本发明属于饮品制备技术领域,涉及一种增强运动员体力的汤料,其各种原料的重量组份比为:党参8‑20份,黄芪8‑20份,茯苓10‑30份,白术10‑30份,枸杞10‑30份,山药10‑30份,七七菜5‑10份,花生衣2‑5份,红高粱壳3‑5份,甘蔗汁3‑5份,制备时将党参、黄芪、茯苓、白术、枸杞、山药、七七菜、花生衣、红高粱壳洗净后自然晾干水份,再利用切碎机将各种原料切碎成粒径为2‑5毫米的颗粒,得到各原料粉末,按重量比称取各原料粉末,混合均匀后,放入300‑500份麦饭石水中浸泡2‑3小时,然后加入即墨老酒5‑20份和甘蔗汁3‑5份混合,煮沸20‑30分钟,滤去固体物即制成增强运动员体力的汤料,其配方科学合理,原料丰富易得,饮用口感好,功效佳,制作工艺简单,增强体力作用明显,饮用环境友好。

本发明属于饮品制备技术领域,涉及一种以天然植物为原料经科学配比加工制成的增强运动员体力的汤料,用于重体力劳动者和快速运动者大体力消耗后饮用,能快速恢复体力并益于心功能保健。
背景技术:
随着生产力的进步,人们的生活和工作节奏不断加快,来自社会和各方面的压力不断增加,再加上不少人养成吸烟酗酒、高热量高脂肪饮食、缺乏体育锻炼、生活不规律等不良习惯,体力差人群逐渐增多。体力差表现为:易于疲乏,或无明显原因感到精力不足,体力不支;免疫功能下降;情绪低落、心情沉重,生活提不起精神和兴趣;思维缓慢、反应迟钝、注意力不集中;食欲不振等等。所以,体力差会给日常学习、工作、生活带来较大的负面影响,增强体力非常重要。增强体力的方法有很多种,体育锻炼,日常食补,中药养生等等。其中,中药养生在中国历史悠久,且方式多种多样,以下中药对增强体力有明显的效果:党参,补中益气,生津止渴,降血压,健脾益肺,增强抵抗力;黄芪,能增强机体免疫功能,保肝,利尿,降压,抗衰老,抗应激,改善心肌供血;茯苓,健脾渗湿,养气安神,利尿抗癌;白术,健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎,抗氧化;甘草,补脾益气,润肺止咳,缓急解毒,抗酸,抗过敏;麦饭石水,含有钾、钠、钙、镁、硅、锰、钛、磷等多种微量元素和矿物质,长期饮用可调节新陈代谢,增强肌体的免疫功能,提高身体抗感染能力;山药汁,富含胆碱和卵磷脂有助于提高人的记忆力,健身强体,延缓衰老,健脾胃,补肾强身,增强抵抗力。中国专利201410777224.3公开一种增强体力的组合物,主要成份为栀子、玛咖,该发明原料简单,但是制作工艺复杂。中国专利201310107321.7公开一种增强体力、免疫力及调节亚健康的中药组方,含有人参、蛹虫草、黄精、枸杞子、龙眼肉、桑葚、茯苓、山药,具有滋肾润肺,补脾益气,扶正固本等作用,但是,原料复杂,且成本较高。因此,设计一种功效多样,成本较低的增强体力汤很有应用价值。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计一种利用多种天然植物为原料按比例混合经科学加工制成能够增强运动员体力的汤料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的增强运动员体力的汤料中各原料重量组份比为:党参8-20份;黄芪8-20份;茯苓10-30份;白术10-30份;枸杞10-30份;山药10-30份;七七菜5-10份;花生衣2-5份;红高粱壳3-5份;甘蔗汁3-5份;其制备工艺为将各原料洗净后自然晾干水份,再利用切碎机将各种原料分别切碎成粒径为2-5毫米的颗粒,分别得到各原料粉末,按重量比称取各原料粉末,混合均匀后,放入300-500份麦饭石水中浸泡2-3小时,然后加入即墨老酒5-20份和甘蔗汁3-5份混合后,煮沸20-30分钟,滤去固体物即制成增强运动员体力的汤料;用于大体力消耗后饮用,能够快速解除疲劳和增强体力,长期连续饮用,其保健效果明显,适用于中青年人群体力消耗后饮用。
本发明涉及的党参、黄芪、茯苓、白术、枸杞均为市售干品,山药、七七菜为鲜品;花生衣为花生去壳后的花生仁外层的包裹层;红高粱壳为高粱米的外壳层干品。
本发明涉及的即墨老酒为山东即墨黄酒厂生产的即墨牌老酒,其原料为黑黍米;麦饭石水取自山东省即墨市东部地区的地下麦饭石矿泉水;甘蔗汁为鲜甘蔗压榨而得的汁液。
本发明与现有技术相比,其配方科学合理,原料丰富易得,饮用口感好,功效佳,制作工艺简单,成本低廉,增强体力作用明显,饮用环境友好。

实施例1:
本实施例涉及的汤料中各原料重量组份比为党参10份,黄芪10份,茯苓10份,白术10份,枸杞10份,山药10份,七七菜5份,花生衣3份,红高粱壳4份,将各原料洗净后自然晾干水份,再利用切碎机将各种原料分别切碎成粒径为2-5毫米的颗粒,分别得到各原料粉末,按重量比称取各原料粉末,混合均匀后,放入350份麦饭石水中浸泡1-3小时,然后再放入即墨老酒10份和甘蔗汁5份,煮沸20-30分钟,滤去固体物即制成增强运动员体力的汤料。

本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于各原料重量组份比为党参8份,黄芪8份,茯苓10份,白术10份,枸杞12份,山药15份,七七菜10份,花生衣3份,红高粱壳4份,麦饭石水400份,即墨老酒10份,甘蔗汁5份。
本实施例的加工制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例3:
本实施例涉及的汤料中各原料重量组份比为党参10份,黄芪10份,茯苓12份,白术12份,枸杞12份,山药12份,七七菜5份,花生衣5份,红高粱壳4份,麦饭石水450份,即墨老酒10份,甘蔗汁4份。
本实施例的加工制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例4:
本实施例选择实施例1或2制备的汤料,青岛大学男子篮球队12人,18-22岁,因长期大运动量训练和比赛,过度劳累,体力和免疫力下降,导致易受伤和感冒,队员连续服用该汤料二个月,每天每人饮用400-1200克,经检查身体后,报告显示,体力增强,并且免疫力明显提高。
实施例5:
本实施例选择实施例3制备的汤料,经运动员蔡某某长期饮用5个月,男,35岁,因工作原因,每天非常疲惫,腰膝酸软,没有精神,工作效率降低,服用该汤料两个周后,体力明显改善,休息质量高,工作恢复活力;5个月后检测体力指标均达到优良,血液指数显示无任何不良指标出现。

1.一种增强运动员体力的汤料,其特征在于原料的重量组份比为:党参10份,黄芪10份,茯苓10份,白术10份,枸杞10份,山药10份,七七菜5份,花生衣3份,红高粱壳4份,将各原料洗净后自然晾干水份,再利用切碎机将各种原料分别切碎成粒径为2-5毫米的颗粒,分别得到各原料粉末,按重量比称取各原料粉末,混合均匀后,放入350份麦饭石水中浸泡1-3小时,然后再放入即墨老酒10份和甘蔗汁5份,煮沸20-30分钟,滤去固体物即制成增强运动员体力的汤料;
党参、黄芪、茯苓、白术、枸杞均为市售干品,山药、七七菜为鲜品,花生衣为花生去壳后的花生仁外层的红色包裹层,红高粱壳为高粱米的外壳层干品;
