鲫鱼主要是以植物为食的杂食性鱼,喜群居而行,择食而居。肉质细嫩,肉营养价值很高,每百克肉含蛋白质13克、脂肪11克,并含有大量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质。鲫鱼药用价值极高,其性平味甘,入胃、肾,具有和中补虚、除羸、温胃进食、补中生气之功效。鲫鱼分布广泛,全国各地水域常年均有生产,以2~4月份和8~12月份的鲫鱼最肥美,为我国重要食用鱼类之一。最大体长约30厘米,栖息深度为0~20米,无毒,经济型食用鱼类,物美价廉。多产于黄河流域、长江流域一带,洱海鲫鱼较为出名。
混合养殖能即能充分利用水域,又能有效改善水体生物群落,对于提高产量有很好的帮助。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种为泥鳅和鲫鱼生长提供极佳的环境,同时能为藕的生长提供充足的养分的藕塘混养泥鳅和鲫鱼的方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种藕塘混养泥鳅和鲫鱼的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)藕塘选择与处理:选择排水灌溉方便、靠近阳光的池塘,将水排放掉,挖走池塘底部淤泥10~15cm,然后撒上生石灰,每亩撒100~140kg,然后盖上5-10cm厚的增肥土;
所述的增肥土由320份黑土、3份硫酸钾、4份尿素、12份西瓜皮、32份腐熟鸡粪、25份沼渣、10份核桃壳、0.5份罗汉果、1.5份磷酸二氢铵、0.2份硫酸亚铁、2份橘核、8份半夏曲、0.5份苍耳子、6份磁石经过粉碎混合制得;
(2)藕种的播撒:选择饱满、抗逆性好的藕种,藕种用浸泡液浸泡30分钟,浸泡温度为20-25℃,然后播撒到藕塘,每亩播撒380kg;
所述的浸泡液由以下重量份原料:50%多菌灵500倍液、62%链霉素3000倍液、73%杀毒矾500倍液、50%琥胶肥酸铜可湿性粉剂400倍液进行混合制得;
(3)泥鳅苗和鲫鱼苗的投放:向播种后的藕塘内灌水,水深1.3-1.5m,然后向藕塘内投放生长肥,静置10天后,再向藕塘内投放体表光滑、无病无畸形、300尾/公斤的泥鳅苗和鲫鱼苗各120kg;
所述的生长肥由10份钼酸铵、17份硫酸镁、21份光卤石、3份磷酸三钠、1份高锰酸钾、42份腐熟豆渣、22份氧化钙、0.5份苍耳子进过混合磨碎制得;
(4)饲料投放:投放粒径2mm以内的特制饲料,水温15℃时,投喂量为在池泥鳅和鲫鱼总体重的2%,水温20~28℃时,投喂量为在池泥鳅和鲫鱼总体重的3%~4%,每天投喂3次;
所述的特制饲料由32份豆渣、56份玉米、8份猪大肠粉、25份土豆粉、4份牛骨粉、0.5份大豆蛋白、0.5份维生素A经过混合造粒制得,粒径小于2mm;
(5)疾病预防:每周向饲料内拌入抗病剂,每公斤饲料拌入抗病剂10g,每个月向池塘内投入适当的田螺和青蛙以及土壤真菌、植物乳杆菌、水苏糖、枯草芽抱杆菌和放线菌;
所述的抗病剂由1份青霉素、2份螯合态钾、2份螯合态镁、0.5份硫酸亚铁经过混合制得。
(6)水质控制:每两个月排放藕塘内20吨的陈水,同时灌溉20吨的清水。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的养殖方法能有效抑制池塘内杂菌的生存,为泥鳅和鲫鱼生长提供极佳的环境,同时能为藕的生长提供充足的养分,长出的藕体大、清脆、多糖含量高,能充分锁住水体内的氧气,保证了泥鳅和鲫鱼的有氧呼吸,降低了泥鳅和鲫鱼的患病几率,促进泥鳅肌肉内蛋白质生成以及鲫鱼鱼油的产生。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种藕塘混养泥鳅和鲫鱼的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)藕塘选择与处理:选择排水灌溉方便、靠近阳光的池塘,将水排放掉,挖走池塘底部淤泥10~15cm,然后撒上生石灰,每亩撒100~140kg,然后盖上5-10cm厚的增肥土;
