背景技术
泥鳅肉质细嫩鲜美,每百克可食部分的蛋白质含量高达18.4-22.6克,比一般鱼类高;还含有脂肪2.8-2.9克,热量100-117千卡,钙51-459毫克,磷154-243毫克,铁2.7-3.0毫克,以及维生素B1、B2和烟酸。多食泥鳅有治疗疾病之作用。泥鳅性味甘、平。《医学入门》中称它能“补中、止泄”。《本草纲目》中记载鳅鱼有暖中益气之功效;对解渴醒酒、利小便、壮阳、收痔都有一定药效。它对肝炎、小儿盗汗、痔疮下坠、皮肤瘙痒、跌打损伤、手指疔疮、阳萎、腹水、乳痈等症均有良好的疗效。
泥鳅为多次性产卵鱼类。在自然条件下,4月上旬开始繁殖,5~6月是产卵盛期,一直延续到9月还可产卵。繁殖的水温为18~30℃,最适水温为22~28℃。
鲫鱼主要是以植物为食的杂食性鱼,喜群居而行,择食而居。肉质细嫩,肉营养价值很高,每百克肉含蛋白质13克、脂肪11克,并含有大量的钙、磷、铁等矿物质。鲫鱼药用价值极高,其性平味甘,入胃、肾,具有和中补虚、除羸、温胃进食、补中生气之功效。鲫鱼分布广泛,全国各地水域常年均有生产,以2~4月份和8~12月份的鲫鱼最肥美,为我国重要食用鱼类之一。最大体长约30厘米,栖息深度为0~20米,无毒,经济型食用鱼类,物美价廉。多产于黄河流域、长江流域一带,洱海鲫鱼较为出名。
混合养殖能即能充分利用水域,又能有效改善水体生物群落,对于提高产量有很好的帮助,目前有在稻田内养殖鱼类的先例,但是很少有在稻田进行混养的方法。

(1)稻田选择与处理:选择排水灌溉方便、保墒性好、光照条件好的黑土地,将土地深耕15-20cm,并用犁耙将土块破碎整平,然后撒上生石灰,每亩撒50~800kg,放置3天后,再喷洒消毒液,每亩喷洒10kg,放置5天后向田内灌水,水没过地表3-5cm即可,保水5天后将水排尽,过7天后向田内撒上一层3-5cm厚的营养土,接着再向田内灌水,水没过地表5-8cm;
所述的消毒液由以下百分比原料构成:1.5%二氧化氯、0.2%过氧化氢、1%次氯酸钠、2%乙丙醇、0.05%碘化钾、0.5%夏枯草提取液、0.5%徐长卿提取液、0.1%鹿衔草提取液、0.1%蒲草提取液、余量为水;
所述的营养土由220份红土、9份EM菌剂、4份尿素、2份碳酸氢铵、32份腐熟鸡粪、1份磷酸一铵、1份硫酸亚铁、1份氧化镁、10份滑石粉、5份枸杞、1份核桃壳、1份罗汉果、1.5份磷酸二氢铵、0.2份西瓜子、0.2份荔枝壳、0.1份猪骨、0.1份牛骨、0.1份瓜蒌藤经过粉碎混合制得;
(2)水稻秧苗的栽种:在水田内栽种秧苗,株行距10-15cm;
(3)泥鳅苗和鲫鱼苗的投放:向稻田内投放体表光滑、无病无畸形、300尾/公斤的泥鳅苗和鲫鱼苗各80kg/亩;
(4)饲料和肥料的投放:投放粒径2mm以内的特制饲料,前两个月每天投喂3次,每次投喂5kg/亩,以后每天投喂一次,每次投喂8kg/亩;
同时,每隔一个月播撒一次肥料,播撒量为40kg/亩,肥料由尿素、硫酸亚铁、氯化钾、光卤石粉按1:1:0.5:3的比例混合所得料;
所述的特制饲料由30份菜饼、17份玉米、0.2份植物碱、8份红薯淀粉、0.2份蔗糖、0.05份大豆异黄酮、0.01份半乳糖醛酸经过混合造粒制得,粒径不大于2mm;
(5)稻田管理与病虫害预防:根据稻田水量情况,适当的向稻田灌水,根据稻田病虫害情况,适当的喷洒50%多菌灵500倍液和60%链霉素3000倍液按1:1比例混合液。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的养殖方法合理利用水域,可以利用泥鳅和鲫鱼帮助消灭稻田的害虫,而且泥鳅和鲫鱼的***物又能作为水稻的肥料,水稻生长散发的一些植物香味又能改善泥鳅和鲫鱼的肉质,使用本发明养殖方法能减少化肥和农药的使用量,不伤害土壤肥力,能使水稻增产5-8%,同时,泥鳅和鲫鱼的产量比正常养殖方法得到提高。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种稻田混养泥鳅和鲫鱼的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)稻田选择与处理:选择排水灌溉方便、保墒性好、光照条件好的黑土地,将土地深耕15-20cm,并用犁耙将土块破碎整平,然后撒上生石灰,每亩撒50~800kg,放置3天后,再喷洒消毒液,每亩喷洒10kg,放置5天后向田内灌水,水没过地表3-5cm即可,保水5天后将水排尽,过7天后向田内撒上一层3-5cm厚的营养土,接着再向田内灌水,水没过地表5-8cm;

本发明稻田混养泥鳅和鲫鱼的方法在安徽省进行过一次实验,结果显示,水稻增产6.3%,同时,泥鳅和鲫鱼的产量比正常养殖方法得到提高。
