Abstract
本发明公开的防水透气超纤材料的制备工艺,通过以下步骤实现:步骤1:将85‑90重量份尼龙6、8‑15重量份蛋白质合成纤维、90‑95低密度聚乙烯、3‑8.5重量份改性氟树脂、5‑35重量份导电功能母粒混合,按常规工艺制备不定岛海岛短纤维;步骤2:按常规工艺制备成为导电无纺布;步骤3:浸渍、凝固、水洗处理制得含聚氨酯的基布;步骤4:开纤处理制成半成品;步骤5:浸渍、浸轧、预烘、焙烘、后整理制得成品超纤材料;浸渍液为含有C6三防整理剂、蛋白质粉的防水防油柔软整理液。采用本发明制备的超纤材料、超纤制品具有较为理想的防水、透气等物理指标,且显著高于同类产品,而且柔软、手感饱满。因此适用于高档产品,能进一步拓展了超纤材料、超纤制品的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超纤材料及制品,特别是涉及一种防水透气的超纤材料及制品的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前的超纤材料由于现有的工艺特点决定了超纤材料的防水、透气等物理指标不理想。因此现有的超纤材料一般适用于低档产品,无法应用于高档产品,这就进一步限制了超纤材料的应用前景。
因此,有要必研发一种既能提高防水,又能提高透气性能的超纤材料。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种既防水又透气的防水透气超纤材料的制备工艺。
本发明还提供一种既防水又透气的防水透气超纤材料。
本发明还提供一种既防水又透气的防水透气超纤制品的制备工艺。
本发明还提供一种既防水又透气的防水透气超纤制品。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
防水透气超纤材料的制备工艺,通过以下步骤实现:
步骤1:将80-85重量份尼龙6、8-15重量份蛋白质合成纤维、90-95低密度聚乙烯、3-8.5重量份改性氟树脂、5-35重量份导电功能母粒混合,按常规工艺制备不定岛海岛短纤维;
步骤2:将步骤1的不定岛海岛纤维按常规工艺制备成为导电无纺布;
步骤3:将步骤2的无纺布,经浸渍、凝固、水洗处理制得含聚氨酯的基布;浸渍液中含有蛋白质粉;
步骤4:将步骤3含聚氨酯树脂的基布,经开纤处理制成半成品;
步骤5:将步骤4的半成品,经浸渍、浸轧、预烘、焙烘、后整理制得成品超纤材料;浸渍液为含有C6三防整理剂、蛋白质粉的防水防油柔软整理液。
所述步骤1中:
所述导电功能母粒的重量份组分如下:15~35份导电粉体、5-8份纳米银、6.5~8.5份偶联剂、8.5~15份分散剂、35~80份载体树脂;所述导电粉体的重量份组分如下:30-55份氧化锡和30-55份氧化锑;
所述步骤3中:
浸渍液为聚氨酯溶液;
所述步骤5中:
所述预烘温度为118℃~128℃,焙烘温度为165℃~178℃,焙烘时间为1.5~2.8min;
所述防水防油柔软整理液的重量份组分如下:3.5~8份C6三防整理剂、2-6份蛋白质粉、2~4份柔软剂、0.1~0.4份天然胶乳、0.2~0.4份稳定剂、85-95份去离子水。
防水透气超纤材料,其为采用如前所述工艺制备而成的超纤材料。
防水透气超纤制品的制备工艺,采用如前所述工艺制备超纤材料,超纤材料制备成超纤制品。
防水透气超纤制品,其为采用如前所述工艺制备而成的超纤制品。
采用上述方案后,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明制备的超纤材料、超纤制品具有较为理想的防水、透气等物理指标,显著高于同类产品,而且柔软、手感饱满。因此适用于高档产品,这就进一步拓展了超纤材料的应用前景。
具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
实施例一
本实施例中,防水透气超纤材料的制备工艺主要通过以下步骤实现:
步骤1:将80-85重量份尼龙6、8-15重量份蛋白质合成纤维、90-95重量份低密度聚乙烯、3-8.5重量份改性氟树脂、5-35重量份导电功能母粒混合,按常规工艺制备不定岛海岛短纤维。例如:依次经过熔融挤出、纺丝、上油、牵伸、卷曲、定型和切断等工序。导电功能母粒可采用深圳市健阳塑化有限公司的产品、或者东莞市塑亨塑胶有限公司的产品。较佳地,蛋白质合成纤维采用复合的蛋白质合成纤维,或者称之为蛋白质合成复合纤维,即包括多种动物蛋白质,主要由多种飞禽的毛羽制成的动物蛋白质。利用飞禽的毛羽制成的动物蛋白质,成品超纤材料具有丝滑般的感觉,而且由于成品超纤材料的表面能形成多种不规则的微孔,这样就具有非常强的防水性、透气性。
其中,低密度聚乙烯的密度为0.910-0.925g/m3。
步骤2:将步骤1的不定岛海岛纤维按常规工艺制备成为导电无纺布。例如:依次经梳理、铺网和针刺等工序。
步骤3:将步骤2的无纺布经浸渍、凝固、水洗处理制得含聚氨酯的基布。其中步骤3可按常规步骤处理,较佳地,浸渍液中含有蛋白质粉,蛋白质粉可采用飞禽的毛羽制成的动物蛋白质粉,动物蛋白质粉占浸渍液总重量的3-8%。
步骤4:将步骤3含聚氨酯树脂的基布经开纤处理制成半成品。
步骤5:将步骤4的半成品经浸渍、浸轧、预烘、焙烘、后整理制得成品超纤材料。
其中,浸渍液为含有C6三防整理剂和蛋白质粉的防水防油柔软整理液。C6三防整理剂可采用江苏汉诺斯化学品有限公司、或者常州斯科尼亚商贸有限公司的产品。蛋白质粉能在超纤材料的表面形成微孔结构,提高透气、吸湿的效果。较佳地,蛋白质粉为飞禽的毛羽制成的动物蛋白质粉。
另外,本实施例中采用常规的工艺之处不再详述。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的主要区别在于,本实施例对实施例一中各步骤工艺参数作了进一步的较佳选择,相同之处,在此不再赘述。
步骤1中:
导电功能母粒的重量份组分如下:15~35份导电粉体、5-8份纳米银、6.5~8.5份偶联剂、8.5~15份分散剂、35~80份载体树脂;导电粉体的重量份组分如下:30-55份氧化锡和30-55份氧化锑。
其中,导电粉体的平均粒径小于2微米。偶联剂为铝酸酯、钛酸酯或铝钛复合偶联剂。分散剂为PE高分子蜡或PP分子蜡。载体树脂为PP树脂。
导电功能母粒具体如下制备:将氧化锡和氧化锑按上述组分混合、烘干制成导电粉体,烘干温度为118~128℃,烘干时间为9~11小时,导电粉体中水分含量为40~50PPm。烘干后的导电粉体中加入偶联剂、载体树脂、分散剂,搅拌、熔融挤出、冷却、切粒等制成导电功能母粒。
步骤3中:
浸渍液为聚氨酯溶液。
步骤5中:
预烘温度为118℃~128℃,焙烘温度为165℃~178℃,焙烘时间为1.5~2.8min。
防水防油柔软整理液的重量份组分如下:3.5~8份C6三防整理剂、2-6份蛋白质粉、2~4份柔软剂、0.1~0.4份天然胶乳、0.2~0.4份稳定剂、85-95份去离子水。C6三防整理剂为氟碳类化合物,碳氢化合物基质和超分子星状高聚物。柔软剂为重量固含量19~20%的有机硅乳液。柔软剂可采用龙口市易久化工科技有限公司的产品。稳定剂可采用液体钡锌复合稳定剂、液体钾锌复合稳定剂。稳定剂还可采用湖南省邵阳天堂助剂化工有限公司的产品。
本发明的防水透气超纤材料,其采用如前所述工艺制备而成,其具有显著高于同类产品的柔软性、弹性,且手感丰富、饱满,这些物性指标可比同类高品高出10-18%。
本发明的防水透气超纤制品的制备工艺,采用如前所述工艺制备超纤材料,超纤材料制备成超纤制品。
本发明的防水透气超纤制品,其采用如前所述工艺制备而成。
上述实施例并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
Claims (5)
1.防水透气超纤材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,通过以下步骤实现:
步骤1:将80-85重量份尼龙6、8-15重量份蛋白质合成纤维、90-95低密度聚乙烯、3-8.5重量份改性氟树脂、5-35重量份导电功能母粒混合,按常规工艺制备不定岛海岛短纤维;
步骤2:将步骤1的不定岛海岛纤维按常规工艺制备成为导电无纺布;
步骤3:将步骤2的无纺布,经浸渍、凝固、水洗处理制得含聚氨酯的基布;浸渍液中含有蛋白质粉;
步骤4:将步骤3含聚氨酯树脂的基布,经开纤处理制成半成品;
步骤5:将步骤4的半成品,经浸渍、浸轧、预烘、焙烘、后整理制得成品超纤材料;浸渍液为含有C6三防整理剂、蛋白质粉的防水防油柔软整理液。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水透气超纤材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:
