本发明涉及一种碱性泡沫清洁剂及其制备方法。一种碱性泡沫清洁剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下的步骤:先将水加入配料罐中,开启搅拌,把烷基糖苷、仲烷基磺酸钠MERSOLAT H95、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸、EDTA‑4Na加入配料罐,搅拌均匀,沉降24小时过滤。本发明是高浓缩碱性泡沫清洁剂,泡沫丰富,清洁力强,用量少。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种碱性泡沫清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
食品工业用生产设备在使用过程中会聚集污渍,用普通的清洁剂清洁设备的外表面,因清洁剂的挂壁时间短,很难清洗干净。碱性泡沫清洗剂在使用时形成细腻丰富的泡沫,能较长时间黏附在设备外表面,充分渗透到污垢内部,降低污垢的附着力,静置数分钟后用清水把泡沫冲洗干净,设备表面的污渍也随着被冲洗干净了。所以泡沫型清洗剂成了食品工业清洗设备外表面首选的清洁剂。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种碱性泡沫清洁剂,本发明的第二个目的是提供上述的碱性泡沫清洁剂的制备方法。本发明是高浓缩碱性泡沫清洁剂,泡沫丰富,清洁力强,用量少。

本发明由于采用上述的技术方案,是高浓缩碱性泡沫清洁剂,泡沫丰富,清洁力强,用量少。
