本发明涉及食品加工领域,具体涉及一种能改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法。
背景技术
如今,随着生活水平的提高,脂肪肝患者逐渐增多。脂肪肝是指由于多种原因或疾病引起的肝细胞内脂肪堆积过多的代谢性病变。我们吃下去的食物,被消化成营养从小肠吸收后,经过门静脉运送到肝脏。在肝脏中进行一系列的生化代谢,组成我们人体所需要的蛋白质、糖和脂肪,再经过血液循环运送到全身各处去。因此,把肝脏比喻成人体内的一个“化工厂”。酒精、营养过剩、肥胖、糖尿病、营养不良、高血脂、肝炎、药物等等都会引起脂肪肝。
脂肪肝是会发展的,如不加以重视和控制,将会由轻度向中度→重度→肝纤维化或肝硬化,甚至肝功能衰竭、肝癌,所以需要及早发现及早治疗,调整饮食结构,提倡高蛋白质、高维生素、低糖、低脂肪饮食,不吃或少吃动物性脂肪、甜食(包括含糖饮料),多吃青菜、水果和富含纤维素的食物,以及高蛋白质的瘦肉、河鱼、豆制品等,不吃零食,睡前不加餐。同时,适当增加运动,促进体内脂肪消耗,对改善脂肪肝都是很有好处的。
发明内容
本发明就是针对上述现状,而提供一种能改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法。
一种改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦片的原料、配方、重量比及制备方法如下。
步骤1:挑选优质原料,称取:燕麦片300-500kg、脱脂奶粉100-150kg、花生仁80-120kg、大豆80-120kg、赤小豆60-100kg、甘薯60-100kg、黑木耳40-60kg、海藻40-60kg、灵芝10-20kg、乳清蛋白粉20-30kg。
步骤2:将燕麦片清洁处理、去除杂质并烘烤熟化。
步骤3:将花生仁、大豆、赤小豆清洁处理、去除杂质后,炒熟后用磨粉机打磨成粉,经粗磨、细磨后,得细粉。
步骤4:将甘薯切片、晒干,放入磨粉机打磨成粉,经粗磨、细磨后,得细粉,并烘烤熟化。
步骤5:将黑木耳、海藻、灵芝经挑选→清洗→破碎→打浆→真空浓缩→干燥后,得粉末,并烘烤熟化。
步骤6:将上述加工好的花生粉、大豆粉、赤小豆粉、甘薯粉、黑木耳粉、海藻粉、灵芝粉过120-150目筛,取筛上物,进一步细磨后过120-150目筛。
步骤7:将步骤6所得的细粉与燕麦片、脱脂奶粉、乳清蛋白粉搅拌均匀后,经杀菌处理后,通过重量称取,按20-30克每小袋进行分装,检验合格后入库保存。
本发明所述的燕麦片中主要原料的营养成分及功能如下。
上述燕麦片是防治脂肪肝的理想食物,其富含的亚油酸、皂甙素、水溶性纤维、钾、锌等,改善血液循环,可有效减少肠道对胆固醇的吸收,进而改变血中脂肪酸浓度,对降低血清胆固酸、甘油三酯的含量是很有利的,可以说燕麦对脂肪肝的预防及辅助治疗都是很有益的,并能缓解生活工作带来的压力。
上述脱脂奶粉是将鲜牛奶脱去脂肪再干燥而成,不添加糖、热量也相对较低,脱脂奶粉仅以乳为原料,添加或不添加食品营养强化剂,适宜肥胖而又需要补充营养的人饮用,对于老年人,消化不良的婴儿,以及腹泻、胆囊疾患、高脂症、慢性胰腺炎、脂肪肝等患者有一定益处。

上述黑木耳,性平而味甘,含脂肪、蛋白质、多糖,可益胃养血,具有滋养作用。黑木耳质地柔软、口感细嫩、味道鲜美、风味特殊。木耳是一种营养丰富的著名食用菌,有“食品阿司匹林”之称,具有益气、润肺、补脑、轻身、凉血、止血、涩肠、活血、养颜等功效,含有大量的碳水化合物、蛋白质、铁、钙、磷、胡萝卜素、维生素等营养物质和丰富的植物胶原成分,能促进胃肠蠕动,促使肠道脂肪食物的***,减少食物脂肪的吸收,从而起到减肥作用。

本发明所述改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦片的原料、配方、重量比如下:燕麦片400kg、脱脂奶粉125kg、花生仁100kg、大豆100kg、赤小豆80kg、甘薯80kg、黑木耳50kg、海藻50kg、灵芝15kg、乳清蛋白粉25kg。

上述海藻性寒味咸,含大量碘、藻酸、维生素、氨基酸和去脂成分,能抗胰岛素抵抗,抑制脂质氧化,抑制血小板凝集,还能抗溃疡,抗肝纤维化发生。中医认为:常吃海藻,具有软坚化痰散结,不仅能治瘿病、甲状腺肿大,对防治脂肪肝、保肝抗纤均有良好辅助功效。
上述灵芝具有保肝解毒功能,降三高、能促进肝脏对药物、毒物的代谢,提高肝脏的再生能力,灵芝,性味甘、微苦、微温,有益气、养心安神、止咳平喘之功效,可用于心气虚或气血不足的失眠、心悸、健忘等症。灵芝为味甘、平和之品,能益心气、宁心神、增智慧,故治上述诸证,并可广泛用于一切虚劳体弱之症。《本草纲目》谓其“疗虚劳”,《中国药植图鉴》说,灵芝“治神经衰弱,失眠,消化不良等慢性疾患”。
现代研究资料证实:灵芝能增强中枢神经***功能,改善冠脉血循环,增加心肌营养和血流量,降低心肌耗氧量及耗糖量,增强心肌及机体对缺氧的耐受力;灵芝能降血脂、调节血压、保肝、祛痰止咳作用。由于灵芝有良好的安神定志作用,所以对长期失眠、神经衰弱引起的面色萎黄、心悸不宁、精神疲乏、容颜憔悴有明显的临床疗效。
上述乳清蛋白粉被称为蛋白之王,是从牛奶中提取的一种蛋白质,具有营养价值高、易消化吸收、含有多种活性成分等特点,是公认的人体优质蛋白质补充剂之一,主要成分有α-乳白蛋白、β-乳球蛋白、免疫球蛋白、乳铁蛋白,具有免疫活性、抗氧化、消灭或抑制细菌,促进正常细胞生长、提高免疫力的作用。
实施例2:本实施例所述改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦片的原料、配方、重量比如下:燕麦片350kg、脱脂奶粉110kg、花生仁110kg、大豆110kg、赤小豆70kg、甘薯75kg、黑木耳40kg、海藻40kg、灵芝16kg、乳清蛋白粉28kg,其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:本实施例所述改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦片的原料、配方、重量比如下:燕麦片500kg、脱脂奶粉140kg、花生仁115kg、大豆90kg、赤小豆65kg、甘薯90kg、黑木耳55kg、海藻50kg、灵芝18kg、乳清蛋白粉30kg,其制备方法同实施例1。
本发明所述的改善脂肪肝的燕麦片已经通过上述实施例进行了说明,但应当理解的是,上述实施例只是用于举例和说明的目的,而非意在将本发明限制于所描述的实施例范围内。此外本领域技术人员可以理解的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施例,根据本发明的教导还可以做出更多种的变型和修改,这些变型和修改均落在本发明所要求保护的范围以内。本发明的保护范围由附属的权利要求书及其等效范围所界定。
Claims (3)
1.一种改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦片的原料、配方、重量比及制备方法如下:
步骤1:挑选优质原料,称取:燕麦片300-500kg、脱脂奶粉100-150kg、花生仁80-120kg、大豆80-120kg、赤小豆60-100kg、甘薯60-100kg、黑木耳40-60kg、海藻40-60kg、灵芝10-20kg、乳清蛋白粉20-30kg;
步骤2:将燕麦片清洁处理、去除杂质并烘烤熟化;
步骤3:将花生仁、大豆、赤小豆清洁处理、去除杂质后,炒熟后用磨粉机打磨成粉,经粗磨、细磨后,得细粉;
步骤4:将甘薯切片、晒干,放入磨粉机打磨成粉,经粗磨、细磨后,得细粉,并烘烤熟化;
步骤5:将黑木耳、海藻、灵芝经挑选→清洗→破碎→打浆→真空浓缩→干燥后,得粉末,并烘烤熟化;
步骤6:将上述加工好的花生粉、大豆粉、赤小豆粉、甘薯粉、黑木耳粉、海藻粉、灵芝粉过120-150目筛,取筛上物,进一步细磨后过120-150目筛;
步骤7:将步骤6所得的细粉与燕麦片、脱脂奶粉、乳清蛋白粉搅拌均匀后,经杀菌处理后,通过重量称取,按20-30克每小袋进行分装,检验合格后入库保存。
2.根据权利要求1所述改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦片的原料、配方、重量比如下:燕麦片350-450kg、脱脂奶粉110-140kg、花生仁90-110kg、大豆90-110kg、赤小豆70-90kg、甘薯70-90kg、黑木耳45-55kg、海藻45-55kg、灵芝12-18kg、乳清蛋白粉22-28kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述改善脂肪肝的燕麦片及制备方法,其特征在于:所述麦片的原料、配方、重量比如下:燕麦片400kg、脱脂奶粉125kg、花生仁100kg、大豆100kg、赤小豆80kg、甘薯80kg、黑木耳50kg、海藻50kg、灵芝15kg、乳清蛋白粉25kg。
