本发明涉及建筑机械,例如,作为排气后处理装置搭载有烟尘过滤器及尿素SCR(Selective Catalytic Reduction:选择性催化还原)装置双方的建筑机械。
背景技术
目前已经知道,作为从柴油发动机排出的排气的后处理装置,由捕集排气中的粒子状物质的烟尘过滤器、及使用尿素水将排气中的氮氧化物(NOx)净化的尿素SCR装置这双方构成(例如参照专利文献1)。
另外,与用于运输用的载重汽车等的柴油发动机相比,用于建筑机械的柴油发动机排气量大,因此,需要与大排气量相对应的大型的后处理装置。
另一方面,在建筑机械中,由于将后处理装置配置于发动机室内,所以从配置空间的制约来看,难以直接搭载大型的后处理装置。因此,已提出有通过搭载多个通常大小的后处理装置,在充分确保处理能力的同时,有效利用狭窄的空间进行配置的技术(例如专利文献2)。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
但是,搭载于建筑机械的发动机室内的排气后处理装置从自身的维护性及发动机的维护性考虑,需要利用吊车可自如拆装地配置于发动机的上方,所以存在配置位置受限等情况,利用狭窄的空间配置后处理装置受到限制。因此,不能避免因配置后处理装置而使发动机室在某种程度上增大,例如,在发动机室处于驾驶室的后方的轮式装载机的情况中,存在驾驶室的后方视野恶化的问题。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种不仅能够搭载对应大排气量的排气后处理装置,而且能够良好地确保操作员的视野的建筑机械。
用于解决课题的技术方案
第一本发明的建筑机械,其特征在于,具备:发动机,其以曲轴的轴方向与车身的前后方向呈平行的朝向配置;排气后处理装置,其配置于所述发动机的上部,所述排气后处理装置由来自所述发动机的排气分流而流入的至少一对的第一后处理单元及第二后处理单元构成,所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元分别具备:第一净化装置,其位于排气的流动方向的上游侧;第二净化装置,其位于所述第一净化装置的下游侧;连通配管,其将所述第一净化装置及所述第二净化装置连通,所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元的所述第一净化装置及所述第二净化装置以在内部流动的排气的流动方向与所述车身的前后方向呈平行的朝向沿着所述车身的左右方向排列设置,并且,所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元的所述第一净化装置彼此在所述车身的左右方向分开配置,所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元的所述第二净化装置彼此配置于所述第一净化装置之间,所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元的所述连通配管配置于所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元中的所述第一净化装置及所述第二净化装置之间,在从所述车身的前后方向观察所述排气后处理装置时,与所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元中的所述第一净化装置和所述连通配管接触的外方侧的直线状的包络线以随着朝向上方而朝向所述发动机的左右方向的中央侧的方式倾斜。
根据第一发明,由于至少包括一对的第一、第二后处理单元而构成排气后处理装置,所以能够无阻碍地处理来自大排气量的发动机的排气,可靠地应对搭载有这种发动机的建筑机械。另外,在第一、第二处理单元中,与连通配管和第一净化装置接触的包络线以随着朝向上方而朝向发动机的左右方向的中央的方式倾斜,因此,能够随着该倾斜角度而在发动机罩等上形成倾斜面,可通过该倾斜面良好地确保操作员的视野。
第二发明的建筑机械是轮式装载机,在所述发动机的上部配置有用于向所述发动机供给的进气的空气滤清器,所述排气后处理装置配置于比所述空气滤清器靠驾驶席侧的位置。
根据第二发明,在轮式装载机中,将发动机上方的排气后处理装置配置于比同样处于发动机上方的空气滤清器靠驾驶席侧的位置,因此,可以从排气后处理装置的后端侧附近起就减小发动机室的后方侧的宽度,能够更可靠地确保后轮的防护板部分的视野。
在第三发明的建筑机械中,在所述第一净化装置和所述连通配管之间设有向排气中供给尿素水的尿素供给装置,所述第一净化装置具备捕集排气中的粒子状物质的烟尘过滤器,所述第二净化装置具备通过所述尿素水将排气中的氮氧化物还原的尿素还原催化剂,所述连通配管成为将由所述尿素供给装置供给的尿素水和排气混合的混合用配管。
根据第三发明,由于使连通配管起到尿素水和排气的混合用配管的作用,所以能够向第二净化装置的尿素还原催化剂的流入面整体遍及整体地供给良好的混合状态下的排气,能够促进排气的净化。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图说明本发明的一实施方式。
图1A中,通过透视图示意性地表示有作为本实施方式的建筑机械的轮式装载机1及其动力传递***。另外,图1B表示从图1A的箭头A观察的轮式装载机1的后方端的图。此外,在以下的说明中,前后左右的各方向与操作员在图1A所示的驾驶室5内就座的状态下的前后左右方向是同一方向。
图1A中,除后述的排气后处理装置30的配置结构及与其相关联的外观上的形状等之外,轮式装载机1与众所周知的轮式装载机大致相同。即,轮式装载机1具备由前部车身和后部车身构成的车身2,在前部车身的前方,经由液压式作业机驱动机构4安装有挖掘装载用的铲斗3,该液压式作业机驱动机构4由大臂、曲拐、连结杆、铲斗油缸、大臂油缸等构成。
在后部车身上,在由厚的金属板等构成的后部车身框架的前侧设有操作员乘坐的箱状的驾驶室5,在后部车身框架的后侧设有发动机室6。在发动机室6内装配有作为动力源的柴油发动机(以下简称为发动机)7。在轮式装载机1中,发动机7的曲轴的轴方向和车身的前后方向平行,发动机7的动力从设于发动机7的前侧的输出轴输出。
从输出轴输出的动力经由传动轴8向变速箱9传递。从变速箱9输出的动力的一部分经由后驱动轴11向后轮轴12传递,传递到后轮。另外,从变速箱9输出的动力的另一部分经由前驱动轴14向前轮轴15传递,传递到前轮。另外,在变速箱9设有省略图示的PTO(PowerTake Off:动力输出装置),为了驱动液压泵等,能够将由传动轴8传递的输出的一部分通过PTO输出。
图2表示发动机7及设于发动机7上的排气后处理装置30的立体图。图3表示从排气歧管17侧观察发动机7及排气后处理装置30的图,图4表示从车身前方侧即输出轴侧观察它们的图。
如图2~图4所示,发动机7在发动机室6(图1A)内经由多个橡胶垫架16搭载于后部车身框架。在发动机7的上部侧且发动机7的前后方向的大致中央,设有通过排气的动能工作的排气涡轮增压机(以下简称为增压机)50。
在设于发动机7的排气歧管17的排气的出口部分连接有构成增压机50的涡轮机壳体51的入口部分,在涡轮机壳体51的出口部分连接有分流管18。在构成增压机50的压缩机壳体52的进气的入口部分连接有配置于发动机7的上部后方的来自空气滤清器19的进气管21。压缩机壳体52的出口部分和进气歧管通过未图示的进气管连通。
另外,在发动机7上设有EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation:排气再循环装置)60。在排气歧管17的靠后方的部分连接有EGR配管61。在EGR配管61的中途排列设置有一对EGR冷却器62、62。在EGR配管61上,在EGR冷却器62的排气的流动方向的下游侧设有未图示的EGR阀。EGR配管61的前端与连通增压机50和进气歧管的进气管连接,通过开放EGR阀,能够使排气的一部分从排气歧管17返回进气侧。
连接于增压机50的排气侧的分流管18与一对排气管22、22连接。通过了各排气管22的排气,在通过了排气后处理装置30后,从一对尾管23、23(图1A中图示一根)向外部排出。
排气后处理装置30由第一后处理单元31和第二后处理单元32构成,所述第一后处理单元31和所述第二后处理单元32配置于向发动机7进行供给的进气用的空气滤清器19的前方侧(即,由驾驶室5构成的驾驶席侧,参照图1A),且第一后处理单元31配置在发动机7的上部左方的肩部分,第二后处理单元32配置在发动机7的上部右方的肩部分。在此,肩部分是指沿着由发动机7的缸盖罩的上表面和左右的侧面形成的角部的区域。而且,通过使排气后处理装置30位于比空气滤清器19靠驾驶席侧的位置,能够不影响第一、第二单元31、32地将发动机室6的后方侧的宽度从排气后处理装置30的后端侧附近进行缩小(参照图1A及图1B的A向视图)。
第一、第二后处理单元31、32分别具备:配置于排气的流动方向的上游侧的第一净化装置33、配置于下游侧的第二净化装置34、使第一、第二净化装置33、34连通的混合用配管35、具有配置于第一净化装置33及混合用配管35之间的肘形管36A的尿素供给装置36。
第一、第二净化装置33、34及混合用配管35以在其内部流动的排气的流动方向与车身的前后方向即发动机7的曲轴的轴方向呈平行的方向沿车身的车宽方向即左右方向排列设置。后面将详述这些配置结构。
第一净化装置33将排气的入口侧的氧化催化剂33A、其下游侧的烟尘过滤器33B、及收容它们的圆筒状的壳体作为基本结构。具体而言,第一净化装置33具备:入口壳体37,其具有连接排气管22的前端的流入管37A;催化剂壳体38,其设于入口壳体37的下游侧,收容氧化催化剂33A;过滤器壳体39,其设于催化剂壳体38的下游侧,收容烟尘过滤器33B;出口壳体41,其设于过滤器壳体39的下游侧,具有连接混合用配管35的基端(上游端)的流出管41A。
另一方面,第二净化装置34将尿素还原催化剂34A及收容该尿素还原催化剂34A的圆筒状的壳体作为基本结构。具体而言,第二净化装置34具备:入口壳体42,其具有连接混合用配管35的前端(下游端)的流入管42A;缓冲壳体43,其设于入口壳体42的下游侧,且内部成为混合促进用的缓冲空间;催化剂壳体44,其设于缓冲壳体43的下游侧,收容尿素还原催化剂34A和氨氧化催化剂;出口壳体45,其设于催化剂壳体44的下游侧,具有连接尾管23(图1A)的下端的流出管45A。此外,虽然省略了图示,但氨氧化催化剂在催化剂壳体44中被收容于尿素还原催化剂34A的下游侧。
在此,在第一净化装置33中,入口壳体37的流入管37A设于入口壳体37主体的外周面,排气从径方向朝向入口壳体37内流入。同样,出口壳体41的流出管41A也设于出口壳体41主体的外周面,排气从出口壳体41内沿径方向流出。另外,在第二净化装置34中,流入管42A也设于入口壳体42主体的外周面,且出口壳体45的流出管45A也设于出口壳体45主体的外周面,排气沿径方向流入流出。
进一步地,在第一、第二净化装置33、34中,入口壳体37、42均位于前后方向上的前方侧,出口壳体41、45均位于后方侧。因此,混合用配管35从第一净化装置33的后方侧装配至第二净化装置34的前方侧。由此,在俯视第一净化装置33、混合用配管35及第二净化装置34的情况下的整体的配置,被布置成排气以S状流动。
而且,配置于发动机7的左右两肩部分的第一、第二后处理单元31、32之间,一对第一净化装置33彼此在左右方向上分开配置,在该一对第一净化装置33之间,一对第二净化装置34彼此接近地配置。第一净化装置33被配置在从发动机7的正上方向侧方偏离的位置,相对于配置在发动机7的正上方的第二净化装置34位于下方。混合用配管35位于第一、第二净化装置33、34之间,比第一净化装置33更靠上方。
由此,如图4中单点划线所示,在从前后方向观察排气后处理装置30时,与混合用配管35的外周面和第一净化装置33的外周面接触的外方侧的直线状的包络线E以随着朝向上方而朝向发动机7的左右方向的中央侧的方式倾斜。该倾斜角的大小在左右的第一、第二后处理单元31、32是相同的。更详细而言,该包络线E被定义为与混合用配管35的外周面中面临外方侧的部分和第一净化装置33的外周面中面临外方侧的部分接触的直线。
因此,如图4中中双点划线所示,作为覆盖发动机室6的发动机罩24,也可以设为左右具有倾斜面24A的形状。其结果是,驾驶室内的操作员即使不必以大动作回顾,也能够通过该倾斜面24A容易地确认特别设于车身后方端的配重26的左右两端部26A(图1B)或后轮的防护板部分,能够确保良好的后方视野。
但是,第一、第二后处理单元31、32被载置于具有底面部71及从底面部71立设起的多个立面部72的支承框架70上,通过适当的固定机构固定。另外,支承框架70经由具有载置面部81及从载置面部81垂直设置的安装面部82的安装托架80被螺栓紧固于发动机7的飞轮罩25。
在因维护等原因而要将由第一、第二后处理单元31、32构成的排气后处理装置30从发动机室6内取出的情况下,解除支承框架70和安装托架80的接合状态,并且解除第一净化装置33的流入管37A和排气管22的接合状态,使用设于支承框架70上的起吊螺栓70A(图4),利用吊车等与支承框架70一同向上方吊起。
但是,不限于此,也可以将支承框架70设置成第一、第二后处理单元31、32用的两部分分割结构,采用能够以单元单位取出的结构。
另外,还可以通过解除车身框架和橡胶垫架16的接合,将发动机7与排气后处理装置30、增压机50、EGR60、空气滤清器19等一同吊起并拆卸。
在使用了本实施方式的排气后处理装置30的情况下,从增压机50排出的排气通过分流管18向各排气管22分流,被送入第一、第二后处理单元31、32。
此时,分流管18及排气管22的基端侧位于发动机7的侧方,且位于第一后处理单元31的第一净化装置33的下方,排气管22的前端侧从此处转到飞轮罩25的前面侧,从斜下方与各第一净化装置33的流入管37A连接。因此,在排气管22流动的排气从下方侧向第一净化装置33沿径方向流入,在第一净化装置33内变换为前后方向的流动,从而流向氧化催化剂33A。
通过了氧化催化剂33A的排气被烟尘过滤器33B捕集了粒子状物质后,通过流出管41A沿径方向流出,进入肘形管36A。在肘形管36A,从尿素供给装置36雾状喷射尿素水,向排气中供给。所供给的尿素水和排气的流动方向再次变换为前后方向,在通过混合用配管35的过程中被良好地混合,经由流入管42A从径方向流入第二净化装置34。
第二净化装置34内的排气的流动方向再次变换为前后方向,之后,通过缓冲空间遍及整体地到达尿素还原催化剂34A的流入面,通过尿素还原催化剂34A,由此,还原NOx而进行无害化。被无害化的排气通过流出管45A向径方向流出,从尾管23向外部排气。此外,在因尿素水的喷射量过多等而即使通过尿素还原催化剂34A也仍有氨残留的情况下,通过氨氧化催化剂分解氨,防止氨向大气中的排放。
在使由烟尘过滤器33B捕集的粒子状物质燃烧,使烟尘过滤器33B再生的情况下,在氧化催化剂33A的上游侧向排气中供给定量燃料(例如与发动机7的燃料相同),通过定量燃料在氧化催化剂33A的氧化作用,使排气的温度上升至烟尘过滤器33B中的活性温度。成为高温的排气通过烟尘过滤器33B,由此,被捕集到烟尘过滤器33B内的粒子状物质燃烧,被无害化并与排气一同排出,烟尘过滤器33B自再生为除去了粒子状物质的状态。
根据以上说明的排气后处理装置30,结合第一、第二后处理单元31、32的处理能力与大排气量的发动机7相对应,与搭载于负载输送用的载重汽车等上的排气后处理装置相比,能够处理更大量的排气。另外,通过将构成第一、第二后处理单元31、32的第一、第二净化装置33、34相对于发动机7如上述配置,能够使操作员的后方视野良好。
此外,本发明不限于上述的实施方式,可实现本发明的目的的范围内的变形、改良等包含于本发明中。
例如,在上述实施方式中,第一净化装置33是具有氧化催化剂33A及烟尘过滤器33B的结构,第二净化装置34是具有尿素还原催化剂34A的结构,但如图5所示,作为上游侧的第一净化装置33也可以是具有尿素还原催化剂34A的结构,作为下游侧的第二净化装置34也可以是具有氧化催化剂33A及烟尘过滤器33B的结构。该情况下,尿素供给装置36及混合用配管35配置在第一净化装置33的上游侧。而且,在本发明的连通配管和第一净化装置33之间设有定量燃料供给用的燃料供给装置46,另外,本发明的连通配管作为定量燃料和排气的混合用配管47起作用。
但是,是否设置定量燃料用的燃料供给装置及氧化催化剂33A,与将烟尘过滤器33B及尿素还原催化剂34A配置在上游侧及下游侧的哪一侧无关,是任意的,即使是不设置燃料供给装置及氧化催化剂33A的情况,也包含于本发明。
在上述实施方式中,排气后处理装置30由第一、第二后处理单元31、32构成,但即使是由三个单元以上的后处理单元构成的情况,也包含于本发明。单元的数量只要是两个以上即可,将单元数设为几个可以参照一个单元的处理能力和发动机的排气量而任意决定。但是,在由三个以上的单元构成的情况下,配置于左右方向两侧的单元成为本发明的第一、第二后处理单元。
在上述实施方式中,作为本发明的建筑机械以轮式装载机为例进行了说明,且针对操作员的后方视野的优越性进行了叙述,但本发明也可以适用于推土机,由此,可以改善推土机中的前方视野,能够容易且良好地识别使用推土机刮板的作业状况。

本发明除可用于轮式装载机之外,还可以用于推土机或机动平路机之类的建筑机械。

Claims (3)

1.一种建筑机械,其特征在于,具备:
发动机,其以曲轴的轴方向与车身的前后方向呈平行的朝向配置;
排气后处理装置,其配置于由发动机罩覆盖的发动机室内的所述发动机的上部,
所述排气后处理装置由来自所述发动机的排气分流而流入的至少一对的第一后处理单元及第二后处理单元构成,
所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元分别具备:
第一净化装置,其位于排气的流动方向的上游侧;
第二净化装置,其位于所述第一净化装置的下游侧;
连通配管,其将所述第一净化装置及所述第二净化装置连通,
所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元的所述第一净化装置及所述第二净化装置以在内部流动的排气的流动方向与所述车身的前后方向呈平行的朝向沿着所述车身的左右方向排列设置,并且,
所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元的所述第一净化装置彼此在所述车身的左右方向分开配置,
所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元的所述第二净化装置彼此配置于所述第一净化装置之间,
所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元的所述连通配管配置于所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元中的所述第一净化装置及所述第二净化装置之间,
在从所述车身的前后方向观察所述排气后处理装置时,与所述第一后处理单元及所述第二后处理单元中的所述第一净化装置和所述连通配管接触的外方侧的直线状的包络线以随着朝向上方而朝向所述发动机的左右方向的中央侧的方式倾斜,
在所述发动机罩上的、与所述连通配管的外周面中的面临外方侧的部分、及所述第一后处理单元和所述第二后处理单元的所述第一净化装置的外周面中的面临外方侧的部分相对应的位置,设置有沿所述包络线倾斜的倾斜面。
2.如权利要求1所述的建筑机械,其特征在于,
该建筑机械是轮式装载机,
在所述发动机的上部配置有用于向所述发动机供给的进气的空气滤清器,
所述排气后处理装置配置于比所述空气滤清器靠驾驶席侧的位置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的建筑机械,其特征在于,
在所述第一净化装置和所述连通配管之间设有向排气中供给尿素水的尿素供给装置,
所述第一净化装置具备捕集排气中的粒子状物质的烟尘过滤器,
所述第二净化装置具备通过所述尿素水将排气中的氮氧化物还原的尿素还原催化剂,
所述连通配管成为将由所述尿素供给装置供给的尿素水和排气混合的混合用配管。
