Abstract
本发明涉及一种食品工业设备的外表面清洗的碱性泡沫清洁剂及其制备方法。一种食品工业设备的外表面清洗的碱性泡沫清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把醇醚糖苷、醇醚羧酸盐AEC、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸、EDTA‑4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。本发明是高浓缩碱性泡沫清洁剂,泡沫丰富,清洁力强,用量少。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品工业设备的外表面清洗的碱性泡沫清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品工业用生产设备在使用过程中会聚集污渍,用普通的清洁剂清洁设备的外表面,因清洁剂的挂壁时间短,很难清洗干净。碱性泡沫清洗剂在使用时形成细腻丰富的泡沫,能较长时间黏附在设备外表面,充分渗透到污垢内部,降低污垢的附着力,静置数分钟后用清水把泡沫冲洗干净,设备表面的污渍也随着被冲洗干净了。所以泡沫型清洗剂成了食品工业清洗设备外表面首选的清洁剂。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种食品工业设备的外表面清洗的碱性泡沫清洁剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的碱性泡沫清洁剂的制备方法。本发明是高浓缩碱性泡沫清洁剂,泡沫丰富,清洁力强,用量少。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:

上述的碱性泡沫清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把醇醚糖苷、醇醚羧酸盐AEC、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸、EDTA-4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。
本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,是高浓缩碱性泡沫清洁剂,泡沫丰富,清洁力强,用量少。

一种食品工业设备的外表面清洗的碱性泡沫清洁剂,该碱性泡沫清洁剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:

上述的碱性泡沫清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把醇醚糖苷、MERSOLAT H95(仲烷基磺酸钠)、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、HEDP(羟基亚乙基二膦酸)、PBTCA(膦酰基丁烷三羧酸)、EDTA-4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。
实施例2
一种食品工业设备的外表面清洗的碱性泡沫清洁剂,该碱性泡沫清洁剂按重量百分比计由以下组分构成:

3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的碱性泡沫清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把醇醚糖苷、醇醚羧酸盐AEC、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸、EDTA-4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。
