Abstract

本发明涉及箱包材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种旅行***革的制造方法。首先分别制备PVC合成革层和布料层,在布料层上复合压纹层,接着复合PVC合成革层,然后在PVC合成革层上复合抗菌涂料层,最后通过粘结涂料将PU保护层粘接以形成一体。本发明的旅行***革的制造方法,首先,通过合理改进皮革的复合结构,使其能够达到具备高拉伸强力、高撕破强力、高耐磨性能等优点。同时,通过合理改进制造方法,特别是添加了经过有机膦硅烷偶联剂改性的二氧化硅,从而使制成的PVC合成革层的拉伸性能和耐磨强度得到进一步提升。

一种旅行***革的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及箱包材料技术领域,具体是涉及一种旅行***革的制造方法。
背景技术
箱包织物一般的性能要求是耐磨性高、使用强度较好,从而使制成的箱包能够装载更多物件,承载更多重量,安全使用更久时间。现有这类箱包织物在制备工艺中,一般采用传统的普通材质织物经过传统工艺加工而成,这种加工的箱包就会出现拉伸强度低、防水性能较差等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种旅行***革的制造方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种旅行***革的制造方法,步骤如下:
步骤一、制备PVC合成革层
1)二氧化硅的改性:
称量5%二氧化硅重量的硅烷偶联剂于容器中,用乙二醇稀释成10%的稀溶液,再将二氧化硅缓慢倒入稀溶液中,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后将容器直接放置于烘箱中于100℃下烘干以除去溶剂,然后将固体取出,研磨待用;
硅烷偶联剂的结构式为:
2)PVC预备料的制备:
将5份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、5份硬脂酸钠和1份氧化锌依次加入至容器中,磁力搅拌下,缓慢加入25份PVC粉料,搅拌15min后,再加入5份改性二氧化硅粉末以及35份PVC粉料,搅拌30min,使其充分分散,即得PVC预备料;
3)成型:
将PVC预备料充入模具中,升温至180℃并保持10min,自然冷却,取出即得PVC合成革;
步骤二、制备布料层
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.8cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为8kg,超喂率控制为12%;
2)、织物结构选择平纹组织,经、纬纱采用步骤1)加工的空气变形纱,采用经纱浆纱工艺织造得到坯布;
3)、对坯布进行涂刷防水剂处理,防水剂采用日本旭硝子AG-710,涂刷量为180g/m2
4)、对面料进行烘干和塑化处理得到布料层,烘干温度为160℃,塑化温度为200℃;
步骤三、复合处理
在布料层上复合压纹层,接着复合PVC合成革层,然后在PVC合成革层上复合抗菌涂料层,最后通过粘结涂料将PU保护层粘接以形成一体。
本发明的旅行***革的制造方法,其有益效果表现在:
本发明的旅行***革的制造方法,首先,通过合理改进皮革的复合结构,使其能够达到具备高拉伸强力、高撕破强力、高耐磨性能等优点。同时,通过合理改进制造方法,特别是添加了经过有机膦硅烷偶联剂改性的二氧化硅,从而使制成的PVC合成革层的拉伸性能和耐磨强度得到进一步提升。

实施例1
一种旅行***革的制造方法,步骤如下:
步骤一、制备PVC合成革层
1)二氧化硅的改性:
称量5%二氧化硅重量的硅烷偶联剂于容器中,用乙二醇稀释成10%的稀溶液,再将二氧化硅缓慢倒入稀溶液中,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后将容器直接放置于烘箱中于100℃下烘干以除去溶剂,然后将固体取出,研磨待用;
硅烷偶联剂的结构式为:
2)PVC预备料的制备:
将5份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、5份硬脂酸钠和1份氧化锌依次加入至容器中,磁力搅拌下,缓慢加入25份PVC粉料,搅拌15min后,再加入5份改性二氧化硅粉末以及35份PVC粉料,搅拌30min,使其充分分散,即得PVC预备料;
3)成型:
将PVC预备料充入模具中,升温至180℃并保持10min,自然冷却,取出即得PVC合成革;
步骤二、制备布料层
1)、利用空气变形设备将强力指标高于7.8cN/dtex的涤纶工业长丝加工成空气变形纱,加工时的空气压力为8kg,超喂率控制为12%;

步骤三、复合处理
在布料层上复合压纹层,接着复合PVC合成革层,然后在PVC合成革层上复合抗菌涂料层,最后通过粘结涂料将PU保护层粘接以形成一体。
最终制造的旅行***革的结构中,自上之下依次由保护层、粘结层、抗菌涂料层、PVC合成革层、压纹层和布料层构成,保护层的材质为PU薄膜层。

Claims (1)

1.一种旅行***革的制造方法,添加了经过有机膦硅烷偶联剂改性的二氧化硅,从而使制成的PVC合成革层的拉伸性能和耐磨强度得到进一步提升;其特征在于步骤如下:
步骤一、制备PVC合成革层
1)二氧化硅的改性:
称量5%二氧化硅重量的硅烷偶联剂于容器中,用乙二醇稀释成10%的稀溶液,再将二氧化硅缓慢倒入稀溶液中,边加边搅拌,混合均匀后将容器直接放置于烘箱中于100℃下烘干以除去溶剂,然后将固体取出,研磨待用;
