技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用电子稳定性控制(ESC)装置及其控制方法,更具体地,涉及一种车用ESC装置,其能够防止由于防抱死制动***(ABS)运行过程中进给阀的打开而导致主汽缸的压力急速降低。
背景技术
ESC装置基于通过各种传感器接收的信号,将驾驶员意欲进行的行进方向与车辆的实际行进方向进行比较。当驾驶员意欲进行的行进方向与车辆的实际行进方向不一致时,ESC装置降低引擎功率以便稳定车体。当车辆仅通过引擎控制无法稳定时,ESC装置可采用不同力道制动四个车轮,使得根据驾驶员的意图来进行操作。
特别是,当驾驶员在车辆行进过程中猛踩刹车时,车轮不再运动,而车辆通过轮胎和路面之间的摩擦力得以停止。在这种情况下,当驾驶员在湿滑路面上猛踩刹车时,即使车轮停止转动,车体还可能滑动和移动。此时,尽管驾驶员转动方向盘,车辆方向并不改变(转向不可能状态)。
集成有ESC装置的制动***通过踏板行程传感器感测到的冲程和子主汽缸压力传感器感测到的压力计算所需制动压力值,并根据计算出的所需制动压力值通过驱动电机来形成制动压力,从而稳定车体。
ABS是指一种通过安装在四个车轮上的速度传感器的信号来感测车轮抱死,并通过减少不必要的制动力来保持转向性能,以防止上述状态中的车轮抱死的装置。
ABS可以通过对四个车轮的制动力进行优化来防止车轮抱死。因此,ABS能够减少制动距离,同时扩大驾驶员能够控制车体的范围。
本发明的相关技术披露在于2005年7月29日公开的、公开号为10-2005-0076862且发明名称为“电动车辆的制动控制***”的韩国专利中。
常规ESC装置在ABS运行时,通过对电机进行电流控制,采用恒定电流产生主汽缸压力。
然而,在ABS运行过程中,当打开进给阀以便提高车轮压力时,主汽缸的制动油可能发生转移。此时,主汽缸的压力可能会迅速降低。
发明内容
本发明实施例旨在提供一种ESC装置及其控制方法,能够通过在ABS运行过程中打开进给阀以防止主汽缸压力急速降低。
在一实施例中,一种ESC装置的控制方法可以包括:控制单元通过感测单元感测防抱死制动***(ABS)运行过程中液压调制单元的一个或多个进给阀(IVs)是否打开;以及当所述一个或多个IVs打开时,将电机的工作电流增大预设参考值。
所述控制方法还可以包括:在所述电机的工作电流增大之后,判断是否经过了预设参考时间;以及当已经经过所述参考时间时,将所述电机的工作电流返回到原始状态。
在所述感测所述一个或多个IVs是否打开的过程中,所述控制单元可以基于通过所述感测单元感测到的所述一个或多个IVs的控制任务变化,判断所述一个或多个IVs是否打开。
在所述感测所述一个或多个IVs是否打开的过程中,当所述控制任务变化超过预设参考变化时,所述控制单元可以确定所述一个或多个IVs打开。
在另一实施例中,一种ESC装置可以包括:控制单元,用于当车辆需要停止时进行控制,以形成制动压力;致动器单元,用于根据所述控制单元的控制形成液压;液压调制单元,用于根据所述控制单元的控制,通过打开或关闭一个或多个阀以便供给或释放所述液压来形成制动压力;和感测单元,用于感测所述液压调制单元的一个或多个进给阀(IVs)是否打开。当所述一个或多个IVs打开时,所述控制单元可以将包括在所述致动器单元中的电机的工作电流增大预设参考值。
在所述电机的工作电流增大之后,经过预设时间,所述控制单元可以将所述电机的工作电流返回到原始状态。

参照图1和图2,所述车用ESC装置可以包括感测单元10、控制单元20、致动器单元30和液压调制单元40。
感测单元10可以感测车辆的各种操作状态。在本实施例中,感测单元10可以测量各种用于确定车辆是否需要停止的因素。
具体地,感测单元10可以通过包括在其中的制动踏板行程传感器(未示出)来感测制动请求是否由驾驶员提出,并将感测到的值传送给控制单元20。此外,感测单元10可以通过包括在其中的距离传感器(未示出)来测量距离前方车辆或障碍物的距离,并将测量到的距离发送给控制单元20。
基于从感测单元10输入的感测值,控制单元20可以计算出车辆需要停止时的所需制动压力。然后,控制单元20可以驱动致动器单元30的电机34以便将主主汽缸(mainmastercylinder)38的制动油注入制动钳51,从而形成制动压力。
通过所述制动压力,制动钳51可以将制动片(未示出)与旋转车轮52的盘(未示出)进行摩擦接触,从而进行制动操作。
更具体地,当确定车辆要停止时,控制单元20可以对致动器单元30进行控制,以在制动钳51中形成制动压力。致动器单元30可以包括制动踏板32、电机34、滚珠丝杠35、子主汽缸36、主主汽缸38和储存器39。
制动踏板32可以由想要停止车辆的驾驶员进行操作。驾驶员想要使车辆减速的意图可以通过制动踏板行程传感器来进行感测。即,制动踏板32可以感测车辆是否要在驾驶员的要求下停止。
电机34可以将滚珠丝杠35前后移动,以形成对应于通过控制单元20确定的制动压力的制动液压。即,当电机34将滚珠丝杠35向前移动时,主主汽缸38的制动油可以被注入到制动钳51以形成液压。当电机34将滚珠丝杠35向后移动时,注入到制动钳51的制动油可以返回,以便释放液压。
滚珠丝杠35通过电机34的操作而前后移动时,滚珠丝杠35可向主主汽缸38施加压力或释放该压力。

当产生制动压力时,可打开常闭阀48,并且可以关闭常开阀47。因此,可以通过常闭阀48将形成于子主汽缸36中的压力传送给踏板模拟器49,并推动活塞。此时,驾驶员可以通过踏板模拟器49中弹簧和橡胶的反作用力感觉到踏板力。
储存器39可存储制动油,并被连接到子主汽缸36和主主汽缸38。在本实施例中,储存器39可以通过流路直接连接到液压调制单元40的排出阀(OV)46。当所述OV46打开时,制动钳51的制动油可以被转移,从而降低制动钳51的制动压力。
即,当制动压力形成时,主主汽缸38的制动油可以转移到制动钳51,但是,当制动压力释放时,制动钳51的制动油可以转移到储存器39。因此,当制动压力重复性地形成和释放时,主主汽缸38的液压可得以降低。
由于这样的特征,主主汽缸38的压力需要不断保持,以便在ABS运行过程中正常形成所需制动压力。
因此,在本实施例中,控制单元20可以通过感测单元10感测ABS运行过程中包括在液压调制单元40中的一个或多个进给阀(IVs)44是否打开。当一个或多个IVs44打开时,控制单元20可以将电机34的工作电流增大预设参考值。
即,当一个或多个IVs44打开以便通过ABS操作提高制动压力时,控制单元20可以增大电机34的工作电流,从而抑制主主汽缸38的压力降低。
具体地,控制单元20可以将电机34的工作电流增大预设参考值。
此时,所述参考值可以表示电机34的工作电流增大,以便不断地维持主主汽缸38的压力。当一个或多个进给阀IVs44在ABS运行过程中打开时,可以将该参考值设定为与主主汽缸38的压力变化成比例的一个值。
此外,为了在适当的时间点将主主汽缸38的压力增大,精确确定所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44打开的时间点是很重要的。
因此,在本实施例中,控制单元20可以基于通过感测单元10感测到的所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44的控制任务变化,判断所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44是否打开。特别是,当所述控制任务变化超过预设参考变化时,控制单元20可以确定所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44打开。
此时,可以将所述参考变化设置为所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44的控制任务变化,该控制单元20可以通过该控制任务变化确定所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44打开。
此外,在电机34的工作电流增大后,经过预设参考时间,控制单元20可以将电机34的工作电流返回到原始状态。
即,ABS运行过程中,可以重复地形成和释放制动液压,以防止车轮抱死。因此,当连续保持电机34的工作电流增大这一状态时,主主汽缸38的压力可能过度上升。
因此,在电机34的工作电流增大后,经过所述参考时间,控制单元20可以将电机34的工作电流返回到原始状态,从而防止主主汽缸38的压力过度上升。
此时,所述参考时间可以表示直到由制动油转移导致的主汽缸38液压降低得以结束为止所需的时间。可以将所述参考时间设置为ABS运行过程中所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44打开的时间段。
在本实施例中,当所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44在ABS运行过程中打开时,控制单元20可以预先增大电机34的驱动电流,并通过打开所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44来防止主主汽缸38的压力降低。
液压调制单元40可以通过打开或关闭制动油进行转移时通过的路径的阀来形成制动压力。液压调制单元40可以包括牵引控制阀(TCV)42、一个或多个IVs44、一个或多个排出阀(OVs)46、常开阀47、常闭阀48和踏板模拟器49。所述TCV42可以供给或释放致动器单元30形成的液压。所述一个或多个IVs44可以将致动器单元30形成的液压供给至制动钳51,或者释放所述液压。所述一个或多个OVs46可以释放在制动钳51中形成的制动压力。
具体地,当转移制动油而形成或释放制动压力时,控制单元20可以打开TCV42和所述一个或多个IVs44,以便将制动油注入到制动钳51或者将制动钳51的制动油返回到储存器39。
此外,当驾驶员提出制动请求时,可以打开常闭阀48,并关闭常开阀47。随后,子主汽缸36的压力可以传送到踏板模拟器49,使得驾驶员可以感觉到踏板力。
图3为示出了根据本发明实施例的ESC装置的控制方法的流程图。
参照图3,以下将对本发明实施例所述的ESC装置的控制方法进行描述。在步骤S10的ABS运行过程中,控制单元20可以通过步骤S20中的感测单元10感测包括在液压调制单元40中的一个或多个IVs44是否打开。
即,在本实施例中,控制单元20可以感测所述一个或多个IVs44是否打开,以防止在所述一个或多个IVs44通过ABS操作重复性地打开和关闭的状态下,由于打开所述一个或多个IVs44而使主主汽缸38的压力迅速降低。
具体地,在步骤S20中,控制单元20可以基于通过感测单元10感测到的所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44的控制任务变化,判断所述一个或多个进给阀IVs44是否打开。具体地,控制单元20可以判断所述控制任务变化是否超过预设参考变化。
当所述控制任务变化超过所述参考变化时,控制单元20可以在步骤S30中将电机34的工作电流增大,从而通过转移制动油来抑制主主汽缸38的压力降低。
然后,在步骤S40中,在电机34的工作电流增大后,经过预设参考时间,控制单元20可以在步骤S50中将电机34的工作电流返回到原始状态。
即,ABS运行过程中,可以重复性地形成和释放制动液压,以防止车轮抱死。因此,当连续保持电机34的工作电流增大这一状态时,主主汽缸38的压力可能过度上升。
因此,在电机34的工作电流增大后,经过所述参考时间,控制单元20可以将电机34的工作电流返回到原始状态,从而防止主主汽缸38的压力过度上升。
根据本发明实施例,ESC装置及其控制方法可以感测到ABS运行过程中IVs打开,并增大电机的工作电流,从而防止主汽缸的压力降低。
此外,所述ESC装置及其控制方法可以通过改变现有组件的控制,而无需额外的硬件来得以实现。因此,所述ESC装置及其控制方法可以不需要额外的成本而轻而易举地实现。
尽管本发明的优选实施例是出于说明性目的进行公开,本领域技术人员应理解可以对其进行各种修改、增加和替换,而不脱离本发明权利要求所限定的范围和精神。
Claims (10)
1.一种电子稳定性控制(ESC)装置的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
控制单元通过感测单元感测防抱死制动***(ABS)运行过程中液压调制单元的一个或多个进给阀(IVs)是否打开;以及
当所述一个或多个IVs打开时,将电机的工作电流增大一预设参考值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
在所述电机的工作电流被增大之后,判断是否经过了预设参考时间;以及
当已经经过所述参考时间时,将所述电机的工作电流返回到原始状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述感测所述一个或多个IVs是否打开的过程中,
所述控制单元基于通过所述感测单元感测到的所述一个或多个IVs的控制任务变化,判断所述一个或多个IVs是否打开。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当判断所述一个或多个IVs是否打开时,在所述控制任务变化超过参考变化的情况下,所述控制单元确定所述一个或多个IVs打开。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述感测所述一个或多个IVs是否打开的过程中,
当所述控制任务变化超过预设参考变化时,所述控制单元确定所述一个或多个IVs打开。
6.一种ESC装置,其特征在于,包括:
控制单元,用于当车辆需要停止时进行控制,以形成制动压力;
致动器单元,用于根据所述控制单元的控制形成液压;
液压调制单元,用于根据所述控制单元的控制,通过打开或关闭一个或多个阀以便供给或释放所述液压来形成制动压力;和
感测单元,用于感测所述液压调制单元的一个或多个进给阀(IVs)是否打开,
其中,当所述一个或多个IVs打开时,所述控制单元将包括在所述致动器单元中的电机的工作电流增大一预设参考值。
7.根据权利要求6所述的ESC装置,其特征在于,在所述电机的工作电流被增大之后,经过预设时间,所述控制单元将所述电机的工作电流返回到原始状态。
8.根据权利要求6所述的ESC装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元基于通过所述感测单元感测到的所述一个或多个IVs的控制任务变化,判断所述一个或多个IVs是否打开。
9.根据权利要求8所述的ESC装置,其特征在于,当判断所述一个或多个IVs是否打开时,在所述控制任务变化超过参考变化的情况下,所述控制单元确定所述一个或多个IVs打开。
10.根据权利要求8所述的ESC装置,其特征在于,当所述控制任务变化超过预设参考变化时,所述控制单元确定所述一个或多个IVs打开。
