泥鳅肉质细嫩鲜美,每百克可食部分的蛋白质含量高达18.4-22.6克,比一般鱼类高;还含有脂肪2.8-2.9克,热量100-117千卡,钙51-459毫克,磷154-243毫克,铁2.7-3.0毫克,以及维生素B1、B2和烟酸。多食泥鳅有治疗疾病之作用。泥鳅性味甘、平。《医学入门》中称它能“补中、止泄”。《本草纲目》中记载鳅鱼有暖中益气之功效;对解渴醒酒、利小便、壮阳、收痔都有一定药效。它对肝炎、小儿盗汗、痔疮下坠、皮肤瘙痒、跌打损伤、手指疔疮、阳萎、腹水、乳痈等症均有良好的疗效。
泥鳅为多次性产卵鱼类。在自然条件下,4月上旬开始繁殖,5~6月是产卵盛期,一直延续到9月还可产卵。繁殖的水温为18~30℃,最适水温为22~28℃。
现有池塘泥鳅养殖大都采用传统的养殖方法,直接将泥鳅苗投入池塘内,很少进行细心的管理,很难提高泥鳅存活率和泥鳅的产量。

所述的处理液由以下重量份原料制成:黄芪10-14份、钩藤10-14份、枸杞1-2份、桑叶2-2.5份、石菖蒲1-1.3份、连钱草5-8份、木槿花3-4份、白鲜皮1-2份、五倍子0.6-0.8份、鹿衔草1-1.2份;制备方法,将各原料放入压力容器内用丁烷进行亚临界萃取,过滤,收集萃取液,萃取液减压回收丁烷等浸膏,滤渣加入10倍重量份清水煎煮2-3小时,煎煮温度为85-95℃,然后过滤,滤液与浸膏混合,制得处理液;
(2)泥鳅苗投放:每亩投放规格整齐、体表光滑、无病无畸形、300尾/公斤的泥鳅苗种60~80公斤,放养前用消毒液消毒15~25分钟,消毒时温度为12~18℃;
所述的消毒液由以下百分比原料构成:3%氯化钠、0.03%十二烷基磺酸钠、0.5%次氯酸钠、0.006%乙醇、余量为水;
(3)池塘管理与饲料投放:每个月初向池塘撒入5kg/亩的次氯酸、山梨酸脂、次氯酸钙、柠檬酸钠、水按1:0.5:2:0.8:100的比例混合的溶液;
投放粒径2mm以内的饲料,水温15℃时,投喂量为在池泥鳅总体重的2%,水温20~28℃时,投喂量为在池泥鳅总体重的3%~4%,每天投喂3次;
所述饲料由50份豆渣、45份大米、2份氨基酸、18份蒲草、1份鹤虱经过粉碎造粒制得;
(4)疾病预防:每周向饲料内拌入抗病剂,每公斤饲料拌入抗病剂10g,每个月向池塘内投入适当的田螺和青蛙以及土壤真菌、细菌、木霉菌和放线菌;所述的抗病剂由1份抗生素、1份黄霉素、5份大豆异黄酮、3份叶绿素经过混合制得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的养殖方法能有效抑制池塘内杂菌的生存,很好的保证水质的微酸性,为泥鳅生长提供极佳的环境,能减少泥鳅患上寄生虫病和车轮虫病,提高泥鳅存活率,使用本发明养殖方法的泥鳅长的更肥美,脂肪内的二十二碳六烯酸和十八碳三烯酸含量更高。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种池塘养殖泥鳅方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘选择与处理:选择排水灌溉方便的池塘,池塘面积2~3亩,将水排放掉,挖走池塘底部淤泥10~15cm,然后撒上生石灰,每亩撒100~140kg,然后盖上5-10cm厚的腐熟土,在腐熟土再喷洒处理液,每亩喷洒5~10kg,自然晾晒7~10天后,向池塘内灌水,水深1~1.2m;
所述的腐熟土由300份高岭土、30份滑石粉、42份地锦皮、56份腐熟鸡粪、25份豆渣、25份稻壳、50份赭石粉末、20份板蓝根颗粒、27份苹果皮、22份磷酸二氢铵、2份橘核、6份磁石粉经过粉碎混合制得;
所述的处理液由以下重量份原料制成:黄芪12份、钩藤12份、枸杞1.5份、桑叶2.2份、石菖蒲1.2份、连钱草7份、木槿花3.5份、白鲜皮1.5份、五倍子0.7份、鹿衔草1.1份;制备方法,将各原料放入压力容器内用丁烷进行亚临界萃取,过滤,收集萃取液,萃取液减压回收丁烷等浸膏,滤渣加入10倍重量份清水煎煮2-3小时,煎煮温度为85-95℃,然后过滤,滤液与浸膏混合,制得处理液;
(2)泥鳅苗投放:每亩投放规格整齐、体表光滑、无病无畸形、300尾/公斤的泥鳅苗种60~80公斤,放养前用消毒液消毒15~25分钟,消毒时温度为12~18℃;

本发明池塘养殖泥鳅方法,在安徽省进行了一次养殖试验,从3月份的投苗到11月份的捕捞收获,对养殖过程和捕捞上的泥鳅进行观察,发现,使用本发明的养殖方法,泥鳅幼苗存活率高,泥鳅很少患病,而且泥鳅比前些年使用普通养殖方法时长的更大,平均体重大10-16%。

Claims (1)
1.一种池塘养殖泥鳅方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘选择与处理:选择排水灌溉方便的池塘,池塘面积2~3亩,将水排放掉,挖走池塘底部淤泥10~15cm,然后撒上生石灰,每亩撒100~140kg,然后盖上5-10cm厚的腐熟土,在腐熟土再喷洒处理液,每亩喷洒5~10kg,自然晾晒7~10天后,向池塘内灌水,水深1~1.2m;
所述的腐熟土由300份高岭土、30份滑石粉、42份地锦皮、56份腐熟鸡粪、25份豆渣、25份稻壳、50份赭石粉末、20份板蓝根颗粒、27份苹果皮、22份磷酸二氢铵、2份橘核、6份磁石粉经过粉碎混合制得;
