Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明总体上涉及例如建筑板的板的涂装(涂覆)领域。更具体地,本发明涉及用于涂装地板镶板的方法,以及通过该方法生产的地板镶板。
本发明的应用领域
本发明特别适用于浮式地板(floating floors),该浮式地板由包括木质纤维芯层和薄的装饰性耐磨表层的地板镶板构成。因此,以下对现有技术、已知***的问题以及本发明的目的和特征的描述将首要以这个应用领域为主,特别是以与传统的木质纤维基的层压式地板相似的地板为主。
应当强调的是本发明也可以用在其它应用中,例如墙板(壁板)、天花板和家具部件等。
背景技术
通过如图1a所示的下列步骤生产意在用于例如地板、墙板(壁板)或者家具部件的传统的层压板P:
·在木质纤维基材料的芯层3的一侧上施加被三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍的作为平衡层4的牛皮纸;
·在芯层3的另一侧上施加被三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍的已印刷好的装饰纸2;
·在装饰纸上施加具有耐磨颗粒(例如氧化铝)的、被三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍的透明覆盖纸1;以及
·在连续或非连续压制过程中通过施加热量和压力来使树脂固化,从而得到层压制品。
典型的压制参数是40bar压力、160-200℃的温度和12-30秒的压制时间。一般地,通过压靠在形成板的表面结构的浮雕压制板(embossed pressplate)上来完成对顶面的压制。先前浸渍过的装饰纸具有60-80g/m2的重量,该装饰纸中一般包括约50wt%的三聚氰胺甲醛热固性树脂。覆盖层(覆盖纸)中的树脂含量可能甚至更高。
也已知未浸渍的装饰纸可以用于减少浸渍成本,并且增加已印刷好的装饰纸的库存寿命,因为浸渍纸的储存期限(货架寿命)最长为6-12个月。与浸渍装饰纸相关的其它缺点是:浸渍装饰纸必须被储存在环境受控的仓库内以避免粘连;最少需要浸渍大约3吨(装饰纸)以获得低的生产成本;以及装饰纸在浸渍期间膨胀和收缩,这在印刷品必须与板尺寸或者压制板的浮雕图案相适应时造成问题。
作为覆盖纸的替代方案,已知在装饰纸的顶部上施加三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和耐磨颗粒;该三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和耐磨颗粒是液态形式的且随后在压制之前被干燥,或者是混合有例如木质纤维的干燥粉末形式的。这种保护层被称为“液态覆盖(层)”或“粉末覆盖(层)”。
此外,已知将未浸渍的装饰纸直接施加到木板(board)上,然后在若干步骤中将液态形式的湿式树脂添加到木板上和装饰纸上,利用中间的干燥区域去除树脂中的水分。浸渍与压制操作同时进行(一致)。
还已知,如图1b所示,已被浸渍的芯纸可作为子层12施加到未浸渍的装饰纸的下面,并且来自于芯纸的树脂可以在压制期间渗透到装饰纸中。该生产方法复杂且成本高。
传统的层压地板(复合地板)使用在浸渍之前已印刷好的装饰纸。即使在可以使用未浸渍纸时,这种纸也在单独的印刷操作中被印刷并且然后在压制之前被施加到芯层上。这种印刷具有如下的缺点:装饰纸必须被准确地定位在芯层上,以与压制板的浮雕表面匹配或者与机加工的地板镶板的尺寸相匹配。
图1c、1d示出了可以用于形成装饰(图案)的基于非接触工艺的数字印刷技术,其中数字印刷设备9包括通常被称为压电式喷头(墨头)的印刷头,该印刷头将具有颜色的小滴墨水喷射在基底2上。这种技术的主要优点是具有生产灵活性,其允许经济地进行小批量的生产。
数字印刷品8通常被施加在纸2上,所述纸已经涂装有具有基色的基础层或者所述纸已经被直接涂装在板芯层上,该板芯层通常也具有基础层。数字印刷品被透明的保护层(纸)覆盖,其中透明的保护层可以是常规的覆盖层(纸)或者UV固化透明漆。
数字印刷也可用于在覆盖纸上进行印刷。装饰纸提供基础涂层,位于浸渍覆盖层的下侧上的印刷品提供附加的图案,需要该图案形成木纹或石纹设计。
可以如图1c所示在浸渍20之前或者如图1d所示在浸渍20之后数字化印刷装饰纸2或覆盖层。最终结果始终是已数字化印刷好的装饰8被施加到已被浸渍的纸基印刷承载体2上,并且然后作为独立的已印刷好且已浸渍的纸张被施加到芯层3上。
一些术语的定义
在下文中,已安装好的地板镶板的能看到的表面称为“正面侧”,而地板镶板的面向底层地板(subfloor)的相对的一侧称为“背面侧”。“上”是指朝向正面侧,“下”是指朝向背面侧。包括了地板镶板的主要部分的片状材料称为“芯层”。“表层”是指被靠近正面侧地施加到芯层上并且优选覆盖地板的整个正面侧的所有层。“装饰(性)表层”是指主要意在赋予地板以装饰性外观的层。“耐磨层”或“保护层”是指主要适于改善正面侧的耐久性(强固性)的层。“原纸”是指不包括任何热固性粘合剂的未浸渍的纸,或仅包括少量的——例如少于约20wt%——热固性粘合剂的纸,并且在压制好的纸中的树脂含量的大部分是在压制过程中从该纸上方和/或下方的层注入的。
发明内容
本发明的总体目的是提供一种用于对板进行涂装的改进的方法。具体目的是,避免装饰纸的浸渍,和消除在压制之前将装饰纸准确定位在芯层上的需求。
本发明将工艺(处理)灵活性与如以下a-d所列的生产特征结合起来。
所有使用印刷纸的已知技术的缺点是,不存在将最大化工艺灵活性与如下的生产特征结合起来的方法,这些生产特征是:a)使用未浸渍的纸或原纸,b)通过利用喷墨式打印机数字化印刷而能够在印刷生产线(pressline)中选择装饰来增大工艺(处理)的灵活性,c)通过使用浮雕压制板给被压制的(木)板的表面赋予一种结构,在压制期间在热固性树脂固化时形成所述(木)板,d)赋予制品以与传统的直接层压板所具有的抗冲击性和耐磨性一样好或更好的抗冲击性和耐磨性。
通过在将纸定位在芯层上之后印刷装饰(图案)来增加装饰(图案)定位的准确性,并且使得可以获得改进的表面设计。避免纸的浸渍节约了成本并且增大了生产灵活性。
本发明的第一方案是用于生产层压制品的方法,该层压制品例如是建筑板,优选是地板镶板,其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
·将纸施加在木质纤维基的芯层的一侧上,该芯层例如是HDF板;
·通过数字印刷工艺在所述纸上形成装饰;
·在所述纸上施加树脂,该树脂优选是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;
·优选利用IR灯加热所述装饰(图案)和具有所述树脂的所述纸;以及
·施加热量和压力以使树脂固化,并因此得到层压制品。
优选地,通过数字印刷工艺形成装饰的步骤在将所述纸被施加到所述芯层上之后执行。
所述方法还可包括将粉末基的子层施加在所述芯层上的步骤,且该粉末基的子层位于所述纸的下面。所述粉末基的子层包括木质纤维和粉末热固性树脂,该树脂优选是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
所述粉末基的子层优选包括约50wt%的木质纤维和约50wt%的蜜胺树脂(例如,kuaramin773)。
或者,所述粉末基的子层可以优选包括约60-80wt%的木质纤维和约20-40wt%的蜜胺树脂/脲醛树脂。
所述方法还可包括在所述粉末基的子层上施加水分并且然后施加热量以干燥所述粉末基的子层的步骤。
在将所述纸施加到所述芯层上之前所述方法还可包括如下步骤:
·在所述芯层上施加液态树脂,该液态树脂优选是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;以及
·优选使用IR灯干燥所述液态树脂。
被施加在纸上的所述树脂是粉末形式的或液态形式的。粉末形式的树脂可被包含在含有木质纤维和所述树脂的混合物中,用以形成粉末基的覆盖层。
所述方法还可包括通过数字印刷工艺在被施加到纸上的粉末树脂上形成装饰的步骤。该步骤可替代在纸上进行的印刷。
在纸上的粉末的表面重量优选大约是200g/m2。
所述方法还可包括在粉末形式的树脂上施加水分的步骤。
所述方法还可包括在加热所述装饰之前将优选是氧化铝颗粒的耐磨颗粒施加到纸上的步骤。
所述方法还可包括在加热装饰之前将添加颗粒——诸如,以二氧化硅或氧化铝为基料的亚微细米颗粒——施加在纸上以改善耐擦性能的步骤。
所述方法还可包括在加热装饰之前将优选是α纤维素纤维的纤维素纤维施加在纸上的步骤。
所述方法还可包括在施加热量和压力之前将一个层施加在芯层的另一侧上以获得平衡层的步骤。
所述平衡层可以是包括木质纤维和树脂的粉末层,或者是纸。
用于装饰的纸的表面重量优选大约是60g/m2、70g/m2、80g/m2或85g/m2。甚至可使用表面重量大约是40-60g/m2、优选是40-50g/m2的更薄的纸。
所述树脂的固体含量优选在约50±10wt%的范围内,更优选地是50±2wt%。
数字印刷可以是非接触工艺,其中包括施加水-基液滴的压电式喷头。所述颜料可以干燥的形式在独立的步骤中施加。所述颜料可通过水滴被结合。
压力参数可以在大约20-60bar的范围内——优选约40bar,温度在约160-200℃的范围内——优选约180℃,压制时间约12-30秒。
如WO2009/124704所述,还可以在装饰纸下面添加粉末混合物层——所述粉末混合物包括木质粉末、干燥树脂和可能地其它添加剂,用以增强抗冲击性——这允许更深地浮雕,并且用以在压制的固化过程中从下面浸渍未浸渍的装饰纸。
本发明的第二方案是根据第一方案或第三方案制造的地板镶板。
本发明的第三方案是一种用于生产层压制品的方法,该层压制品例如是建筑板,优选是地板镶板,其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
·在木质纤维基的芯层上施加包括木质纤维和热固性树脂的粉末基的子层,所述芯层例如是HDF板;
·将原纸施加在所述粉末基的子层上;
·将粉末基的或者纸基的保护性的覆盖层施加在所述原纸上,所述覆盖层包括三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和氧化铝;
·施加热量和压力以浸渍所述原纸,使树脂固化,并且因此获得层压制品。
所述方法还可包括将包括木质纤维和热固性树脂的粉末基的平衡层施加在所述芯层的背面侧上的步骤。
在一个实施例中,所述覆盖层可以是粉末基的覆盖层,在所述粉末基的覆盖层上可施加纸质覆盖层。
本发明的第四方案是一种地板镶板,该地板镶板包括:芯层,位于所述芯层的背面侧上的平衡层,以及位于所述芯层的正面侧上的表层。所述表层包括:装饰纸,保护性的透明纸,设置在所述装饰纸下面的粉末基的第一子层,设置在所述装饰纸和所述保护性的透明纸之间的粉末基的第二子层。所述第一子层和第二子层包括纤维,所述纤维的平均长度比所述装饰纸和覆盖纸中的纤维的平均长度短。
所述平衡层可以是包括木质纤维的粉末基的平衡层。
所述木质纤维在所有实施例中都可以是粉末形式的。

在下文中将结合示例性实施例描述本发明。
图2a-2d示出了本发明的第一实施例。
图2a示出了板P,该板包括优选为HDF芯层的芯层3和位于芯层3的背面侧的平衡层4。平衡层4可以是浸渍有优选为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的热固性树脂的常规牛皮纸;或者是粉末背材,该粉末背材包括木质纤维和优选为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的热固性树脂。利用散布单元10以与图4a所示的方式相同的方式施加粉末背材。喷涂设备11和干燥设备7将使粉末稳定并形成可连接到芯层3的平衡层4,使得板P可以在施加表层1、2、12之前翻转过来以背面侧朝下。优选地利用辊子6或通过喷涂将树脂5——优选为液态热固性树脂,更优选为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂——施加到芯层3的正面侧上。利用诸如IR灯、热空气、微波等的干燥设备7加热并干燥树脂。
图2b示出了被施加在已干燥的树脂上的纸层2。纸优选为原纸。纸可具有基本色或可以局部被印刷。因为在纸2上没有最终的印刷图案,所以没有必要精确地找正(定位)该纸。
图2c示出了通过数字印刷设备9印刷在纸2上的数字印刷品8。数字印刷是非接触工艺,其中优选为压电式喷头(墨头)的数字印刷喷头将液态物质的液滴喷射到基底上并形成图案。液态物质可包括颜料并且可以是水基的。或者,颜料可以干燥粉末的形式被单独施加,数字印刷喷头可以基本上只施加液态物质,该液态物质可以是透明的和可包括用作粘合剂而使颜料与基底结合的物质。可以例如通过空气流或重力移除未粘合(未结合)的颜料。这种两步式数字化粘合剂和粉末(BAP)印刷特别是在使用大量的颜料以形成图案时是非常经济的。BAP允许可以施加大量的着色粉末,例如施加大于20g/m2、优选约20-50g/m2的着色粉末。
图2d示出了涂装有液态热固性树脂——优选三聚氰胺甲醛树脂——以形成与传统覆盖层相似的保护层1的纸2。优选地,以与图2a中示出并描述的方式相同的方式来完成所述涂装。液态树脂优选地包括氧化铝颗粒和/或优选为α纤维素纤维的纤维素纤维。
也可在数字印刷之前完成具有基色的纸的涂装。
根据本发明的方法的第一实施例包括如下步骤:
·利用液态三聚氰胺甲醛树脂来涂装木质纤维基的芯层3,该芯层优选是HDF板;
·干燥液态树脂;
·将纸2附着至芯层3;
·通过数字印刷工艺在纸2上形成装饰(décor,装饰图案)8;
·利用液态三聚氰胺树脂来涂装具有装饰的纸2,该三聚氰胺树脂优选地包括氧化铝颗粒和/或优选为α纤维素纤维的纤维素纤维;
·干燥涂装层;以及
·施加热量和压力以使树脂固化,并且由此获得层压制品。
该方法的优点是可以使用未印刷的纸,这降低了库存成本并且提高了工艺灵活性。通过在将纸附着至芯层之后印刷所述纸,提高了装饰定位的精确度。
纸的涂装层可以由传统覆盖层替代或者与传统覆盖层相结合,其中传统覆盖层被施加在已数字化印刷好的纸上。
图3a-3d示出了本发明的第二实施例。其中,平衡层4的形成、芯层3的涂装以及纸的如图3a-3c所示的数字印刷,与在第一实施例中所描述的相同。然而,保护层1已经被粉末覆盖层所替代,所述粉末通过散布单元10、以干燥形式散布在带有数字印刷品8的纸2上,如图3d所示。所述粉末覆盖层优选地包括:优选为加工过的木质纤维的纤维、优选为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的树脂和优选为氧化铝的耐磨颗粒。优选包括水的液态物质可通过喷涂设备11被喷涂在粉末覆盖层上,并通过干燥设备7干燥,以在压制操作之前使粉末稳定。
本方法的第一方案的第二实施例包括如下步骤:
·利用液态三聚氰胺甲醛树脂来涂装木质纤维基的芯层3,该芯层优选是HDF板;
·干燥液态树脂;
·将纸2附着至芯层3;
·通过数字印刷工艺在纸2上形成装饰8;
·在已印刷好的装饰纸2上施加粉末覆盖层1,所述粉末覆盖层1优选地包括纤维、优选为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的树脂以及优选为氧化铝的耐磨颗粒;
·在粉末覆盖层1上施加水分;
·干燥粉末覆盖层1;以及
·施加热量和压力以使树脂固化,并且由此获得层压制品。
第二实施例的另一个优点是因从粉末覆盖层中获得的、在树脂基体中的大量纤维而改善了抗冲击性。
图4a-4d示出了本发明的第三实施例。图4a示出了粉末子层12被施加在芯层3的正面侧上,所述粉末子层包括木质纤维和热固性树脂,该热固性树脂优选为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂或蜜胺树脂/脲醛树脂。平衡层4可以是如上所述的纸或者粉末背材。可以利用散布单元10以与施加粉末覆盖层的方式相同的方式来施加子层12。优选地,也可使用干燥设备7以及将水分施加到粉末上的喷涂设备11来使粉末稳定,从而有助于将纸2施加在粉末子层12上。图4c和4d示出,纸2通过数字印刷设备9而设置有数字印刷品8,并且优选地设置有粉末覆盖层1或传统的纸质覆盖层1,如上所述。粉末覆盖层1可通过散布单元10施加、通过喷涂设备11被喷水并通过干燥设备7干燥。
本方法的第三实施例包括如下步骤:
·将粉末基的子层12施加在优选是HDF板的芯层3上,优选在子层上施加水并然后干燥子层;
·将纸2附着到子层12上;
·通过数字印刷工艺在纸2上形成装饰8;
·在已印刷好的装饰纸2上施加粉末覆盖层1,所述覆盖层优选地包括纤维、优选为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的树脂和优选为氧化铝的耐磨颗粒;
·在粉末覆盖层1上施加水分;
·干燥粉末覆盖层1;以及
·施加热量和压力以使树脂固化,并且由此获得层压制品。
第三实施例的又一优点是,因为没有施加湿式树脂,所以减少了对干燥的需求。子层12给予了增强的抗冲击性以及形成具有深度浮雕的表面的可能性。子层12是提供足量的粘合剂的节省成本的方式,所述粘合剂可以在压制期间渗透到纸2中。
粉末覆盖层的表面重量优选大约是200g/m2,但也可低至50g/m2或超过400g/m2。子层的重量优选是100-500g/m2。
因为不需要任何浸渍并且不存在对较大“湿强度”的需求,所以本发明使得可以减轻装饰纸的重量。原纸的重量可比60g/m2小,优选大约是40-50g/m2。在以上三个实施例中的压力参数优选约40bar,温度在约160-200℃的范围内——优选约180℃,其中压制时间取决于层的厚度大约为10-30秒。
图5a示出了根据本发明的第三方案的在压制之前的表层。在该实施例中的子层12包括木质纤维14、干燥的热固性树脂颗粒15,并且优选地还包括颜料13,该颜料赋予子层以基色并且防止透过薄的纸看到芯层表面。这降低了对数字印刷品8的要求,并且可以较少的墨水含量——优选以少于10g/m2的墨水含量——来制作印刷品。被施加在带有数字印刷品8的纸2上的粉末覆盖层1包括氧化铝颗粒16、木质纤维14和树脂颗粒15。图5b示出了压制之后的表层。粉末已经被压缩,并且被压制的表层在此实施例中优选具有一厚度T2,该厚度比压制之前的表层厚度T1的约80%小并且甚至优选地比表层厚度T1的约50%小。在热量和压力下压缩粉末,当粉末树脂15变成流体时便从上方和下方浸渍纸2并将表层连接到芯层3。
甚至在不进行数字打印的情况下,还可以利用本发明的在压制期间使用粉末子层12来浸渍原纸2的基本原理来生产具有传统的未加工的装饰性印刷纸且优选地也具有传统的覆盖纸和/或传统的平衡纸的板的表层。
作为优选实施例,板P包括:粉末基的平衡层4,位于芯层3的上部的粉末基的子层12,被施加在粉末基的子层12上的未加工的装饰纸(装饰纸原纸)2,以及在该装饰纸原纸上的保护性的覆盖层1。
因为平衡层4和子层12中的纤维性能和取向性可类似并且可以在压制以后和在不同的气候条件下造成相同的收缩,所以粉末基的平衡层4赋予板P以改善的平衡性。保护性的覆盖层1可以是粉末基的或纸基的保护层,如在上述实施例中描述的那样。
图5c示出了表层,其包括粉末覆盖层1a和施加到该粉末覆盖层上的纸质覆盖层1b。优选地,纸质覆盖层1b是原纸,该原纸在压制期间被来自在纸质覆盖层1b下面的粉末覆盖层1a的树脂浸渍。其优点是纸质覆盖层1b使压制板免受由氧化铝颗粒引起的磨损的影响。可以使用重量为20-30g/m2的非常薄的覆盖纸。
根据该实施例的表层包括位于装饰纸2之下的粉末基的第一子层12以及位于装饰纸2之上且在透明纸之下的粉末基的第二子层1a。
粉末基的层的特征在于经机械加工的纤维具有大约小于1mm的平均长度。用在HDF芯层和纸中的纤维较长且具有几个毫米的平均长度。板P的表层的特征在于第一子层12和第二子层1a中的纤维比装饰纸和纸质覆盖层中的纤维短。
多个替代实施方案也是可行的。粉末覆盖层1a可只包括三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和氧化铝颗粒。粉末覆盖层1a也可包括经漂白的透明木质纤维。纸质覆盖层可以是具有或不具有氧化铝颗粒的传统的浸渍覆盖层。
第二子层1a即使在使用传统覆盖层的情况下也将增强耐磨性和抗冲击性。
未加工且基本上透明的纸质覆盖层(覆盖层原纸)也可用作印刷承载体。数字印刷品8被施加在印刷承载体上。可以在将未加工的覆盖层(覆盖层原纸)施加在芯层上之前或之后施加印刷品。覆盖层原纸优选地施加在粉末基的子层12上,该粉末基的子层包括纤维14、热固性树脂15和颜料13。粉末覆盖层或第二传统覆盖层可被施加在覆盖层原纸上作为保护层1。覆盖层原纸在压制期间被来自于子层12和保护层1的树脂浸渍。
示例
在下面的示例1中,用于平衡层4和第一子层12的粉末混合物配方包括50wt%的可循环使用(再生)的MDF纤维(Valinge Innovation Sweden),50wt%的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(优选地,4865,Dynea)。用于第二子层1a的粉末配方包括约25wt%的加工过的漂白木质纤维、65wt%的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和10wt%的氧化铝颗粒。
示例1:通过热量和压力得到的粉末基的板
通过将300g/m2的粉末散布在9.7mmHDF芯层的背面侧上和正面侧上而形成平衡层4和第一子层12。
将重量为60g/m2的未加工的装饰纸(装饰纸原纸)2施加在第一子层12上,通过散布200g/m2的粉末而将第二子层1a施加在装饰纸上。
将25g/m2的未加工的覆盖层(覆盖层原纸)施加在第二子层1a上。
以40kg/cm2的压力压制具有表层和平衡层的芯层,压制时间为20秒。上压板对表层施加170℃的高温,下压板对平衡层施加175℃的高温。利用具有0.3mm的浮雕深度的压制板来压制表层。
这样得到了具有浮雕装饰结构、小的向后预张力和略微凸起的表层的板。所有的原纸在压制操作期间都已被浸渍并固化。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于生产层压制品的方法,该层压制品例如是建筑板,优选是地板镶板(P),其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
·将纸(2)施加在木质纤维基的芯层(3)的一侧上,该芯层例如是HDF板;
·通过数字印刷工艺在所述纸(2)上形成装饰(8);
·在所述纸(2)上施加树脂(5),该树脂优选是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;
·优选利用IR灯(7)来加热所述装饰(8)和具有所述树脂(5)的所述纸(2);以及
·施加热量和压力以使所述树脂固化,并因此得到层压制品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在所述纸(2)被施加在所述芯层(3)上之前将粉末基的子层(12)施加在所述芯层(3)上的步骤,所述粉末基的子层(12)包括木质纤维和粉末树脂,该树脂优选是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在所述粉末基的子层(12)上施加水分并且然后施加热量以干燥所述粉末基的子层(12)的步骤。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述纸(2)施加到所述芯层(3)上之前所述方法还包括如下步骤:
·在所述芯层(3)上施加液态树脂(5),该液态树脂优选是三聚氰胺甲醛树脂;以及
·优选使用IR灯(7)干燥所述液态树脂(5)。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,被施加在所述纸(2)上的所述树脂(5)是粉末形式的。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在粉末形式的树脂(5)上施加水分的步骤。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在加热所述装饰(8)之前将耐磨颗粒(16)施加在所述纸(2)上的步骤,所述耐磨颗粒优选是氧化铝颗粒。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在加热所述装饰(8)之前将纤维素纤维施加在所述纸上的步骤,所述纤维素纤维优选是α纤维素纤维。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在施加热量和压力之前将平衡层(4)施加在所述芯层(3)的另一侧上以获得平衡层的步骤。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述平衡层(4)是包括木质纤维和树脂的粉末层,或者是纸。
11.根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述纸(2)是重量大约为40-60g/m2的薄的原纸。
12.根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述纸(2)是重量大约为40-50g/m2的薄的原纸。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法使用数字化非接触工艺,其中包括施加水基液滴的压电式喷头。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在单独的步骤中施加干燥形式的颜料(13),该颜料通过所述水基液滴被结合。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述纸(2)施加在所述芯层(3)上之后执行所述通过数字印刷工艺形成装饰(8)的步骤。
16.一种用于生产层压制品的方法,该层压制品例如是建筑板,优选是地板镶板(P),其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
·在木质纤维基的芯层(3)上施加包括木质纤维和热固性树脂的粉末基的子层(12),所述芯层例如是HDF板;
·将原纸(2)施加在所述粉末基的子层(12)上;
·将粉末基的或者纸基的保护性的覆盖层(1)施加在所述原纸(2)上,所述覆盖层(1)包括三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和氧化铝;
·施加热量和压力以浸渍所述原纸(2),使所述树脂固化,并且因此获得层压制品。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,将包括木质纤维和热固性树脂的粉末基的平衡层(4)施加在所述芯层(3)的背面侧上。
18.根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述覆盖层(1)是粉末基的覆盖层(1a),将一纸质覆盖层(1b)施加在所述粉末基的覆盖层(1a)上。
19.一种地板镶板(P),包括:
芯层(3),优选是木质纤维基的芯层;
位于所述芯层(3)的背面侧上的平衡层(4),以及
位于所述芯层(3)的正面侧上的表层,所述表层包括装饰纸(2)、保护性的透明纸(1b)、设置在所述装饰纸(2)之下的粉末基的第一子层(12),以及设置在所述装饰纸(2)和所述保护性的透明纸(1b)之间的粉末基的第二子层(1a),
