Abstract
本发明涉及一种CIP碱性添加剂及其制备方法。一种CIP碱性添加剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把改型烷基糖苷AS48、仲烷基磺酸钠MERSOLAT H95、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、尿素、EDTA‑4Na、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷反式嵌段共聚物GenifolRPF2520加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。本发明是单一成分碱性清洗剂的添加剂,就是单一成分碱性清洗剂添加碱性添加剂后能适用不同食品生产线的清洗要求。本发明配方是高浓缩碱性添加剂,少量添加就能显著提高CIP键性清洗剂对各种食物污垢的清除效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种CIP碱性添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品工业的污垢因企业生产的产品不同而类***,传统的碱性清洗剂只含单一的碱性成分氢氧化钠,很难达到预期的清洗效果,所以需要使用含有其他助剂的碱性添加剂来复配使用,以提高碱性清洗剂的清洗效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种CIP碱性添加剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的CIP碱性添加剂的制备方法。本发明是单一成分碱性清洗剂的添加剂,就是单一成分碱性清洗剂添加碱性添加剂后能适用不同食品生产线的清洗要求。
