Description

Composition of anti-hair loss and anti-dandruff spray and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a composition of an anti-hair loss and anti-dandruff spray and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Alopecia is divided into physiological shedding and pathological shedding, the normal shedding range of each day is less than one hundred, and the alopecia belongs to physiological shedding; pathological alopecia refers to excessive hair loss every day, and is classified into cicatricial alopecia and non-cicatricial alopecia. The cicatricial alopecia causes inflammation reaction and damage to hair follicle while the hair falls off, and forms cicatricial change, so that the hair can not be regenerated, and the permanent alopecia is caused. Non-scar alopecia is mostly caused by factors such as medicines, environment and the like, but hair follicle structure is complete, hair can grow again after a period of recovery or treatment, and the hair belongs to temporary alopecia.
The cause of alopecia is as follows: the preparation method comprises the following steps of: for autosomal dominant inheritance, it is only shown under the action of androgens, mostly after puberty; mental alopecia: the loss of hair is often increased due to high mental stress; physical hair loss: the causes of the diseases include mechanical stimulation such as excessive traction, plastic comb hair, etc.; chemical hair loss is achieved: etiology includes perming, dyeing, etc.; infectious alopecia: infection with bacteria, fungi, treponema pallidum, parasites, etc. can cause alopecia; sixth, endocrine hair loss: alopecia diseases such as postpartum and climacteric alopecia are caused by endocrine abnormality; nutritional hair loss: such as poor nutritional status of the patient, anemia may lead to hair loss; seasonal alopecia: alternate seasons, such as in late summer and early autumn, most of the hair loss is normal; immune alopecia: belongs to one symptom of immune diseases.
In adolescence, the gonad function starts to be active, and it stimulates sebaceous glands to increase sebum secretion. Because the sebaceous gland distribution of the scalp is rich, the secreted sebum is increased, and the scalp keratinization can be stimulated to accelerate the formation of excessive dandruff. Slightly more dandruff is often a physiological phenomenon common to young and young people, but is not skin disease, and the scalp dirt is cleared in time without special treatment as long as the personal hygiene is noted. However, some young people have significantly increased dandruff, which falls off like snow and has tackiness when they are scratched by hands or comb, which is a skin disease known medically as "dry seborrheic dermatitis" or "pityriasis scalp" once attached to clothing and not easily removed. Besides greasy dandruff, the disease is subjective scalp itching, and repeated scratching can cause skin peeling or secondary infection, hair folliculitis, furuncle and the like.
The cause of excessive dandruff is microorganism infection, head skin lesion, excessive mental pressure, sunburn, etc., and its main symptoms are manifested by excessive dandruff, repeated occurrence of dandruff, easy oil discharge of scalp, scalp itching, etc. The dandruff is caused to be increased by scalp infection, excessive or insufficient times of shampoo, scalp injury caused by over-high alkalinity of shampoo, and the like. In addition, the scalp is damaged by frequent permanent waving and dyeing, and the phenomenon of excessive dandruff is also caused.
At present, a plurality of anti-hair loss and anti-dandruff spray and shampoo with medicinal properties are developed in the market, but the product has unobvious anti-hair loss and anti-dandruff effects due to damage to hair and skin caused by frequent use due to the over-strong alkalinity in the product. Meanwhile, the oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine has no obvious effects of preventing alopecia and removing dandruff due to physique difference.
The Chinese patent application CN106620601A discloses a traditional Chinese medicine hair-growing and hair-blackening health-care medicinal liquor and a preparation method thereof, wherein the medicinal liquor is mainly prepared from the following raw materials: rhizoma Polygonati, radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, radix Angelicae sinensis, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, radix rehmanniae Preparata, fructus Chaenomelis, rhizoma Gastrodiae, fructus Rosae Laevigatae, atractylodis rhizoma, folium Pini, rhizoma Zingiberis recens, siegesbeckiae herba, sang Qiaozi, caulis Spatholobi and semen Juglandis. The method comprises the following steps: (1) Mixing the raw materials of the Chinese herbal medicines, pulverizing into coarse powder, adding Chinese liquor for soaking, and fully soaking and swelling the coarse powder to obtain a feed liquid mixture; (2) Filling the feed liquid mixture obtained in the step (1) into a white spirit steaming pot, distilling the medicinal liquor with slow fire, and collecting distillate to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine hair-growing hair-blackening health-care medicinal liquor; or further soaking the residue in the distilled liquor pot in the distillate, filtering, and standing. The health wine has certain functions of growing and blackening hair, but has no obvious functions of preventing alopecia and removing dandruff, and the health wine has more traditional Chinese medicinal materials, complex prescription and is not beneficial to blending.
Chinese patent application CN110227143A discloses an anti-alopecia liquid, which comprises the following steps: s1, selecting raw materials for preparing the anti-hair loss liquid: deionized water, polygonum multiflorum, side dead leaves, ginseng, ligusticum chuanxiong, saffron, coix seeds, angelica sinensis, thickening agent, ginger, glycerin, musk and ganoderma lucidum, S2, cleaning the selected polygonum multiflorum, side dead leaves, ginseng, ligusticum chuanxiong, coix seeds, angelica sinensis, ginger, musk and ganoderma lucidum respectively, and placing the cleaned polygonum multiflorum, side dead leaves, ginseng, ligusticum chuanxiong, saffron, coix seeds, angelica sinensis, ginger, musk and ganoderma lucidum in prepared different clean glassware respectively.
