背景技术
    目前,随着经济的快速发展,食品的种类越来越多,粥是人们生活中常出现在餐桌上的一种主食,因其营养美味、美味可口,烹制方便,随着生活水平的逐步提高,工作频率加快,如何将粥制成一种安全,卫生,使用便利,加工方式多,口感好的方便食品成为难题,且传统的粥口味单一,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足于消费者的需求。

本发明的目的是提供一种透骨草镇痛抗风湿型保健粥及其制备方法,本发明具有透骨草镇痛抗风湿、味道鲜美,营养丰富 的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种透骨草镇痛抗风湿型保健粥,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
粳米500-550、透骨草3-4、牛膝3-4、红花3-4、藏红花3-4、桃仁3-4、猪肉10-12、葱花8-9、姜末8-9、花椒粉10-11、芡粉20-22、胡椒粉11-12、鸡蛋清30-33、醪糟汁10-12、小白菜15-20、木耳5-6、苕粉条6-7、枸杞4-6、当归汁水9-10、白玉豆9-10、香油12-14、小球藻粉11-12、脆骨6-8、菊芋8-9、瓜子仁10-11、营养添加剂65-70;
所述营养剂由下列重量份原料制成:
葛根3-5、罗布麻0.2-0.4、簇生卷耳1-2、弯曲碎米荠3-4、莲子芯2-5、知母2-4、金银花粉3-4、荠菜40-50、冬瓜50-60、烤麸20-21、黄鱼20-24、花生油20-30、火龙果10-20、芝士10-12、蔓越莓24-25;
制备方法:
(1)        将葛根、罗布麻、簇生卷耳、弯曲碎米荠、莲子芯、知母、金银花粉加15-20倍水,煎煮55-60分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将黄鱼放入到药液中浸泡4-5小时,取出用花生油炸脆,再烘干磨成粉;
(2)        将荠菜、冬瓜、烤麸放入蒸抽中蒸熟,取出捣碎揉成泥状,再烘干磨成粉;
(3)将火龙果、芝士、蔓越莓加适量水打成浆,再冷冻干燥制成粉,与步骤(1)、(2)所得粉料混合均匀,即得。
所述透骨草镇痛抗风湿型保健粥的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(3)        将透骨草、牛膝、红花、藏红花、桃仁加15-20倍水,煎煮55-60分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将猪肉放入药液中浸泡5-6小时,取出再与葱花、姜末、花椒粉、芡粉、胡椒粉、鸡蛋清、醪糟汁混合均匀,腌制3-4小时,取出备用;
(4)        将小白菜、木耳、苕粉条、枸杞、当归汁水、白玉豆放入沸水中煮3-4小时,取出打成蔬菜泥,再烘干制成蔬菜片;
(5)        将小球藻粉、脆骨、菊芋、瓜子仁用香油炒香,再烘干磨成粉;
(4)将粳米与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料以及其他剩余物料混合均匀,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明在传统的粥中添加了多种名贵中药和多种营养丰富的辅料,其中,添加的透骨草具有镇痛抗风湿的作用,同时,还添加了藏红花,具有治疗跌打损伤的功效,且添加了小球藻粉、脆骨、菊芋、瓜子仁等口味独特的辅料,使得粥的口感更好。

粳米500-550、透骨草3-4、牛膝3-4、红花3-4、藏红花3-4、桃仁3-4、猪肉10-12、葱花8-9、姜末8-9、花椒粉10-11、芡粉20-22、胡椒粉11-12、鸡蛋清30-33、醪糟汁10-12、小白菜15-20、木耳5-6、苕粉条6-7、枸杞4-6、当归汁水9-10、白玉豆9-10、香油12-14、小球藻粉11-12、脆骨6-8、菊芋8-9、瓜子仁10-11、营养添加剂65-70;

(4)将粳米与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料以及其他剩余物料混合均匀,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。

粳米500-550、透骨草3-4、牛膝3-4、红花3-4、藏红花3-4、桃仁3-4、猪肉10-12、葱花8-9、姜末8-9、花椒粉10-11、芡粉20-22、胡椒粉11-12、鸡蛋清30-33、醪糟汁10-12、小白菜15-20、木耳5-6、苕粉条6-7、枸杞4-6、当归汁水9-10、白玉豆9-10、香油12-14、小球藻粉11-12、脆骨6-8、菊芋8-9、瓜子仁10-11、营养添加剂65-70;

(1)将透骨草、牛膝、红花、藏红花、桃仁加15-20倍水,煎煮55-60分钟,过滤除渣,得药液,将猪肉放入药液中浸泡5-6小时,取出再与葱花、姜末、花椒粉、芡粉、胡椒粉、鸡蛋清、醪糟汁混合均匀,腌制3-4小时,取出备用;
(2)将小白菜、木耳、苕粉条、枸杞、当归汁水、白玉豆放入沸水中煮3-4小时,取出打成蔬菜泥,再烘干制成蔬菜片;
(3)将小球藻粉、脆骨、菊芋、瓜子仁用香油炒香,再烘干磨成粉;
(4)将粳米与步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料以及其他剩余物料混合均匀,放入沸水中煮成粥,即得。
