract composition, comprising the steps of:
s1: weighing the raw materials according to the weight parts of the natural plant extract, and crushing the raw materials into powder;
s2: sieving the powder with a 50-mesh sieve, soaking in anhydrous ethanol for 10-30 min, and removing the liquid;
s3, decoloring; preferably, the decolorization is repeated 3 times;
s4: according to the material-water ratio of 1: extracting for 5-7h in a water bath kettle at 85-95 ℃ at 80-100, continuously stirring in the extraction process at the stirring speed of 1000-2000rpm/S, and then filtering and collecting filtrate; preferably, the extraction is repeated at least twice, and the filtrates are combined;
s5: concentrating the filtrate by rotary evaporation to remove most of water, such as about 85-95% water; preferably, 90% of the water is removed;
90% water;
s6: vacuum freeze drying to obtain water extract.
The natural plant extract composition (purslane, tremella, mint and liquorice) has multiple effects of relieving and resisting allergy, reducing histamine release, resisting inflammation and irritation, repairing damaged skin barriers of sensitive skin, clearing free radicals and the like. Although various plant extracts have been reported to have anti-allergy and soothing effects in the prior art, experiments prove that the anti-allergy and soothing effects of different combinations show significant differences when different natural plant extracts are compounded. The inventors screened a number of anti-allergy soothing natural herbal extracts commonly used in the clinic, including: purslane, tremella, mint, liquorice, radix sophorae flavescentis, folium artemisiae argyi, honeysuckle, burdock, ginseng, green tea, coix seed and the like. In the conventional anti-allergy and soothing natural herbal extracts for clinical use, the inventor discovers unobviously that when the four components of purslane, tremella, mint and liquorice are mixed together, the effects of relieving itching of sensitive skin and eliminating skin rash such as erythema are obviously different from the effects of other components in the ratio, and the combination of the four components has a very prominent anti-allergy effect.
In addition, surprisingly and unexpectedly, the combination of purslane, tremella, mint and liquorice has an outstanding anti-allergy and relieving effect, and the moisturizing effect of the combination is also obviously different from that of other combinations. Such a combination is very advantageous and uncommon for the preparation of a cosmetic product, since the current consumer appeal for cosmetic products is mainly moisturizing, which is more desirable for sensitive muscles. The natural plant extract of the invention not only has outstanding relieving and anti-allergy effects, but also has outstanding moisturizing effects.
On the other hand, the invention also provides the application of the natural plant extract composition in preparing cosmetics. The cosmetic can be cream, emulsion, oil, astringent or facial mask.
On the other hand, the invention also provides the application of the natural plant extract composition in preparing external antiallergic drugs.
On the other hand, the invention provides essence containing the natural plant extract composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the plant extract composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
as a preferred embodiment, the essence of the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the plant extract composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
preferably, the essence comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the plant extract composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
in a preferred embodiment, in the essence, the ceramide is selected from one or a combination of several ceramides 1-6. As a more preferred embodiment, the ceramide is selected from the group consisting of ceramide 1, ceramide 3, ceramide 6; further, the ceramide is selected from the group consisting of 0.5-5 parts of ceramide 1, 0.1-2 parts of ceramide 3, and 0.1-0.5 parts of ceramide 6. Ceramide, is a major repair specialist of the stratum corneum of the skin: repairing and perfecting the skin barrier; enhancing the adhesion of skin stratum corneum cells, improving dryness and desquamation; tranquilizing, relieving inflammation, and relieving skin erythema and red blood streak; replenishing moisture for skin for a long time; forming a moisture retention film to lock deep water; increasing the thickness of the epidermis, enhancing the elasticity of the skin and delaying the aging of the skin; repairing damaged fragile skin, and performing minimally invasive surgery and laser surgery. Ceramide 1, which protects a sebum membrane, improves the barrier function of the skin surface layer and reduces the loss of water; ceramide 3, which maintains the moisture retention of skin, reestablishes cell adhesiveness and quickly repairs dry and damaged skin; ceramide 6 helps keratin metabolism and promotes smooth and tender skin. The combination of the three ceramides has good water solubility and stability.
In a preferred embodiment, in the essence, the sodium hyaluronate is selected from one or a combination of several of medium molecule sodium hyaluronate, small molecule sodium hyaluronate and micro molecule sodium hyaluronate; more preferably a combination of the three. The sodium hyaluronate has the effects of compacting and moisturizing, the sodium hyaluronate can be quickly absorbed through skin, the water in the stratum corneum is supplemented, and the absorption, moisturizing and water replenishing effects of the micromolecules are stronger. The three components are mutually matched to obviously enhance the moisturizing and water replenishing effects. Furthermore, the molecular weight of the medium molecular sodium hyaluronate is 1000000-18000000 Da, the molecular weight of the small molecular sodium hyaluronate is 400000-10000000 Da, and the molecular weight of the micro molecular sodium hyaluronate is 100000-4000000 Da. Furthermore, the weight part ratio of the medium molecular sodium hyaluronate, the small molecular sodium hyaluronate to the small molecular sodium hyaluronate is 1-3:1-3: 1-3; preferably 1:1: 1.
In the essence disclosed by the invention, the polyglutamic acid has the effects of naturally moisturizing, improving skin nutrition, regulating skin elasticity, promoting cell metabolism, absorbing ultraviolet rays and relieving the damage of solar radiation to the skin; trehalose has the effects of moisturizing, resisting oxidation, resisting aging, preventing ultraviolet rays and sunburn and the like. The allantoin can keep skin moisture, maintain physiological balance of skin moisture, relieve irritation of active substances to skin, and mildly treat skin cutin to make skin smooth and well-developed.
The essence disclosed by the invention can obviously increase the skin moisture, adjust the skin in a water-oil balance state and effectively increase the skin elasticity by the compatibility of the specific natural plant combination extract, ceramide, sodium hyaluronate, polyglutamic acid, allantoin and the like. In the embodiment of the invention, the essence of the invention can improve the water content of the skin by about 5 times, but the control group (pure water group) has no obvious difference, and the oil content of the skin is improved more than that of the control group.
It is worth noting that during the development process, the inventors have unexpectedly found that when a specific plant extract is compatible with ceramide, sodium hyaluronate, polyglutamic acid and allantoin, especially a specific plant extract is compatible with ceramide and sodium hyaluronate, the effects of soothing and anti-allergy on the skin are stronger than the effects of the plant extract alone or the ceramide, sodium hyaluronate, polyglutamic acid and allantoin alone. However, in the current research, no plant extract composition (purslane, tremella, mint, liquorice) has the outstanding functions of relieving, resisting allergy, resisting inflammation and relieving itching, although the plant extract composition has been separately reported to have the anti-allergy effect. The plant extract composition is combined with the components such as ceramide, sodium hyaluronate and the like, and the soothing and anti-allergy effects are stronger than those of the plant extract.
In addition to the above components, the present invention may further comprise additives and/or other active substances as long as the properties and effects of the essence of the present invention are not affected.
The additives include, but are not limited to: thickeners, buffers, film formers, humectants, fragrances, pigments, preservatives, penetration aids, solvents, emulsifiers, detergents, solubilizers, sunscreens, antioxidants or radical scavengers, chelating agents, and the like.
The active substances include, but are not limited to: sophora flavescens extracts, artemisia argyi extracts, honeysuckle extracts, burdock extracts, centella asiatica extracts, witch hazel extracts, seaweed extracts, ginseng extracts, green tea extracts, coix seed extracts, yeast extracts, blueberry extracts, perilla extracts, rhodiola rosea extracts, pomegranate extracts, grape extracts, and the like.
As a preferred embodiment, in the essence of the present invention, the plant extract composition further comprises 1 to 5 parts of sophora flavescens ait.
As another preferred embodiment, in the essence of the present invention, the plant extract composition further comprises 1 to 5 parts of artemisia argyi extract.
As another preferred embodiment, in the essence of the present invention, the plant extract composition further includes 1 to 3 parts of a honeysuckle extract.
As another preferred embodiment, in the essence of the present invention, the plant extract composition further comprises 1 to 3 parts of burdock fruit extract.
In a more preferred embodiment, the essence of the present invention comprises the following raw materials in the plant extract composition: 12.5-17.5 parts of purslane, 10-15 parts of tremella, 6-8 parts of liquorice, 1-3 parts of mint, 1.5-3 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 1.5-3 parts of folium artemisiae argyi extract, 1-2 parts of honeysuckle extract and 1-2 parts of burdock fruit extract.
