背景技术
    目前,随着经济的快速发展,食品的种类越来越多,粥是人们生活中常出现在餐桌上的一种主食,因其营养美味、美味可口,烹制方便,随着生活水平的逐步提高,工作频率加快,如何将粥制成一种安全,卫生,使用便利,加工方式多,口感好的方便食品成为难题,且传统的粥口味单一,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足于消费者的需求。

本发明的目的是提供一种归尾补血活血型保健粥及其制备方法,本发明具有补血活血、味道鲜美,营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种归尾补血活血型保健粥,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
黑米500-550、蔷薇花5-8、蓝花扁竹2-3、归尾1-2、穿破石2-3、佩兰1-2、榧子3-4、金针菇22-28、猪肝11-13、绿豆芽18-24、红甘蓝20-26、黑蒜6-8、丝瓜20-25、豆浆20-30、腰果仁5-6、椰蓉10-12、葡萄籽11-13、白芝麻15-20、山药15-20、无花果20-30、营养添加剂65-70
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
葛根3-5、罗布麻0.2-0.4、簇生卷耳1-2、弯曲碎米荠3-4、莲子芯2-5、知母2-4、金银花粉3-4、荠菜40-50、冬瓜50-60、烤麸20-21、黄鱼20-24、花生油20-30、火龙果10-20、芝士10-12、蔓越莓24-25;
制备方法:
(1)     将葛根、罗布麻、簇生卷耳、弯曲碎米荠、莲子芯、知母、金银花粉加15-20倍水,煎煮55-60分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将黄鱼放入到药液中浸泡4-5小时,取出用花生油炸脆,再烘干磨成粉;
(2)     将荠菜、冬瓜、烤麸放入蒸抽中蒸熟,取出捣碎揉成泥状,再烘干磨成粉;
(3)     将火龙果、芝士、蔓越莓加适量水打成浆,再冷冻干燥制成粉,与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉料混合均匀,即得。
所述归尾补血活血型保健粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将蔷薇花、蓝花扁竹、归尾、穿破石、佩兰、榧子加15-20倍水,煎50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将金针菇22-28、猪肝放入药液中浸泡8-9小时,取出晾干,备用;
(2)     将绿豆芽、红甘蓝、黑蒜、丝瓜放入沸水中煮烂,捞出烘干,制成片状;
(3)     将腰果仁、椰蓉、葡萄籽、白芝麻放入蒸抽中蒸熟;将山药、无花果加入适量水打成浆,磨成粉;
(4)   将黑米与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料以及其他剩余原料混合搅拌均匀,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在传统的粥中添加了多种名贵中药和多种营养丰富的辅料,其中,添加的归尾具有补血活血的作用,同时,还添加了佩兰,具有化湿健胃的功效,且添加了腰果仁、椰蓉、葡萄籽、白芝麻等口味独特的辅料,使得粥的口感更好。

一种归尾补血活血型保健粥,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
黑米500-550、蔷薇花5-8、蓝花扁竹2-3、归尾1-2、穿破石2-3、佩兰1-2、榧子3-4、金针菇22-28、猪肝11-13、绿豆芽18-24、红甘蓝20-26、黑蒜6-8、丝瓜20-25、豆浆20-30、腰果仁5-6、椰蓉10-12、葡萄籽11-13、白芝麻15-20、山药15-20、无花果20-30、营养添加剂65-70
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:

(3)     将火龙果、芝士、蔓越莓加适量水打成浆,再冷冻干燥制成粉,与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉料混合均匀,即得。

(1)将蔷薇花、蓝花扁竹、归尾、穿破石、佩兰、榧子加15-20倍水,煎50-55分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将金针菇22-28、猪肝放入药液中浸泡8-9小时,取出晾干,备用;
(2)     将绿豆芽、红甘蓝、黑蒜、丝瓜放入沸水中煮烂,捞出烘干,制成片状;

黑米500-550、蔷薇花5-8、蓝花扁竹2-3、归尾1-2、穿破石2-3、佩兰1-2、榧子3-4、金针菇22-28、猪肝11-13、绿豆芽18-24、红甘蓝20-26、黑蒜6-8、丝瓜20-25、豆浆20-30、腰果仁5-6、椰蓉10-12、葡萄籽11-13、白芝麻15-20、山药15-20、无花果20-30、营养添加剂65-70
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
