In example 8, the plant microcapsule prepared in example 1 was prepared by using plant microcapsules, and since the raw materials of the plant microcapsule are commercial tremella extract, compared with examples 1 to 7, the plant composition has slow effect of relieving itching, short duration of effect of relieving itching and poor effect of relieving itching.
The test performance of the plant microcapsules prepared in example 4 was not very different from that of examples 1 to 7.
The white fungus advanced liquor prepared by the plant microcapsule in the embodiment 10 is fermented without onion juice, and the detection result shows that the itching-relieving duration time is obviously shorter than that of the embodiment 1-7, and the itching-relieving effect time is slower, which shows that after the onion juice and the white fungus are mixed and fermented, the itching-relieving duration time and the itching-relieving effect speed of the plant composition can be effectively improved.
Example 11 since the plant microcapsule is formed by simply mixing the wall material and the core material when preparing the plant microcapsule, the wall material is difficult to fully wrap the core material, so that the slow release effect is poor, the itching relieving effect time of the plant composition is accelerated, but the itching relieving duration time is shortened.
In examples 12 and 13, when plant microcapsules are prepared, marmot oil and chamomile extract are added, the itching relieving time is accelerated to 1.2-1.3min, and compared with examples 1-7, the itching relieving time is obviously accelerated, and the itching relieving duration is prolonged, so that the marmot oil and chamomile extract can effectively improve the itching relieving effect time and the itching relieving duration effect of the plant composition.
In the embodiment 14, the plant microcapsule is prepared by extracting cactus, ginger and fishskin gelatin with ethanol, so that the effective components in the wall material are few, the onset time is long, and the itching relieving duration time is short; example 15 since purslane, sage and polygonum cuspidatum were extracted with ethanol in the preparation of plant microcapsules, the content of active ingredients was low due to low extraction rate of active ingredients by ethanol extraction, and the duration of itching relieving of the plant microcapsules was shortened.
Comparative example 1 the plant composition prepared in comparative example 1 has a shorter duration of the antipruritic effect and a slower antipruritic effect onset time and a poorer antipruritic effect than those of examples 1 to 7 because no plant microcapsule is added.
In the comparative example 2, the tremella extract is not added in the wall material, in the comparative example 3, the hydrolyzed eggshell membrane powder is not added in the wall material, in the comparative example 4, the fishskin gelatin is not added in the wall material, and the plant compositions prepared in the comparative examples 2-4 have quick effect on relieving itching, but have poor long-acting effect on relieving itching, and the long-acting effect on relieving itching is reduced compared with the examples 1-7.
In comparative example 5, ginger and cactus were not added to the wall material, and when the plant composition was in contact with the skin, the itching relieving component of the wall material was reduced, resulting in an increase in the time of the itching relieving effect and a deterioration in the itching relieving effect.
Comparative example 6 because no sage and purslane were added to the wall material, and comparative example 7 because no nicotinamide and giant knotweed were added to the core material, the antipruritic effect of the core material was reduced after the wall material was dissolved, so that the antipruritic effective time of the plant composition was shortened.
Comparative example 8 since no stephania tetrandra and gentian were added to the plant composition and no betaine and stephania tetrandra were added to the plant composition and comparative example 9, it was found from the results of the examination that the plant compositions prepared in comparative examples 8 to 9 had prolonged antipruritic effect and deteriorated long-acting antipruritic effect.
Comparative example 10 is a natural plant extract prepared in the prior art, and although the itching relieving speed is high and the itching relieving effect is good, the itching relieving effect lasts for a short time.
