菊花能入药治病,久服或饮菊花茶能令人长寿。宋代诗人苏辙:“南阳白菊有奇功,潭上居人多老翁”。菊花可以做成精美的佳肴。“菊花肉”是经过长期摸索制作成的一种菊菜,它由一块块用蔗糖熬浆炮制的白嫩猪肉加工制成,玲珑剔透,有如白玉。每块之上黏上几丝菊瓣,饱饮油脂糖甜,观其金黄色泽,吃到口里荤中有素,素中有荤,香甜不腻,实为名菜。还有菊花鱼球、油炸菊叶、菊花鱼片粥、菊花羹、菊酒、菊茶等等,这些菊餐不但色香味俱佳,而且营养丰富。北京有名的“菊花锅子”(即在涮羊肉火锅里放些菊花煮汤),清淡味美,更是别有风味。
芦荟中含的多糖和多种维生素对人体皮肤有良好的营养、滋润、增白作用。翠叶芦荟是最适宜直接美容的芦荟鲜叶,即库拉索芦荟,它具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、漂白的性能。还有解除硬化、角化、改善伤痕的作用,不仅能防止小皱纹、眼袋、皮肤松弛,还能保持皮肤湿润、娇嫩,同时,还可以治疗皮肤炎症,对粉刺、雀斑、痤疮以及烫伤、刀伤、虫咬等亦有很好的疗效。对头发也同样有效,能使头发保持湿润光滑,预防脱发。

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料。该保健饮料制备工艺简单、口感细腻、醇厚、爽口、纯天然、安全健康且具有菊花、芦荟和木瓜的多重营养保健功能,非常适合脾胃虚弱、气血不足的女性及中老年人饮用。
本发明还提供了上述保健饮料的制备方法。

一种菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料,其特征在于,它由以下重量百分比的原料组成:菊花提取液20-30%、芦荟汁10-20%、木瓜浆10-20%、柠檬酸3-5%、果糖3-5%、异麦芽糖醇6-10%、Vc 0.5-2%、黄原胶0.05-0.1%、余量纯净水。
优选的,上述菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:菊花提取液28%、芦荟汁15%、木瓜浆15%、柠檬酸4%、果糖4%、异麦芽糖醇8%、Vc 1.5%、黄原胶0.08%、余量纯净水。
一种菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
1)菊花提取液的制备:选取新鲜的菊花瓣置于通风处晾晒至其水分含量为40%-50%,然后将其放入1000ml纯净水中,同时将Vc加入水溶液中,采用微波处理15-20min后,密闭浸泡24h后过滤,滤液即为菊花提取液,冷藏备用;
2)芦荟汁的制备:将新鲜芦荟清洗去外皮,切碎成0.3cm的细条,然后放入榨汁机中榨汁,用200-250目筛网过滤得一次滤液备用,滤渣中再加入5倍重量的纯净水重复榨汁过滤两次,得到的滤液与一次滤液混合后加热到88℃,保持30-40s后迅速冷却至35℃,然后用300目筛网精滤制成澄清的芦荟汁备用;
3)木瓜浆的制备:选择外形圆整、表面光滑、无病虫害的鲜木瓜,清洗干净后放入锅中蒸煮20min,然后剥皮后的熟木瓜捣碎并于55-65℃烘干至粉末状,将所得木瓜粉加入4倍于其重量的纯净水中,加热升温到95℃并保持1-2h,待溶液降至常温后用150目筛网过滤,滤液即为木瓜浆;

5)均质、脱气:将精滤后的混合饮料在20-25MPa的高压均质机均质,然后真空脱气;
6)灌装、灭菌:80℃以上灌装后于100℃灭菌5-10s后冷却,即得成品。
所述步骤1)中微波处理功率为800W。
所述步骤5)中均质时间为15-20min。
所述步骤5)中真空脱气时间3-5min,脱气温度为60℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明制成的保健饮料含有菊花、芦荟和木瓜的多重营养成分和保健功效,具有益气养血、健脾和胃、清热止痛的作用,且其配方科学合理,制备工艺简单,口感细腻、醇厚、爽口、纯天然、安全健康。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料,它由以下重量百分比的原料组成:菊花提取液20%、芦荟汁10%、木瓜浆10%、柠檬酸3%、果糖3%、异麦芽糖醇6%、Vc 0.5%、黄原胶0.05%、余量纯净水。
其制备方法如下:
1)菊花提取液的制备:选取新鲜的菊花瓣置于通风处晾晒至其水分含量为40%-50%,然后将其放入1000ml纯净水中,同时将Vc加入水溶液中,采用800W的微波处理15-20min后,密闭浸泡24h后过滤,滤液即为菊花提取液,冷藏备用;
2)芦荟汁的制备:将新鲜芦荟清洗去外皮,切碎成0.3cm的细条,然后放入榨汁机中榨汁,用200-250目筛网过滤得一次滤液备用,滤渣中再加入5倍重量的纯净水重复榨汁过滤两次,得到的滤液与一次滤液混合后加热到88℃,保持30-40s后迅速冷却至35℃,然后用300目筛网精滤制成澄清的芦荟汁备用;
3)木瓜浆的制备:选择外形圆整、表面光滑、无病虫害的鲜木瓜,清洗干净后放入锅中蒸煮20min,然后剥皮后的熟木瓜捣碎并于55-65℃烘干至粉末状,将所得木瓜粉加入4倍于其重量的纯净水中,加热升温到95℃并保持1-2h,待溶液降至常温后用150目筛网过滤,滤液即为木瓜浆;
4)调配:将菊花提取液、芦荟汁、木瓜浆混合,加入柠檬酸、果糖、异麦芽糖醇、黄原胶进行调配,300目筛进一步精滤;
5)均质、脱气:将精滤后的混合饮料在20-25MPa的高压均质机均质15-20min,然后真空脱气3-5min,脱气温度为60℃;
6)灌装、灭菌:80℃以上灌装后于100℃灭菌5-10s后冷却,即得成品。
实施例2
一种菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料,它由以下重量百分比的原料组成:菊花提取液30%、芦荟汁20%、木瓜浆20%、柠檬酸5%、果糖5%、异麦芽糖醇10%、Vc 2%、黄原胶0.1%、余量纯净水。
本实施例保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料,它由以下重量百分比的原料组成:菊花提取液28%、芦荟汁15%、木瓜浆15%、柠檬酸4%、果糖4%、异麦芽糖醇8%、Vc 1.5%、黄原胶0.08%、余量纯净水。
本实施例保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料,其特征在于,它由以下重量百分比的原料组成:菊花提取液20-30%、芦荟汁10-20%、木瓜浆10-20%、柠檬酸3-5%、果糖3-5%、异麦芽糖醇6-10%、Vc 0.5-2%、黄原胶0.05-0.1%、余量纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:菊花提取液28%、芦荟汁15%、木瓜浆15%、柠檬酸4%、果糖4%、异麦芽糖醇8%、Vc 1.5%、黄原胶0.08%、余量纯净水。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的菊花健脾养血复合保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
1)菊花提取液的制备:选取新鲜的菊花瓣置于通风处晾晒至其水分含量为40%-50%,然后将其放入1000ml纯净水中,同时将Vc加入水溶液中,采用微波处理15-20min后,密闭浸泡24h后过滤,滤液即为菊花提取液,冷藏备用;
2)芦荟汁的制备:将新鲜芦荟清洗去外皮,切碎成0.3cm的细条,然后放入榨汁机中榨汁,用200-250目筛网过滤得一次滤液备用,滤渣中再加入5倍重量的纯净水重复榨汁过滤两次,得到的滤液与一次滤液混合后加热到88℃,保持30-40s后迅速冷却至35℃,然后用300目筛网精滤制成澄清的芦荟汁备用;
