背景技术
如今,随着生活水平的提高、运动量的减少,糖尿病病发生率逐年提高。常说糖尿病不可怕,可怕的是并发症,血糖高了之后会引起很多身体疾病的并发症:主要表现在:
1、感染:糖尿病病人的高血糖状态,有利于细菌在体内生长繁殖,同时也抑制了白细胞吞噬细菌的能力,使病人的抗感染能力下降,常见的有泌尿道感染、呼吸道感染、皮肤感染等。
2、酮症酸中毒:它多发生于胰岛素依赖型糖尿病未经治疗、治疗中断或存在应激情况时。糖尿病病人胰岛素严重不足,脂肪分解加速,生成大量脂肪酸。大量脂肪酸进入肝脏氧化,其中间代谢产物酮体在血中的浓度显著升高,而肝外组织对酮体的利用大大减少,导致高酮体血症和尿酮体。由于酮体是酸性物质,致使体内发生代谢性酸中毒。
3、糖尿病肾病:是糖尿病常见而难治的微血管并发症,为糖尿病的主要死因之一。
4、心脏病变:糖尿病人发生冠心病的机会是非糖尿病病人的2~3倍,常见的有心脏扩大、心力衰竭、心律失常、心绞痛、心肌梗塞等。
5、神经病变:在高血糖状态下,神经细胞、神经纤维易产生病变。临床表现为四肢自发性疼痛、麻木感、感觉减退。个别患者出现局部肌无力、肌萎缩,植物神经功能紊乱则表现为腹泻、便秘、尿潴留、阳痿等。
6、眼部病变:如果糖尿病病程超过10年,大部分病人会合并不同程度的视网膜病变。常见的病变有虹膜炎、青光眼、白内障等。
7、糖尿病足:糖尿病病人因末梢神经病变,下肢供血不足及细菌感染,常会引起足部疼痛、溃疡、肢端坏疽等病变,统称为糖尿病足。
经常服用降糖药也容易出现消化道反应:(腹部不适、厌食、恶心、腹泻、口腔有金属味);少数人还出现酮尿或乳酸性酸中毒的现象,所以从糖尿病人饮食的角度出发,进行调理,副作用小,是一个不错的选择。

本发明就是针对上述现状,而提供一种降糖核桃粉及其制备方法。
一种降糖核桃粉及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述核桃粉采用了如下配方和制备方法。
步骤1:挑选新鲜、优质的核桃、玉米粒、南瓜、胡萝卜、山药、荞麦、黄豆、葛根、芝麻、腰果、绿茶、乳清蛋白粉作为原料,
其中核桃占总重量的25-45%
玉米粒占总重量的8-12%
南瓜占总重量的8-12%
胡萝卜占总重量的6-10%
山药占总重量的6-10%
荞麦占总重量的5-8%
黄豆占总重量的5-8%
葛根占总重量的4-6%
芝麻占总重量的4-6%
腰果占总重量的2-4%
绿茶占总重量的2-4%
乳清蛋白粉占总重量的6-10%。
步骤2将上述原料去除杂质、做表面清洁处理。
步骤3:a、将核桃去壳取出核桃仁、烘干、破碎;
b、将南瓜、胡萝卜去皮后切成块状;
c、将胡萝卜去皮后切成块状,放入盐水中;
d、将荞麦、黄豆、葛根、芝麻、腰果用水浸泡1-2个小时;
e、将绿茶用开水浸泡,提取滤液3-5次。
步骤4:将上述核桃仁、玉米粒、南瓜、胡萝卜、山药、荞麦、黄豆、葛根、芝麻、腰果放入装有绿茶提取滤液的打浆机中打浆,并用胶体磨进一步磨细、过滤。
步骤5:对上述果蔬液采用二次均质,一次均质压力18-20MPa,二次均质压力40-60MPa。
步骤6:将步骤5所得的果蔬液在温度为85-95℃、时间为10-15分钟的条件下杀菌、浓缩。
步骤7:将杀菌、浓缩后的果蔬液喷雾干燥:进口温度200-250℃,出口温度75-80℃。
步骤8:将上述粉剂过120-200目筛,取筛下物加入乳清蛋白粉,搅拌10-15分钟,直至均匀后,进行无菌包装,检测合格后入库。

上述核桃,又称胡桃,为胡桃科植物,有降低血糖的作用,适用于中老年糖尿病患者。核桃含有丰富的营养素,每百克含蛋白质15-20克,脂肪60-70克,碳水化合物10克;并含有人体必需的钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素和矿物质,以及胡萝卜素、核黄素等多种维生素。核桃中所含脂肪的主要成分是亚油酸甘油脂,食后不但不会使胆固醇升高,还能减少肠道对胆固醇的吸收,因此,可作为高血压、动脉硬化患者的滋补品。此外,这些油脂还可供给大脑基质的需要,核桃中所含的微量元素锌和锰是脑垂体的重要成分,常食有益于脑的营养补充,有健脑益智作用。

步骤8:将上述粉剂过150目筛,取筛下物加入乳清蛋白粉,搅拌13分钟,直至均匀后,进行无菌包装,检测合格后入库。

乳清蛋白粉占总重量的6-10%
步骤2将上述原料去除杂质、做表面清洁处理;
步骤3:a、将核桃去壳取出核桃仁、烘干、破碎;
b、将南瓜、胡萝卜去皮后切成块状;
c、将胡萝卜去皮后切成块状,放入盐水中;
d、将荞麦、黄豆、葛根、芝麻、腰果用水浸泡1-2个小时;
e、将绿茶用开水浸泡,提取滤液3-5次;
步骤4:将上述核桃仁、玉米粒、南瓜、胡萝卜、山药、荞麦、黄豆、葛根、芝麻、腰果放入装有绿茶提取滤液的打浆机中打浆,并用胶体磨进一步磨细、过滤;
步骤5:对上述果蔬液采用二次均质,一次均质压力18-20MPa,二次均质压力40-60MPa;
步骤6:将步骤5所得的果蔬液在温度为85-95℃、时间为10-15分钟的条件下杀菌、浓缩;
步骤7:将杀菌、浓缩后的果蔬液喷雾干燥:进口温度200-250℃,出口温度75-80℃;
步骤8:将上述粉剂过120-200目筛,取筛下物加入乳清蛋白粉,搅拌10-15分钟,直至均匀后,进行无菌包装,检测合格后入库。
2.根据权利1所述的降糖核桃粉,其特征在于:所述配方为:核桃占总重量的30-40%、玉米粒占总重量的9-11%、南瓜占总重量的9-11%、胡萝卜占总重量的7-9%、山药占总重量的7-9%、荞麦占总重量的6-7%、黄豆占总重量的6-7%、葛根占总重量的4.5-5.5%、芝麻占总重量的4.5-5.5%、腰果占总重量的2.5-3.5%、绿茶占总重量的2.5-3.5%、乳清蛋白粉占总重量的7-9%。
