Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于食品生产线的CIP酸性清洁剂及其制备方法。一种用于食品生产线的CIP酸性清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚SIMULSOL OX 1309L、葡萄糖酸钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、柠檬酸、磷酸、硝酸、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物GenifolRPF2520加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。本发明是一种复合酸性清洗剂,能适用不同食品生产线的清洗。本发明配方具有良好的去垢清洁能力,能有效清除食品工业生产设备表面的多种污垢。产品质量符合行业标准QB/T4313的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于食品生产线的CIP酸性清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品工业用清洗剂主要有碱性清洗剂和酸性清洗剂,碱性清洗剂的主要作用是溶解食品中的糖类,蛋白质和油脂等有机污垢,酸性清洗剂的主要用于溶解无机盐类沉淀污垢。因加工的产品不同,食品工业生产中所产生的污垢不是以单一成分的形式存在,食品工业设备的清洗需要用碱性清洗剂和酸性清洗剂交替清洗。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种用于食品生产线的CIP酸性清洁剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的CIP酸性清洁剂的制备方法。本发明是一种复合酸性清洗剂,能适用不同食品生产线的清洗。
