preferably, the culture medium of the agave skimming dish made of garden waste is prepared by the following method, which comprises the following steps:
a. collecting branches and leaves in garden waste, exposing to the sun for 7-10 days, respectively pulverizing the leaves and the branches to particle sizes below 1cm to obtain pulverized leaves and pulverized branches;
b. fermenting fallen leaves: soaking the fallen leaf crushed material in water for 24 hr, draining, adding pond sludge in an amount of 500g per 1 cubic meter of the fallen leaf crushed material, stirring, sealing with plastic film, and naturally fermenting for 30-40 days in spring and summer and 60-80 days in autumn and winter to obtain fallen leaf fermented material;
c. Adding calcium superphosphate into the fermented product of the fallen leaves to adjust the pH value to 6.0 to obtain the fermented product of the fallen leaves after the pH value is adjusted;
d. Uniformly mixing the fallen leaf fermentation product, the branch and stem crushed product and the dried chicken manure after the pH value is adjusted according to the volume ratio of 5:3:1 to obtain the magnolia skimmica culture medium prepared from garden waste.
The branches are crushed to be less than 1cm in length, and the fallen leaves are crushed to be in a sawdust shape.
Soaking the fallen leaf crushed material in water for 24 hours, draining the water, adding pond sludge according to the standard that 500g of pond sludge is added into every 1 cubic meter of fallen leaf crushed material, and uniformly stirring the mixture mainly for adjusting the carbon-nitrogen ratio.
The pH value is adjusted by using calcium superphosphate, and the material can adjust the pH value, and can be supplemented with phosphate fertilizer to supplement the nutrition of the agave skimmilk.
The fallen leaf fermented product, the branch and stem crushed product and the dried chicken manure after the pH value is adjusted are uniformly mixed according to the volume ratio of 5:3: 1. The fallen leaf fermentation product has good moisture and fertilizer retention capacity and can continuously provide nutrition; the large number of broken deadwood branches is utilized to ensure that the matrix has large gaps and ensure water and air permeability; the dry chicken manure supplements the nitrogen fertilizer supply in the early stage after transplantation, but the fertilizer is not too much, so that the seedling burning is avoided.
the invention provides a culture medium for agave skimming through garden waste, which is prepared from garden waste as a main raw material, so that resources are effectively recycled, the preparation cost is reduced, and the culture medium is easy to obtain in a large scale. The substrate is good in overall water permeability and air permeability, has the characteristic of continuously providing nutrients, can guarantee the robust growth requirement of the cymbidium bracteatum plants, and is high in survival rate and developed in root systems.
