Description

本发明是一种新颖的滑道门装置,特别是适用于电梯的滑道门装置。
现有的技术有为门提供(垂直)支持的同时允许门(侧向)运动的各种装置。这些装置常用在电梯厢和升降机的门板,火车货车厢的门以及其他类型的可滑动门。本发明可应用于各种类型可滑动的门,但在这里将结合电梯门的特殊应用进行阐述。
常规的滑道门装置,典型的由门的轨道,门的吊钩,吊钩滑轮和上推滚轮组成。门的吊钩是支持体,一般它固定在门板的上部,从而支持门板并允许门滑动,即水平运动。吊钩滑轮典型的由一轮子或滚轮组成,它们通过门吊钩与门板联结。门轨道是接受门吊钩滚动装置的轨道,允许开、关门所要求的水平滑动运动。上推滚轮用轴承安装在偏心轴上,装设在门吊钩上以限制(水平)滑动门板的(垂直)运动,防止门板跳出门的轨道。
现有技术的一种常规电梯门装置被表示在图1中,图中电梯厢和升降机门板10(下面简称为门板)通过门吊钩20可滑动地支持在门板轨道50上。吊钩滑轮(滚轮)装置30可转动地安装在门吊钩20上。所设计的吊钩滑轮装置可以接受门轨道50的突出部分51。虽然没有在图1中显示,门轨道50被很结实地安装以支持门板10。当电梯门10被机械装置撞击,或是在人把设备移进、移出电梯造成振动时,为了防止吊钩滑轮装置30跳出门的轨道50,在常规的设计中包括了安装在门吊钩20上的上推滚轮40。上推滚轮40一般略低于门的轨道50,也即相当接近,例如0.02~0.03英吋。这样在平常操作中,吊钩滑轮装置30沿着门轨道50和突出部51滚动,仅当电梯门10受撞击时上推滚轮40才与突出部51接触。上推滚轮40通常是通过可调节的固定件45偏心安装在门吊钩20上,固定件的安装方式允许调节上推滚轮40和门轨道50之间的间隙。
包括轨道、吊钩、吊钩滑轮和上推滚轮的传统装置,多年来提供了良好的服务。但是一种固有的缺点仍然存在,它是由吊钩滑轮31磨损所造成的,这影响到上推滚轮40和轨道50之间关键性的联系。例如,当吊钩滑轮31磨损时,在门轨道50的下沿和上推滚轮40之间逐渐会产生显著的隙缝。如果不对上推滚轮40进行周期性的再调整,那么吊钩滑轮装置30可能很容易跳出轨道50。当门板10受到机械装置的冲击或者当人们在把设备移入和移出电梯时常常会发生这种情况。
图1所示的这种常规设计另一个缺点是,因为吊钩滑轮通常用合成材料,如尼龙或塑料制成,在火灾时很容易熔化,造成门板10卡住,因而把乘电梯的人关在里面。
J.J.Tatum的在1905年12月获得批准的美国专利807141号显示了门吊钩另一种已知的设计。那种设计安装有两个滚轮,它们被装设在轨道1上。那个专利没有揭示调节底部滚轮的客观需要,也没有下面描述的本发明的优点。
P.M.ELLioet的在1912年4月30日获得批准的美国专利1,024,502号公开另一种已知的装置,它是火车货车厢用的门机构,它有装在轨道凸缘b2上面的反摩擦滚轮F和装在轨道凸缘下面的小滚轮F′。
1957年5月16日的专利文本揭示了另一种滑道门装置。从这专利文本的图中清楚可见,该设计在轨道内使用了滚轮,但并没有揭示使用上推滚轮。参考图4知道两个滚轮123,223分别支持不同的部件113和213。
M.Hormann的在1978年10月17日获得批准的美国专利4,120,072号还公开另一种设施,它是高架单板门的联合支持滚轮摩擦驱动机构。这种设计有点相似于上述图1的现有技术,其中滚轮6在轨道8上滚动,但在这种设计中抗压力滚轮12与滚动轨道8的内边13接触。抗压力滚轮12带有调节装置16可以向轨道8方向调节抗压力滚轮12。根据这种设计至少有一个抗压力滚轮12总是与滚动轨道8的底边13接触。(见第3列49-55行)。
可以理解,在与轨道相当接近的地方使用上推滚轮的已知滑道门装置需要经常维修,以保证在上推滚轮和门轨道之间的间隙不致大到吊钩滑轮可以跳出轨道的程度。使上推滚轮与轨道机构保持连续接触的其他设计不仅使吊钩滑轮而且也使上推滚轮磨损,如果上推滚轮是由金属如钢制成,在使用中还会产生刺耳的噪音。
本发明克服了前述几种滑道门装置的缺点,所述装置包括门吊钩、吊钩滑轮装置、上推滚轮和轨道,其中吊钩滑轮装置和上推滚轮是可转动地安装在门吊钩上。按照本发明的轨道为吊钩滑轮提供第一滚动表面,为上推滚轮提供第二滚动表面。轨道最好还能抓住上推滚轮从而防止装置离开轨道。
图1是现有技术的常规滑道门装置的截面图。
图2是本发明的滑道门装置截面图。
本发明包括新颖的轨道和滑道门装置,它对悬挂和导引滑道门,如电梯厢门板或升降机门很有用。
参考图2,本发明的滑道门装置100包括轨道150,支持可动门板101的门吊钩120。吊钩滑轮装置130是可转动地安装在门吊钩120上。吊钩滑轮装置130包括轴承131,滑轮132,最好还包括嵌入材料133。滑轮装置130用轴135可转动地安装在吊钩120上。在操作中滑轮装置130可滑动地支持吊钩120,因而支持门板101在轨道150上。熟悉本技术的人们将会知道嵌入材料133可以由非金属材料构成,例如橡胶或聚氨酯,以减小当滑轮132在轨道150上滚动时所产生的噪音。
本发明还包括上推滚轮140,它也是通过上推滚轮轴145可转动地安装在吊钩120上。
轨道150很牢固地安装,以能够支持吊钩120和门板101,例如通过螺栓160将轨道150固定到端板170上。轨道150是这样成形和安装的,以提供外部上滚动表面151,在其上,当正常操作时,滑轮装置130滚动,还包括内部上推滚动表面152A和152B,在其上,当上推滚轮140处在轨道150上时,上推滚轮140能滚动并被支承。最好轨道150还包括外部凸缘155和156,它可以“抓住”上推滚轮140,从而防止吊钩120和连着的门板101被撞出轨道150。
术语“抓住”的意思是上推滚轮140被轨道150包围,包到足够防止上推滚轮从轨道150的内部位置脱出。参考图2将可看到凸缘155和156确实基本包围了上推滚轮140,以防止它从轨道150的内部位置侧向脱出。
根据本发明,当滑道门装置在正常操作时滑轮装置130为吊钩120和门板101提供滚动支持,并沿着轨道150的外部上表面151滚动。当滑轮装置的嵌入材料133磨损时,吊钩120将相对轨道150向下移动,使得在轨道150内的上推滚轮也向下。当上推滚轮140接触到轨道150的内部下滚动表面152时,这种向下的相对运动就停止。
上推滚轮140可由任何合适的经得住负荷的材料制成,最好由钢制造。上述的嵌入材料133可由合成材料,例如尼龙或别的塑性材料制成,这样在不幸起火时可能熔化因而不再支持吊钩120。在这种情况下,本发明的滑道门装置100通过上推滚轮140和轨道150的内部下滚动表面152继续为门板101提供滚动支持。那时,虽然有些噪音,但由合适的金属如钢制成的上推滚轮140将仍然允许门板101的***。如上所述,在非常紧急情况下,仅仅是滑轮磨损而向下移动时上推滚轮140也会接触到内部滚动表面152。在这些情况下,滑道门板101在操作中产生的噪音是给维修人员的信号即滑轮应该更换了。
因此,可以理解,本发明新颖的轨道设计比起过去在滑道门装置中采用的常规的轨道来至少有两个主要的优点。第一,通过优先的“抓住”上推滚轮的结构,防止了滑轮装置130和吊钩120被撞出轨道150。第二,如果嵌入材料133完全磨损(该嵌入材料133,有点象在吊钩滑轮132上的轮胎),轨道的内部下滚动表面152就支持上推滚轮140,通过这个机构门板101可以继续沿着轨道150运动。这个特点大大减少了由于滑动门装置的故障和损坏而把旅客关在电梯内的危险。
图2所示的新颖轨道150的结构形状还有一个优点,就是可以上、下换向。熟悉本技术的人们将会了解轨道150可以简单地旋转从而使轨道150在图2中所示的底部变成顶部。同时还会知道轨道150由于如图2所示的对称结构,因此即可作为左边的轨道也可作为右边的轨道。尽管最好是采用图2所示的可上下换向的轨道结构150,但对本发明的实践来说这种换向性并不是必需的。

Claims (11)

1、一种滑道门装置,包括门吊钩,吊钩滑轮,上推滚轮和轨道,其中所述吊钩滑轮和上推滚轮是可转动地安装在所述门吊钩上的;和
其中所述的轨道为所述吊钩滑轮提供第一外部的滚动表面,为所述上推滚轮提供第二内部的滚动表面。
2、根据权利要求1的滑道门装置,其特征是轨道抓住所述上推滚轮。
3、根据权利要求1的滑道门装置,其特征是吊钩滑轮包含嵌入材料。
4、根据权利要求3的滑道门装置,其特征是嵌入材料包括橡胶。
5、根据权利要求3的滑道门装置,其特征是嵌入材料包括聚氨酯。
6、根据权利要求1的滑道门装置,其特征是所述上推滚轮由金属制成。
7、根据权利要求6的滑道门装置,其特征是所述金属包括钢。
8、一种滑道门装置包括门吊钩,吊钩滑轮,上推滚轮和轨道,其中所述吊钩滑轮装置和上推滚轮是可转动地安装在所述门吊钩上;
其中所述轨道为所述吊钩滑轮装置提供第一外部滚动表面和为所述上推滚轮提供第二内部滚动表面;和
其中所述轨道抓住所述上推滚轮。
9、一种滑道门装置的轨道包括适合接纳支持元件的装置,其外部上面是适合为滑轮提供的滚动表面,与该表面有一定距离的其内部下面是适合为上推滚轮提供的滚动表面。
10、根据权利要求9的轨道,其特征是所述轨道还包括防止上推滚轮从所述轨道内部侧向脱出的装置。
11、根据权利要求10的轨道,其特征是所述防止装置包括基本位于同一平面的两个凸缘。
