背景技术
肥胖是体内脂肪,尤其是甘油三酯(三酰甘油)积聚过多而导致的一种状态。通常由于食物摄入过多或机体代谢的改变而导致体内脂肪积聚过多,造成体重过度增长,并引起人体病理生理的改变。减肥属于以减少人体过度的脂肪、体重为目的的行为方式,适度减重可降低患肥胖症的风险,也可提高有肥胖并发症的患者的健康水平。
发明人在长期的研究中发现,在***特别密集的地方,比如肚子、大腿,手臂,脸颊等,是容易堆积毒素、堆积脂肪的地方,淋巴***会吞噬没有排出体外的有害物质,吞噬多了,淋巴***密集的地方就容易堆积脂肪,堆积毒素。淋巴是身体的免疫抗体,如果淋巴***大量堆积毒素和脂肪,一堆积就会变成所谓的肥胖。就是因为长期沉淀在体内的毒素和累积的脂肪,堵塞了***所导致的。在减肥要与排毒同时进行,以提高彼此的效果。

本发明中,作为一种优选的技术方案,制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称量粗米类原料、豆类原料、果仁类原料、种子类原料、鲜果类原料、蔬菜类原料、植物花类原料、稀有植物类原料、添加类原料,并将原料加压至100-200MPa,然后3-5s内瞬时泄压;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的原料放入容器中,利用水蒸气熏蒸10-25分钟,然后迅速水浴冷却至35-45℃;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的原料平摊于一平盘内,并在5-10分钟内将温度降低到-33℃~-38℃,并放入真空仓内静置3-5小时;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的原料进行真空包装,得到成品。

果仁类、种子类原料中,以几种为例说明:葵花籽仁,葵花籽是菊科草本植物向日葵的种,用以降低血脂,又能驱虫。葵花籽含丰富的脂肪油,其中有多量亚油酸,尚有磷脂,β谷固醇等甾醇;又含蛋白质、糖类和柠檬酸、酒石酸、绿原酸等有机酸及胡萝卜素等。磷脂对大鼠有预高血脂症和高胆固醇血症的作用。松子仁含脂肪、蛋白质、碳水化合物等,久食健身心,滋润皮肤,延年益寿,也有很高的食疗价值。杏仁,杏仁是蔷薇科杏的种子,分为甜杏仁和苦杏仁,主要含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖、微量苦杏仁苷。脂肪的组成中主要是油酸和亚油酸。白果果仁,银杏果俗称白果,它由肉质外种皮、骨质中种皮、膜质内种皮、种仁组成。腰果仁,营养价值很高,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物,味道香甜可口。郁李仁,润燥滑肠,下气,利水。用于津枯肠燥、食积气滞、腹胀便秘、水肿、脚气、小便不利。具有润燥滑肠,下气行滞,利水消肿的功效。火麻仁,味甘,性平,归脾、胃、大肠经,功效润肠通便、润燥杀虫。味甘、酸,性平。能滋养心肝,安神,敛汗。桃仁具有活血祛瘀,润 肠通便,止咳平喘的功效。南瓜籽,入肾经、肝经。南瓜籽所含的高含量亚油酸,能够有效地降低血糖,是糖尿病患者的良药。专家研究表明:南瓜多糖和南瓜蛋白可显著提高糖尿病大鼠胰岛素水平,南瓜籽油中的蛋白质和精氨酸可改善糖尿病大鼠的糖耐量。亚麻籽,一般人均可食用,尤其是高血压、高胆固醇或高血脂人士。奇亚籽含有丰富的蛋白质,含量比大豆更高,是纯牛奶蛋白含量的5倍。尤其是奇亚籽中的蛋白质是含有20种氨基酸的完整优质蛋白,在植物类的蛋白载体中是非常罕见的。木耳菜籽,叶含有多种维生素和钙、铁,有清血解毒作用。心里美萝卜籽,心里美是一种家常菜,主料为萝卜丝。有的心里美萝卜是辣的,因为本身的生物成分如此。心里美萝卜籽所含热量较少,纤维素较多,吃后易产生饱胀感,这些都有助于减肥。甜瓜籽有蛋白质、碳水化合物、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸、钙、磷、铁等营养素,还含有可以将不溶性蛋白质转变成可溶性蛋白质的转化酶。茼蒿籽,在中国古代,茼蒿为宫廷佳肴,所以又叫皇帝菜。茼蒿有蒿之清气、菊之甘香。据中国古药书载:茼蒿性味甘、辛、平,无毒,有"安心气,养脾胃,消痰饮,利肠胃"之功效。中国各地花园观赏栽培。河北、山东、河北石家庄等地有野生。胡萝卜籽,每100克胡萝卜中,约含蛋白质0.6克,脂肪0.3克,糖7.6~8.3克,铁0.6毫克,维生素A(胡萝卜素)1.35~17.25毫克,维生素B1 0.02~0.04毫克,维生素B2 0.04~0.05毫克,维生素C12毫克,热量150.7千焦,另含果胶、淀粉、无机盐和多种氨基酸。各类品种中尤以深橘红色胡萝卜素含量最高,各种胡萝卜所含能量在79.5千焦~1339.8千焦之间。胡萝卜是一种质脆味美、营养丰富的家常蔬菜,素有“小人参”之称。胡萝卜富含糖类、脂肪、挥发油、胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、花青素、钙、铁等人体所需的营养成分。香椿籽,椿芽营养丰富,并具有食疗作用,主治外感风寒、风湿痹痛、胃痛、痢疾等。菠菜籽,菠菜有“营养模范生”之称,它富含类胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素K、矿物质(钙质、铁质等)、辅酶Q10等多种营养素。莴苣籽,莴苣中碳水化合物的含量较低,而无机盐、维生素则含量较丰富,尤其是含有 较多的烟酸。烟酸是胰岛素的激活剂,糖尿病人经常吃些莴苣,可改善糖的代谢功能。莴苣中还含有一定量的微量元素锌、铁,特别是莴苣中的铁元素很容易被人体吸收,经常食用新鲜莴苣,可以防治缺铁性贫血。莴苣中的钾离子含量丰富,是钠盐含量的27倍,有利于调节体内盐的平衡。对于高血压、心脏病等患者,具有促进利尿、降低血压、预防心律紊乱的作用。莴苣还有增进食欲、刺激消化液分泌、促进胃肠蠕动等功能。但是,如果过多地或是经常食用莴苣,由于莴苣中的莴苣生化物对视神经有刺激作用,会发生头昏嗜睡的中毒反应,导致夜盲症或诱发其它眼疾,故不宜多食。多食莴苣引起的夜盲和眼疾只须停食莴苣,几天后就会好转。莴苣的营养成分很多,包括蛋白质,脂肪,糖类,灰分,维生素A原、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素c,微量元素钙、磷、铁、钾、镁、硅等和食物纤维,故可增进骨骼、毛发、皮肤的发育,有助于人的生长。近年的研究发现,莴苣中的含有一种芳香烃羟化脂,能够分解食物中的致癌物质亚硝胺,防止癌细胞的形成,对于消化***的肝癌、胃癌等,有一定的预防作用,也可缓解癌症患者放疗或化疗的反应。空心菜籽,空心菜含有丰富的维生素A原、B族维生素、维生素C及烟酸和蛋白质、脂肪、磷、铁等。其维生素B1含量是番茄的8倍。紫苏籽,紫苏叶能散表寒,发汗力较强,用于风寒表症,见恶寒、发热、无汗等症,常配生姜同用;如表症兼有气滞,有可与香附、陈皮等同用。行气宽中紫苏叶用于脾胃气滞、胸闷、呕恶。生菜籽,清炒生菜:具有生菜本身具备的功效,如镇痛催眠、降低胆固醇、辅助治疗神经衰弱、利尿、促进血液循环、抗病毒等。笋瓜籽,补中益气,用于脾胃虚弱证;调理肠胃,用于肠胃有热所致的食欲不佳等。雪里蕻籽,解毒消肿,开胃消食,温中利气。明目利膈。主治疮痈肿痛,胸隔满闷,咳嗽痰多,耳目失聪,牙龈肿烂,便秘等病症。佛手瓜籽,佛手瓜清脆,含有丰富营养。每千克鲜瓜中含蛋白质5克、脂肪1克、纤维素30克、碳水化合物77克,还含有维生素C220毫克,核黄素0.1毫克,含钙500毫克、磷320毫克、铁40毫克。佛手瓜既可做菜,又能当水果生吃。葡萄籽,红葡萄中含有的逆转酶,有活血化瘀、软化 血管、防止血栓形成的功效,绿葡萄有清热解毒的功效。紫葡萄中含有丰富的花青素,有美容抗衰老的功效。黑葡萄则有滋阴养肾的作用,可令头发黑亮。白葡萄有润肺、补肺气的功效,适合患有呼吸***疾病、咳嗽的人食用。茶籽,即油茶树的种子,可榨油供食用。所榨出的茶油用极高的营养价值和养生保健功效。辣木籽,辣木又称鼓槌树,白花菜目辣木科,是多年生热带乔木,原产于印度。辣木籽为辣木树的种子,在食品、医药、保健、化妆品等领域都有着良好的应用价值,因为富含辣木籽油,其在降低血脂、血压,减肥瘦身,调节肠胃,护肝戒酒,增强人体免疫力方面都具有显著疗效。西柚籽,葡萄柚能够滋养组织细胞,增加体力,舒缓支气管炎,利尿,改善肥胖、水肿及淋巴腺***之疾病,抗感染。治疗毛孔粗大,调理油腻不洁皮肤。振奋精神,舒缓压力,催眠。抗沮丧、抗菌、开胃、利尿、消毒、使病理现象消散。深层净化油性暗疮和充血的皮肤,促进毛发生长和紧实皮肤跟组织。切开的西柚西柚中含有宝贵的天然维生素P和丰富的维生素C以及可溶性纤维素,是含糖分较少的水果。维生素P可以增强皮肤及毛孔的功能,有利于皮肤保健和美容。维生素C可参与人体胶原蛋白合成,促进抗体的生成,以增强肌体的解毒功能。橘籽,橘子具有开胃理气、生津润肺、化痰止咳等功效,可用于脾胃气滞、胸腹胀闷、呃逆少食、胃肠燥热、肺热咳嗽等症。橘子有抑制葡萄球菌的作用,可以升高血压、兴奋心脏、抑制胃肠和子宫运动,还可降低毛细血管的脆性。橘子富含维生素C与柠檬酸,具有美容作用和消除疲劳的作用。红橘由于含有抗癌的类黄酮和限制胆固醇的松烯,可预防癌症、早衰、冠状动脉硬化等症。香菜籽,香菜传统中医认为,香菜性温味甘,能健胃消食,发汗透疹,利尿通便,驱风解毒。《本草纲目》说:“胡荽辛温香窜,内通心脾,外达四肢。”《罗氏会约医镜》谓“辟一切不正之气,散风寒、发热头痛,消谷食停滞,顺二便,去目翳,益发痘疹。”现代研究发现,香菜之所以香,获得香菜的美名,主要是因为它含有挥发油和挥发性香味物质。香菜营养丰富,香菜内含维生素c、胡萝卜素、维生素b1、b2等,同时还含有丰富的矿物质,如钙、铁、磷、镁等,其 挥发油含有甘露糖醇、正葵醛、壬醛和芳樟醇等,可开胃醒脾。香菜内还含有苹果酸钾等。香菜中含的维生素c的量比普通蔬菜高得多,一般人食用7~10克香菜叶就能满足人体对维生素c的需求量;香菜中所含的胡萝卜素要比西红柿、菜豆、黄瓜等高出10倍多。苦瓜籽,苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒,入心、肝、脾、肺经具有清暑解渴、降血压、血脂芹菜籽,芹菜性凉,味甘辛,无毒;入肝,胆,心包经。主治清热除烦,平肝,主治高血压,头痛,头晕,暴热烦渴,黄疸,水肿,小便热涩不利,妇女***,赤白带下.瘰疬.痄腮等病症。芹菜性凉质滑,故脾胃虚寒,肠滑不固者食之宜慎。它有大量的胶质性碳酸钙,易被人体吸收,可补充双腿所需钙质,还能预防下半身浮肿。冬瓜籽,冬瓜含有糖、蛋白质、多种维生素和矿物质,营养丰富,既可以用来煮汤、做冬瓜蛊,也可以腌制成糖瓜冬等,且更可以入药治病。中医认为冬瓜味甘,性微寒,无毒,有利尿消肿、清热、止渴、解毒、减肥等作用。石榴籽,石榴性温,味甘或酸,具有生津止渴、涩肠止泻、杀虫止痢的功效。石榴含有石榴酸等多种有机酸,能帮助消化吸收,增进食欲;石榴有明显收敛、抑菌、抗病毒的作用,对痢疾杆菌有抑制、杀灭作用,对体内寄生虫有麻痹作用;石榴所含有维生素C和胡萝卜素都是抗氧化剂,可防止细胞癌变,能预防动脉粥样硬化;石榴叶子可制作石榴茶,能润燥解渴,如用以洗眼,还可明目、消除眼疾。油菜籽,一般人均可食用,特别适宜患口腔溃疡、口角湿白、齿龈出血、牙齿松动、淤血腹痛、癌症患者,但痧痘、孕早期妇女、目疾患者、小儿麻疹后期、疥疮、狐臭等慢性病患者要少食。丕兰籽,即球茎甘蓝籽,番茄籽,据营养学家研究测定:每人每天食用50克-100克鲜番茄,即可满足人体对几种维生素和矿物质的需要。有抑制细菌的作用;含的苹果酸、柠檬酸和糖类,有助消化的功能。丝瓜籽,有清凉、利尿、活血、通经、解毒之效,还有抗过敏、美容之效。韭菜籽,具有补肾,健胃,提神,止汗固涩等功效。在中医里,有人把韭菜称为"洗肠草"。白菜籽,益胃生津,清热除烦。苋菜籽,有润肠胃清热功效。芥蓝籽,芥蓝含纤维素、糖类等。其味甘,性辛,具备利水化痰、解毒祛风、除邪热、 解劳乏、清心明目等功效。黄瓜籽,清热止渴,利水消肿。
剩余的原料不再一一赘述,以以下几种为例说明:开心果,心果富含维生素、矿物质和抗氧化元素,具有低脂肪、低卡路里、高纤维的显著特点。无花果便秘者适宜食用。沙漠果,长期食用可以健脑、益脑。苹果,苹果中还有铜、碘、锰、锌、钾等元素。罗汉果,主治肺热痰火咳嗽、咽喉炎、扁桃体炎、急性胃炎、便秘等。花菜含有蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、食物纤维、维生素A、B、C、E、P、U和钙、磷、铁等矿物质。菜花质地细嫩,味甘鲜美,食后极易消化吸收,其嫩茎纤维,烹炒后柔嫩可口,适宜于中老年人、小孩和脾胃虚弱、消化功能不强者食用。尤其在暑热之际,口干渴、小便呈金黄色,大便硬实或不畅通时,用菜花30克煎汤,频频饮服,有清热解渴,利尿通便之功效。
香菜,香菜性温味甘,能健胃消食,发汗透疹,利尿通便,驱风解毒。菠菜富含类胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素K、矿物质(钙质、铁质等)、辅酶Q10等多种营养素。紫菜,富含蛋白质和碘、磷、钙等,具有化痰软坚、清热利水、补肾养心的功效。芹菜,味甘辛,无毒;入肝,胆,心包经。主治清热除烦,平肝。槐花,味道清香甘甜,富含维生素和多种矿物质,同时还具有清热解毒、凉血润肺、降血压、预防中风的功效。菊花,性甘、微寒,具有散风热、平肝明目、消咳止痛的功效,用于治疗头痛眩晕、目赤肿痛、风热感冒、咳嗽等病症效果显著,还具有提神醒脑的功效。金银花,金银花自古被誉为清热解毒的良药。它性甘寒气芳香,甘寒清热而不伤胃,芳香透达又可祛邪。金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒,用于各种热性病,如身热、发疹、发斑、热毒疮痈、咽喉肿痛等症,均效果显著。合欢花,老叶可以洗衣服;树皮供药用,有驱虫之效。它还有宁神作用,主要是治郁结胸闷、失眠健忘、滋阴补阳、眼疾、神经衰弱等功效。芍药花,饮用芍药花粥可以养血调经,治肝气不调、血气虚弱而见胁痛烦躁、经期腹痛等症。茶树花,茶树花内含成分具有解毒、抑菌、降糖、延缓衰老、防癌抗癌和增强免疫力等功效,其蛋白质、茶多糖、茶多酚、活性抗氧化物质超出茶叶中同类物质含量。丁香花,治胃寒痛胀、呃逆、吐泻、痹 痛、疝痛、口臭、牙痛。玫瑰花,鲜花可以蒸制芳香油,油的主要成分为左旋香芳醇,含量最高可达千分之六,供食用及化妆品用,花瓣可以制饼馅、玫瑰酒、玫瑰糖浆,干制后可以泡茶,花蕾入药治肝、胃气痛、胸腹胀满和***。果实含丰富的维生素C、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、枸橼酸、苹果酸及胡萝卜素等。种子含油约14%。桂花,淡黄白色,芳香,提取芳香油,制桂花浸膏,可用于食品、化妆品,可制糕点、糖果,并可酿酒。桂花味辛,可入药。牡丹花,牡丹不仅有观赏价值,而且还具有很高的药用价值,可益身延寿、养血和肝、散郁祛瘀。扁豆花,清热除湿,消暑热神昏,湿滞中焦,下痢脓血,夏日腹泻及赤白带下。代代花,味辛、微苦,性平。能舒肝理气,和胃止呕。虫草花,产于华南各地的蛤蚧,食药兼之。中医认为性平味咸,能补肺气、益精血、助阳道、止咳喘。其干品是一味贵重的中药材,如《本草纲目》:"蛤蚧补肺气,定喘止咳功同人参;益阴血,助精扶羸,功同羊肉。气液衰,阴血竭者宜用之。定喘止咳,莫佳于此。"同时《海药本草》说其"力在尾,尾不全者无效。"。
猴头菇,猴头菇性平味甘,有利五脏、助消化、滋补身体等功效。20世纪70年代以来,现代医学陆续证明猴头菌有良好的药用价值,临床应用表明,猴头菇可治疗消化不良、胃溃疡、胃窦炎、胃痛、胃胀及神经衰弱等疾病。大红菇富含纤维素具有使人有饱食感,有利于减肥,进食后可刺激胃肠道,可防治便秘、痔疮等疾病。

制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)分别称量粗米类原料、豆类原料、果仁类原料、种子类原料、鲜果类原料、蔬菜类原料、植物花类原料、稀有植物类原料、添加类原料,并将原料加压至100MPa,然后3s内瞬时泄压;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的原料放入容器中,利用水蒸气熏蒸10分钟,然后迅速水浴冷却至35℃;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的原料平摊于一平盘内,并在5分钟内将温度降低到-33℃,并放入真空仓内静置3小时;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的原料进行真空包装,得到成品。
本发明每包30g,食用时每餐一包即可,一天3-5包。直接用热水冲调食用。

(1)分别称量粗米类原料、豆类原料、果仁类原料、种子类原料、鲜果类原料、蔬菜类原料、植物花类原料、稀有植物类原料、添加类原料,并将原料加压至150MPa,然后4s内瞬时泄压;
(2)将步骤(1)处理后的原料放入容器中,利用水蒸气熏蒸10-25分钟,然后迅速水浴冷却至40℃;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的原料平摊于一平盘内,并在5-10分钟内将温度降低到-35℃,并放入真空仓内静置3-5小时;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的原料进行真空包装,得到成品。
本发明每包30g,食用时每餐一包即可,一天3-5包。直接用热水冲调食用。
使用实施例
李某,年龄25岁,男,体重123kg,身高170cm,属于肥胖人群。
2016年2月初开始食用本发明提供的素食餐,前三天每天食用5包,并无饥饿感,体重下降2.1kg;后坚持食用,现体重降低为93kg,未见反弹。

Claims (10)
1.一种素食餐,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:
粗米类原料35-45重量份;
豆类原料25-40重量份;
果仁类原料10-25重量份;
种子类原料15-25重量份;
鲜果类原料10-20重量份;
蔬菜类原料15-20重量份;
植物花类原料7-13重量份;
稀有植物类原料5-10重量份;
添加类原料3-7重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述粗米类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:红米,糯米,糙米,燕麦,白薏米,玉米,小麦,芥麦,黑小麦,黍米,西米,红薏米,黑小米,大麦,黑米,黄小米,黑糯米,黑玉米,麦苗,高粱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述豆类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:鹰嘴豆,红豆,黄豆,黑大豆,蚕豆,绿豆,扁豆,刀豆,青豆,老虎豆,荷兰豆,马豆,红芸豆,豇豆,垅船豆,龙豆,豌豆,白芸豆,黑小豆,土豆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述果仁类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:山核桃仁,榛果仁,葵花籽仁,松子仁,杏仁,白果果仁,腰果仁,郁李仁,火麻仁,酸枣仁,桃仁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述种子类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:南瓜籽,西瓜籽,亚麻籽,奇亚籽,木耳菜籽,角瓜籽,心里美萝卜籽,甜瓜籽,茄子籽,茼蒿籽,胡萝卜籽,香椿籽,菠菜籽,莴苣籽,空心菜籽,紫苏籽,生菜籽,笋瓜籽,雪里蕻籽,佛手瓜籽,葡萄籽,茶籽,辣木籽,西柚籽,橘籽,香菜籽,苦瓜籽,芹菜籽,冬瓜籽,石榴籽,油菜籽,丕兰籽,番茄籽,丝瓜籽,韭菜籽,木瓜籽,白菜籽,苋菜籽,芥蓝籽,黄瓜籽,花生,莲子。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述鲜果类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:开心果,无花果,沙漠果,苹果,罗汉果,红枣,黄桃,山楂,桑椹,香蕉,菠萝,柠檬。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述蔬菜类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:花菜,香菜,菠菜,紫菜,芹菜,胡萝卜,青萝卜,番茄,青椒,洋葱,山药,紫薯,南瓜,香芋。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述植物花类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:槐花,菊花,金银花,合欢花,芍药花,茶树花,丁香花,玫瑰花,桂花,牡丹花,扁豆花,苹果花,代代花,虫草花。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述稀有植物类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:猴头菇,大红菇,金针菇,冬菇,枸杞,黑枸杞,黑木耳,黑芝麻,白芝麻,白芷,红蘑,桑叶,黄秋葵,香菇,蓝莓,蔓越莓,葛根粉,藕粉,决明子,百合,芡实,巴旦木,猕猴桃,茯苓,银耳,沙棘,榛蘑,冻干雪梨,极大螺旋藻,牛肝菌,玛卡,松茸,松花粉,羊肚菌。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种素食餐,其特征在于,所述添加类原料包括以下组分组成的混合物:鸡内金,木糖醇,低聚果糖,左旋肉碱。
