一种果味保健小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽160-170、牛蒡子1-1.5、玉米须2-2.3、勿忘我1.7-1.9、苹果花1.2-1.5、丝瓜络1.4-1.7、地菍根1-1.2、鸡筋参0.9-1、猪皮6-7、葡萄干4-5、生姜2-3、荔枝5-6、芒果7-8、白酒6-7、玉米油1-2、营养添加剂4-5。本发明配方合理科学,营养丰富,且制备工艺简单易行,生产出的小麦胚芽粉口感细腻,适口性好,储存食用方便,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有清肝明目、滋阴补肾、通经活络、补养气血的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种小麦胚芽,尤其涉及一种果味保健小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦胚芽是是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种果味保健小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
    一种果味保健小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽160-170、牛蒡子1-1.5、玉米须2-2.3、勿忘我1.7-1.9、苹果花1.2-1.5、丝瓜络1.4-1.7、地菍根1-1.2、鸡筋参0.9-1、猪皮6-7、葡萄干4-5、生姜2-3、荔枝5-6、芒果7-8、白酒6-7、玉米油1-2、营养添加剂4-5;
    所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:当归油0.1-0.2、千金花1-1.2、辣椒叶1.3-1.4、李树叶1.1-1.2、甜叶菊0.9-1、扇贝肉40-45、果酱7-8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。
    所述的果味保健小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
    (1)将牛蒡子、玉米须、勿忘我、苹果花、丝瓜络、地菍根、鸡筋参加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
    (2)取荔枝、芒果果肉,与葡萄干混合加提取液打浆,加入玉米油,大火煮沸,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得果粉;
    (3)将生姜剁碎、炒香,加白酒研磨匀质,得生姜酒;将猪皮加4-5倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,得猪皮汤;
    (4)将小麦胚芽加生姜酒、猪皮汤拌匀,烘干后粉碎,然后与果粉、剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为: 
    本发明配方合理科学,营养丰富,且制备工艺简单易行,生产出的小麦胚芽粉口感细腻,适口性好,储存食用方便,此外,本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有清肝明目、滋阴补肾、通经活络、补养气血的功效。
具体实施方式
    一种果味保健小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
小麦胚芽160、牛蒡子1.5、玉米须2.3、勿忘我1.9、苹果花1.5、丝瓜络1.7、地菍根1、鸡筋参1、猪皮6、葡萄干5、生姜3、荔枝5、芒果8、白酒7、玉米油1、营养添加剂5;
    所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:当归油0.1、千金花1.2、辣椒叶1.4、李树叶1.2、甜叶菊1、扇贝肉45、果酱8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。
    所述的果味保健小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种果味保健小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽160-170、牛蒡子1-1.5、玉米须2-2.3、勿忘我1.7-1.9、苹果花1.2-1.5、丝瓜络1.4-1.7、地菍根1-1.2、鸡筋参0.9-1、猪皮6-7、葡萄干4-5、生姜2-3、荔枝5-6、芒果7-8、白酒6-7、玉米油1-2、营养添加剂4-5;
    所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:当归油0.1-0.2、千金花1-1.2、辣椒叶1.3-1.4、李树叶1.1-1.2、甜叶菊0.9-1、扇贝肉40-45、果酱7-8;
制备方法为:(1)将千金花、辣椒叶、李树叶、甜叶菊加4-5倍的水文火煎煮30-35分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将扇贝肉与滤液混合入锅,小火炒至锅底干燥时加入剩余物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的果味保健小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛蒡子、玉米须、勿忘我、苹果花、丝瓜络、地菍根、鸡筋参加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)取荔枝、芒果果肉,与葡萄干混合加提取液打浆,加入玉米油,大火煮沸,过滤除渣,所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末,得果粉;
(3)将生姜剁碎、炒香,加白酒研磨匀质,得生姜酒;将猪皮加4-5倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,得猪皮汤;
(4)将小麦胚芽加生姜酒、猪皮汤拌匀,烘干后粉碎,然后与果粉、剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
