本发明公开一种降血脂保健酒的生产工艺，其中包括1)原料：选择原料黄芪、枸杞、决明子、党参、当归、熟地、甘草、葛根、山药、麦冬、五味子，清洗干净晒干；2)粉碎：将所用到的原料分别放到搅碎机里边搅碎，将原料粉碎到可以过100～120目的筛，得原料粉，备用；3)搅拌；4)浸泡；5)密封：浸泡好的降血脂保健酒放进密封酒缸里边密封处理2～3个月。本发明利用几味温性中药做引子，制备工艺简单，制备出来的降血脂保健酒具有清肝火、去风痛、滋阴补阳、降低血脂等功效。

本发明涉及一种保健饮品的生产领域，特别是一种降血脂保健酒的生产工艺。
背景技术
降血脂保健酒已有数千年的历史，是中国医药科学的重要组成部分。中国的历代医药著作中几乎无一例外地有药酒治疾健身的记载。今天随着科学技术的进步，从中药浸酒的传统工艺的基础上已发展到利用萃取、浸提和生物工程等现代化手段，提取中药中的有效成份制成高含量的功能药酒。当人们的保健意识日趋增强，一些药物成为食用保健品时，降血脂保健酒这一新名词便开始走红。
降血脂保健酒随着人们消费意识和生活水平的提高而得到重视，市场规模越来越大。也形成了降血脂保健酒的龙头企业中国劲酒、秦钟皇樽酒、椰岛鹿龟，细分市场三鞭酒则有哈德门、张裕等著名品牌得到了人们的认可，同时近年市场上又出现的细分市场养生酒也发展很快，如论健养生酒、天旺健养生酒等。那么降血脂保健酒是怎样发展起来的呢?
人类最初的饮酒行为虽然还不能称之为饮酒养生，但却与保健养生有着密切的联系。最初的酒是人类采集的野生水果在剩余的时候得到适宜条件自然发酵而成的，由于许多野生水果本身就具有药用价值，所以最初的酒可以称得上是天然的“降血脂保健酒”，它对人体健康有一定的保护和促进作用。
本发明提供了一种降血脂保健酒的生产工艺，其中包括以下原料黄芪、枸杞、决明子、党参、当归、熟地、甘草、葛根、山药、麦冬、五味子。
黄芪：味甘微温，主痈疽久败创，排脓止痛，大风，痢疾，五痔，鼠瘘，补虚，小儿百病。一名戴糁，生山谷，《神农本草经》上说。
枸杞：枸杞子富含枸杞蛋白多糖、维生素C、磷、铁等多种营养成分，能补虚生精，用来入药或泡茶、泡酒、炖汤，如能经常饮用，便可强身健体。枸杞的叶、花、根也是上等的美食补品。
决明子：味苦、甘而性凉，具有清肝火、祛风湿、益肾明目等功能
党参：党参力能补脾养胃，润肺生津，腱运中气，本与人参不甚相远。其尤可贵者，则健脾运而不燥，滋胃阴而不湿，润肺而不犯寒凉，养血而不偏滋腻，鼓舞清阳，振动中气，而无刚燥之弊。
当归：补血活血，调经止痛，润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄、眩晕心悸、***、经闭痛经、虚寒腹痛、肠燥便秘、风湿痹痛、跌扑损伤、痈疽疮疡。
本发明利用几味温性中药做引子，制备工艺简单，制备出来的降血脂保健酒具有清肝火、去风痛、滋阴补阳、降低血脂等功效。

1)原料：选择原料黄芪、枸杞、决明子、党参、当归、熟地、甘草、葛根、山药、麦冬、五味子，清洗干净晒干；
2)粉碎：将所用到的原料分别放到搅碎机里边搅碎，将原料粉碎到可以过100～120目的筛，得原料粉，备用；
3)搅拌：将黄芪粉和枸杞粉一起放进搅拌机里边以60转每小时的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟，放进纱网袋里边，将袋口绑好，剩下的原料粉也是搅拌好之后统一放进一个纱网袋；
4)浸泡：将装有黄芪、枸杞粉的纱网袋浸泡到酒精含量为50～60％山楂酒中，浸泡2～3个小时，然后加入另一袋原料粉一起浸泡5～10天；
5)密封：浸泡好的降血脂保健酒放进密封酒缸里边密封处理2～3个月。
优选的是，所述的降血脂保健酒的生产工艺中，其特征在于，所述的清洗都是用常温下的清水清洗。
优选的是，所述的降血脂保健酒的生产工艺中，其特征在于，所述的山楂酒是以酒精度为20～30度的白酒味底酒，然后用山楂发酵蒸馏后的山楂果酒。
优选的是，所述的降血脂保健酒的生产工艺中，其特征在于，所述的降血脂保健酒的密封环境要无菌，然后置于阴凉的地方。
具体实施方式
实施例1、
一种降血脂保健酒的生产工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)原料：选择原料黄芪20g、枸杞10g、决明子7g、党参7g、当归5g、熟地20g、甘草5g、葛根12g、山药10g、麦冬15g、五味子25g，清洗干净晒干；
2)粉碎：将所用到的原料分别放到搅碎机里边搅碎，将原料粉碎到可以过120目的筛，得原料粉，备用；
3)搅拌：将黄芪粉和枸杞粉一起放进搅拌机里边以60转每小时的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟，放进纱网袋里边，将袋口绑好，剩下的原料粉也是搅拌好之后统一放进一个纱网袋；
4)浸泡：将装有黄芪、枸杞粉的纱网袋浸泡到酒精含量为60％山楂酒中，浸泡2个小时，然后加入另一袋原料粉一起浸泡10天；
5)密封：浸泡好的降血脂保健酒放进密封酒缸里边密封处理3个月。
实施例2、
一种降血脂保健酒的生产工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)原料：选择原料黄芪25g、枸杞12g、决明子8g、党参7g、当归6g、熟地21g、甘草6g、葛根10g、山药12g、麦冬15g、五味子25g，清洗干净晒干；
2)粉碎：将所用到的原料分别放到搅碎机里边搅碎，将原料粉碎到可以过120目的筛，得原料粉，备用；
3)搅拌：将黄芪粉和枸杞粉一起放进搅拌机里边以60转每小时的搅拌速度搅拌15分钟，放进纱网袋里边，将袋口绑好，剩下的原料粉也是搅拌好之后统一放进一个纱网袋；
4)浸泡：将装有黄芪、枸杞粉的纱网袋浸泡到酒精含量为50％山楂酒中，浸泡3个小时，然后加入另一袋原料粉一起浸泡10天；
5)密封：浸泡好的降血脂保健酒放进密封酒缸里边密封处理3个月。
