本发明公开了一种染色抛光同浴工艺,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤,首先,氧漂前处理,加入1%精炼渗透剂、3%NaOH,4%H2O2在98℃下维持30min,继续加入0.5%冰醋酸,常温运行10min;然后除氧、抛光、染色同浴,加入0.12%除氧酶,0.6%抛光酶,0.2%冰醋酸,0.8%中性抛光酶,40℃温度下维持10min,测定pH值在6.5‑7.0之间后加70%元明粉、0.6%Na2CO3,3.2%代用碱及待染色的染料,升温到60℃下维持40min。该染色抛光同浴工艺节约生产时间及生产成本,节能减排,提高了生产效益。

技术领域:
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,是一种染色抛光同浴工艺。
背景技术:
有些针织棉织物需做到成品面料布面光洁滑爽效果,故需要在前工序中加入酵素抛光工艺,传统生产方法是针织棉前处理脱杂质后,再用生物抛光酶抛光,再染色生产,流程长,耗水耗时。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种节约生产时间及生产成本,节能减排,提高了生产效益的染色抛光同浴工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种染色抛光同浴工艺,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤,
首先,氧漂前处理,加入1%精炼渗透剂、3%NaOH,4%H2O2在98℃下维持30min, 继续加入0.5%冰醋酸,常温运行10min;
然后除氧、抛光、染色同浴,加入0.12%除氧酶,0.6%抛光酶,0.2%冰醋酸,0.8%中性抛光酶,40℃温度下维持10min,测定pH值在6.5-7.0之间后加 70%元明粉、0.6%Na2CO3,3.2%代用碱及待染色的染料,升温到60℃下维持40min。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本工艺优化传统生产工艺,通过选用中性抛光酶,把抛光工艺溶入到染色流程,大大节约生产时间及生产成本,节能减排,提高了生产效益。
具体实施方式:
下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
一种染色抛光同浴工艺,实施例中面料为待染为雪花深灰的氨纶单珠地,它包括以下步骤,
首先,氧漂前处理,加入1%精炼渗透剂SA-23、3%NaOH,4%H2O2在98℃下维持30min,继续加入0.5%冰醋酸中和烧碱至中性,然后常温运行10min;
然后除氧、抛光、染色同浴,加入0.12%UTA-500除氧酶(尤特尔),0.6%抛光酶,0.2%冰醋酸,0.8%DS-MD中性抛光酶(上海德桑),40℃温度下维持10min,加入的冰醋酸使得pH值在6.5-7.0之间后加70%元明粉、0.6%Na2CO3, 3.2%HD代用碱(海博)及待染色的染料1.12%3RN黄、0.19%3BN红、2.05%FWN 黑,升温到60℃下维持40min。

首先,氧漂前处理,加入1%精炼渗透剂、3%NaOH,4%H2O2在98℃下维持30min,继续加入0.5%冰醋酸,常温运行10min;
然后除氧、抛光、染色同浴,加入0.12%除氧酶,0.6%抛光酶,0.2%冰醋酸,0.8%中性抛光酶,40℃温度下维持10min,测定pH值在6.5-7.0之间后加70%元明粉、0.6%Na2CO3,3.2%代用碱及待染色的染料,升温到60℃下维持40min。
