Abstract
本发明公开了一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法,进行多方面的防治;针对营养问题,控制蛋白含量,增加维生素,控制食物的粒度和硬度,减轻胃肠负担,增强甲鱼抵抗力;针对水质问题,定期进行换水,确保溶氧量和水体安全,避免细菌的滋生;针对细菌和病毒问题,定期进行消毒和清塘,石灰、植物消毒剂和有益菌多次消毒,速度快,疗效好,无残留;植物消毒剂和中药制剂,来源广泛杀虫抑菌广谱高效,促进造血活血,避免贫血,从根本上防治白底板病,不会对甲鱼产生危害,避免药物残留;增强甲鱼的营养和保健功能,使肉质鲜美、无腥味,促进营养吸收;每天巡塘,早发现、早治疗,使白底板病发生率在3%以下。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖技术领域,具体的说,涉及一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法。
背景技术
甲鱼又称鳖、水鱼、团鱼、王八,是一种卵生两栖爬行动物,其头象龟,但背甲没有乌龟般的条纹,边缘呈柔软状裙边,颜色墨绿。甲鱼常在水底的泥沙中生活,喜食鱼、虾等小动物,瓜皮果屑、青草以及谷物等也吞食。甲鱼肉具有鸡、鹿、牛、羊、猪5种肉的美味,故素有“美食五味肉”的美称。它不但味道鲜美、高蛋白、低脂肪,而且是含有多种维生素和微量元素的滋补珍品,能够增强身体的抗病能力及调节人体的内分泌功能,也是提高母乳质量、增强婴儿的免疫力及智力的滋补佳品。
目前的甲鱼养殖中,缺乏对疾病的防治意识,或因防治方法不当,甲鱼的患病率居高不下。白底板病的流行面大,死亡率高,危害非常严重,其症状表现为死亡个体体表完好无损,底板苍白,呈极度贫血状;发病甲鱼常在夜晚静卧于岸边,舌与舌基部呈贫血状,四肢无力,稍有几次翻动就即行死亡。解剖发现,大部分内脏器官均失血发白,肝脏呈灰黄色。甲鱼产生“白底板”的直接原因是血液流入体腔或血液从体内流失,造成体表失血或者使造血机能丧失,其主要原因为:(1)营养缺乏:甲鱼缺乏某些营养物质会造成贫血;(2)水质恶化:如果水中含氨量过高,会使甲鱼氨中毒,侵害甲鱼的肝、脾、肾等内脏器官,从而影响到甲鱼的造血机能;(3)病原感染:甲鱼的爱德华氏病造成甲鱼肝、肾坏死,从而引起甲鱼贫血,呼肠孤病毒病会造成甲鱼肠道出血,导致“白底板”的发生。
但是目前防治白底板病的方法效率较低,有效率低于30%,为了较少养殖农户的损失,亟需一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法。
一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)放养前10~12天,将池塘内的水全部放出,用清水将池塘洗刷干净,全池洒干石灰进行消毒,干石灰用量为12~14g/m2,静置2天后,清水冲洗干净,用紫外灯进行间断照射,照射20分钟,停止10分钟,共持续12~14小时,避免产生抗性变异微生物,延长紫外灯的使用寿命,照射结束后向池塘加水和经发酵的腐熟泥,腐熟泥的深度为16~18cm,水中种植水花生和睡莲,水边种植千屈菜,三种植物种植面积相等,共占池塘水面的1/3,放养前1~2天,均匀投入EM菌液,投入量为3~4g/m2;
(2)将甲鱼用质量浓度为1.2~1.4%的食盐水清洗4~5分钟,再用植物消毒剂浸泡12~14分钟,取出,放于沙场上进行晒太阳,每30~40分钟喷洒植物消毒剂5~6ml/Kg,按甲鱼的重量进行计算,喷洒4次后,将甲鱼放养于步骤(1)的池塘中,确保饲料的蛋白质含量低于65%,增加新鲜果蔬饲料,新鲜果蔬的重量占饲料总重量的12~14%,饲料过100目筛,软硬适宜,易于消化,减轻肠胃负担;
(3)放养后,每2天换一次水,换水量为池塘水量的1/3,溶解氧8~12mg/L,每5天加入一次植物消毒剂,加入量为12~14ml/m3,每10天加入一次中药制剂,加入量为12~14ml/m3,每20天清塘一次,用干石灰进行彻底消毒,干石灰用量为14~16g/m2;
(4)每天进行巡塘,发现白底板病个体,要及时进行隔离,将中药制剂加入饲料中,加入量为饲料总量的12~16%,混合均匀,即可投喂,简单方便。
所述步骤(1)的池塘,池塘内表面为水泥或砖砌,清塘时可直接进行冲刷。
所述步骤(2)的中植物消毒剂,由以下重量份的植物原料制成:凌霄62~64、苦楝62~64、楸树叶62~64、盐肤木57~59、樟树叶57~59、榕树叶57~59、地锦草51~53、桉树叶51~53、桃树叶51~53、辣蓼36~38、司卡摩尼亚脂27~29,将所有植物原料粉碎,过120~140目筛,加所有植物原料总重量3~4倍量的水,加热至沸腾,小火熬煮40~50分钟,过滤得植物提取液和植物渣,向植物渣中加入植物渣总重量2~3倍量的体积分数为42~44%的酒精溶液,加热至86~88℃,超声32~36分钟,离心,去除植物渣,合并所有提取液,浓缩至总重量为植物原料总重量的2倍,得植物消毒剂,具有清热解毒,抗炎抑菌,杀虫,抗病毒的作用。
所述步骤(3)的中药制剂,由以下重量份的中药制成:栀子67~69、当归67~69、泽泻67~69、桑葚66~68、阿胶66~68、补骨脂66~68、肉豆蔻56~58、吴茱萸56~58、厚朴56~58、郁金52~54、没药52~54、五倍子46~48、枫树叶31~33,将所有中药粉碎,过120~140目筛,加所有中药总重量3~4倍量的水,加热至沸腾,小火熬煮40~50分钟,过滤得中药提取液和中药渣,向中药渣中加入中药渣总重量2~3倍量的体积分数为56~58%的酒精溶液,加热至82~84℃,超声42~44分钟,离心,去除中药渣,合并所有提取液,浓缩至总重量为中药总重量的2倍,得中药制剂,能够增强免疫力,补血活血,促进胃肠功能。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法,根据不同的病因,进行多方面的防治,做到预防为主;针对营养问题,控制蛋白含量,加入新鲜果蔬,增加维生素含量,控制食物的粒度和硬度,减轻胃肠负担,增强甲鱼自身抵抗力,减少疾病的发生;针对水质问题,定期进行换水,确保溶氧量和水体安全,避免细菌的滋生;针对细菌和病毒问题,定期进行消毒和清塘,利用石灰、植物消毒剂和有益菌进行消毒,速度快,疗效好,无残留,充分抑制细菌和病毒的活性;使用植物消毒剂和中药制剂,材料来源广泛,多种树叶的使用可以变废为宝,并且杀虫抑菌广谱高效,促进甲鱼造血活血,避免贫血症状的产生,从根本上防治白底板病,而且不会对甲鱼产生危害,避免药物残留;增强甲鱼的营养和保健功能,使甲鱼的肉质鲜美、无腥味,促进营养吸收;每天巡塘,做到早发现、早治疗,白底板病发生率在3%以下。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)放养前10~12天,将池塘内的水全部放出,用清水将池塘洗刷干净,全池洒干石灰进行消毒,干石灰用量为12g/m2,静置2天后,清水冲洗干净,用紫外灯进行间断照射,照射20分钟,停止10分钟,共持续12小时,避免产生抗性变异微生物,延长紫外灯的使用寿命,照射结束后向池塘加水和经发酵的腐熟泥,腐熟泥的深度为16cm,水中种植水花生和睡莲,水边种植千屈菜,三种植物种植面积相等,共占池塘水面的1/3,放养前1~2天,均匀投入EM菌液,投入量为3g/m2;

所述步骤(3)的中药制剂,由以下重量份的中药制成:栀子67、当归67、泽泻67、桑葚66、阿胶66、补骨脂66、肉豆蔻56、吴茱萸56、厚朴56、郁金52、没药52、五倍子46、枫树叶31,将所有中药粉碎,过120目筛,加所有中药总重量3倍量的水,加热至沸腾,小火熬煮40分钟,过滤得中药提取液和中药渣,向中药渣中加入中药渣总重量2倍量的体积分数为56%的酒精溶液,加热至82℃,超声42分钟,离心,去除中药渣,合并所有提取液,浓缩至总重量为中药总重量的2倍,得中药制剂。
实施例2
一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)放养前10~12天,将池塘内的水全部放出,用清水将池塘洗刷干净,全池洒干石灰进行消毒,干石灰用量为13g/m2,静置2天后,清水冲洗干净,用紫外灯进行间断照射,照射20分钟,停止10分钟,共持续13小时,避免产生抗性变异微生物,延长紫外灯的使用寿命,照射结束后向池塘加水和经发酵的腐熟泥,腐熟泥的深度为17cm,水中种植水花生和睡莲,水边种植千屈菜,三种植物种植面积相等,共占池塘水面的1/3,放养前1~2天,均匀投入EM菌液,投入量为3.5g/m2;
(2)将甲鱼用质量浓度为1.3%的食盐水清洗4~5分钟,再用植物消毒剂浸泡12~14分钟,取出,放于沙场上进行晒太阳,每35分钟喷洒植物消毒剂5.5ml/Kg,按甲鱼的重量进行计算,喷洒4次后,将甲鱼放养于步骤(1)的池塘中,确保饲料的蛋白质含量低于65%,增加新鲜果蔬饲料,新鲜果蔬的重量占饲料总重量的13%,饲料过100目筛,软硬适宜,易于消化,减轻肠胃负担;
(3)放养后,每2天换一次水,换水量为池塘水量的1/3,溶解氧10mg/L,每5天加入一次植物消毒剂,加入量为13ml/m3,每10天加入一次中药制剂,加入量为13ml/m3,每20天清塘一次,用干石灰进行彻底消毒,干石灰用量为15g/m2;
(4)每天进行巡塘,发现白底板病个体,要及时进行隔离,将中药制剂加入饲料中,加入量为饲料总量的14%,混合均匀,即可投喂,简单方便。
所述步骤(2)的植物消毒剂,由以下重量份的植物原料制成:凌霄63、苦楝63、楸树叶63、盐肤木58、樟树叶58、榕树叶58、地锦草52、桉树叶52、桃树叶52、辣蓼37、司卡摩尼亚脂28,将所有植物原料粉碎,过130目筛,加所有植物原料总重量3倍量的水,加热至沸腾,小火熬煮45分钟,过滤得植物提取液和植物渣,向植物渣中加入植物渣总重量2倍量的体积分数为43%的酒精溶液,加热至87℃,超声34分钟,离心,去除植物渣,合并所有提取液,浓缩至总重量为植物原料总重量的2倍,得植物消毒剂。
所述步骤(3)的中药制剂,由以下重量份的中药制成:栀子68、当归68、泽泻68、桑葚67、阿胶67、补骨脂67、肉豆蔻57、吴茱萸57、厚朴57、郁金53、没药53、五倍子47、枫树叶32,将所有中药粉碎,过130目筛,加所有中药总重量3倍量的水,加热至沸腾,小火熬煮45分钟,过滤得中药提取液和中药渣,向中药渣中加入中药渣总重量2倍量的体积分数为57%的酒精溶液,加热至83℃,超声43分钟,离心,去除中药渣,合并所有提取液,浓缩至总重量为中药总重量的2倍,得中药制剂。
实施例3
一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)放养前10~12天,将池塘内的水全部放出,用清水将池塘洗刷干净,全池洒干石灰进行消毒,干石灰用量为14g/m2,静置2天后,清水冲洗干净,用紫外灯进行间断照射,照射20分钟,停止10分钟,共持续14小时,避免产生抗性变异微生物,延长紫外灯的使用寿命,照射结束后向池塘加水和经发酵的腐熟泥,腐熟泥的深度为18cm,水中种植水花生和睡莲,水边种植千屈菜,三种植物种植面积相等,共占池塘水面的1/3,放养前1~2天,均匀投入EM菌液,投入量为4g/m2;
(2)将甲鱼用质量浓度为1.4%的食盐水清洗4~5分钟,再用植物消毒剂浸泡12~14分钟,取出,放于沙场上进行晒太阳,每40分钟喷洒植物消毒剂6ml/Kg,按甲鱼的重量进行计算,喷洒4次后,将甲鱼放养于步骤(1)的池塘中,确保饲料的蛋白质含量低于65%,增加新鲜果蔬饲料,新鲜果蔬的重量占饲料总重量的14%,饲料过100目筛,软硬适宜,易于消化,减轻肠胃负担;
(3)放养后,每2天换一次水,换水量为池塘水量的1/3,溶解氧12mg/L,每5天加入一次植物消毒剂,加入量为14ml/m3,每10天加入一次中药制剂,加入量为14ml/m3,每20天清塘一次,用干石灰进行彻底消毒,干石灰用量为16g/m2;
(4)每天进行巡塘,发现白底板病个体,要及时进行隔离,将中药制剂加入饲料中,加入量为饲料总量的16%,混合均匀,即可投喂,简单方便。
所述步骤(2)的植物消毒剂,由以下重量份的植物原料制成:凌霄64、苦楝64、楸树叶64、盐肤木59、樟树叶59、榕树叶59、地锦草53、桉树叶53、桃树叶53、辣蓼38、司卡摩尼亚脂29,将所有植物原料粉碎,过140目筛,加所有植物原料总重量4倍量的水,加热至沸腾,小火熬煮50分钟,过滤得植物提取液和植物渣,向植物渣中加入植物渣总重量3倍量的体积分数为44%的酒精溶液,加热至88℃,超声36分钟,离心,去除植物渣,合并所有提取液,浓缩至总重量为植物原料总重量的2倍,得植物消毒剂。

实施例和对比例甲鱼白底板病防治方法的效果:
按照实施例和对比例甲鱼白底板病防治方法,在相同的地区,养殖相同的甲鱼品种及相同的数量,养殖时间3年,实施例和对比例甲鱼白底板病防治方法的效果见表1。

1.一种甲鱼白底板病的防治方法,其特征在于,具体的包括以下步骤:
(1)放养前10~12天,将池塘内的水全部放出,用清水将池塘洗刷干净,全池洒干石灰进行消毒,干石灰用量为12~14g/m2,静置2天后,清水冲洗干净,用紫外灯进行间断照射,照射20分钟,停止10分钟,共持续12~14小时,照射结束后向池塘加水和经发酵的腐熟泥,腐熟泥的深度为16~18cm,水中种植水花生和睡莲,水边种植千屈菜,三种植物种植面积相等,共占池塘水面的1/3,放养前1~2天,均匀投入EM菌液,投入量为3~4g/m2;
