本发明涉及纱线染色方法领域,尤其是一种普棉条的杏色染色方法,将普棉条放入染缸内,加入水升温至30℃,然后加入助剂,保温10min;加入染料,保温20min;然后以1℃/min的速度升温至70℃,保温20min;然后清洗干净,温度降至30℃;加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,保温20min,然后清洗干净,降温至30℃;加入柔软剂后快速升温至40℃,保温20min,最后清洗干净,降温至30℃,出缸。本发明所得到的一种普棉条的杏色染色方法,其染色后的普棉条的色牢度可达到3级,不会产生色花,同时生产加工过程相对较短,能降低能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线染色方法领域,尤其是一种普棉条的杏色染色方法。
背景技术
现有的普棉条染色后,其色牢度较差,而且容易出现染色不均、色花的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种色牢度好,染色均匀的普棉条的杏色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种普棉条的杏色染色方法,将普棉条放入染缸内,加入水升温至30℃,然后加入助剂,保温10min;加入染料,保温20min;然后以1℃/min的速度升温至70℃,保温20min;然后清洗干净,温度降至30℃;加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,保温20min,然后清洗干净,降温至30℃;加入柔软剂后快速升温至40℃,保温20min,最后清洗干净,降温至30℃,出缸。
所述的助剂包括元明粉、螯合分散剂、纯碱、冰醋酸,其中元明粉用量为普棉条质量的15%,螯合分散剂用量为普棉条质量的1%,纯碱的用量为普棉条质量的5.5%,冰醋酸的用量为普棉条质量的1%。
染料包括活性黄4RFN、活性红B-2BF、活性深蓝M-2GE,其中活性黄4RFN的用量为普棉条质量的0.036%,活性红B-2BF的用量为普棉条质量的0.0135%、活性深蓝M-2GE的用量为普棉条质量的0.0063%。
皂洗剂的用量为普棉条质量的2%。
柔软剂的用量为普棉条质量的4%。
本发明所得到的一种普棉条的杏色染色方法,其染色后的普棉条的色牢度可达到3级,不会产生色花,同时生产加工过程相对较短,能降低能耗。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种普棉条的杏色染色方法,将普棉条放入染缸内,加入水升温至30℃,然后加入助剂,保温10min;加入染料,保温20min;然后以1℃/min的速度升温至70℃,保温20min;然后清洗干净,温度降至30℃;加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,保温20min,然后清洗干净,降温至30℃;加入柔软剂后快速升温至40℃,保温20min,最后清洗干净,降温至30℃,出缸。

1.一种普棉条的杏色染色方法,其特征是:将普棉条放入染缸内,加入水升温至30℃,然后加入助剂,保温10min;加入染料,保温20min;然后以1℃/min的速度升温至70℃,保温20min;然后清洗干净,温度降至30℃;加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,保温20min,然后清洗干净,降温至30℃;加入柔软剂后快速升温至40℃,保温20min,最后清洗干净,降温至30℃,出缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种普棉条的杏色染色方法,其特征是:所述的助剂包括元明粉、螯合分散剂、纯碱、冰醋酸,其中元明粉用量为普棉条质量的15%,螯合分散剂用量为普棉条质量的1%,纯碱的用量为普棉条质量的5.5%,冰醋酸的用量为普棉条质量的1%。
