技术领域
本发明涉及一种束带夹紧件,详细而言,是一种降低对缠绕于线束的电线组的束带进行捆束固定的主体部分的高度的束带夹紧件。
背景技术
为了对布线于汽车等中的线束的电线组进行捆束并且将线束固定到车身上,以往,使用由树脂成形的各种形状的束带夹紧件。关于以往的束带夹紧件1,例如图6(A)~(C)所示,具备:盒状的主体2,将缠绕于线束的电线组D的束带5插通并卡定;束带5,从该主体2进行延伸;及夹紧件6,从主体2的外表面突出且***并卡定于车身面板的面板孔。在主体2上设有插通束带5的插通孔3,并且在该插通孔3的内部突出地设置有舌片(弹性片)4,该舌片4设有与设于所插通的束带5表面的锯齿状的被卡定部5a卡合的卡定爪4a(参照日本特开2002-320317号公报(专利文献1))。
在上述构成的束带夹紧件1中,如图6(B)所示,将缠绕于电线组D的束带5插通于主体2的插通孔3并进行拉伸,在束带的紧固位置,如图6(C)所示,能够通过使舌片4的卡定爪4a与束带5的被卡定部5a卡合而用束带5捆束电线组D。

发明内容
但是,上述束带夹紧件1的盒状的主体2需要在具有规定厚度的上壁2a和下壁2b之间设置将用于锁定而结合的舌片4设于内部的插通孔3,因此主体2的高度H容易变大。在主体2的高度H变大时线束的布线空间变小,并且固定于车身的线束的重心位置变高,因此有时导致稳定性变差。而且,主体2除了需要具备使夹紧件6突出的下壁2b之外,还需要具备形成上述插通孔3的上壁2a及侧壁2c,因此也存在因这些壁2a、2c而导致的重量增加及制造成本增加这样的问题。
本发明的课题在于提供一种能够降低对缠绕于线束的电线组的束带进行捆束固定的主体的高度且还能够抑制重量及制造成本的束带夹紧件。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种束带夹紧件,具备:主体;束带,从该主体进行延伸而一体成形;及车身卡定用的夹紧件,以能够移动的方式安装于上述主体并从该主体的外表面突出;
上述主体形成为使设有束带插通孔的纵板部从设有夹紧件安装孔的横板部的一端弯折的L字形,使上述束带从上述纵板部的突出端延伸,在该束带上沿长度方向空开间隔地设有卡定孔,
并且,上述夹紧件具备:轴部,能够移动地内嵌于上述主体的夹紧件安装孔;车身卡定用的叶片部,设于该轴部的一端;束带卡定爪,突出地设置于该轴部的另一端的外周面;及主体卡定爪,突出地设置于该轴部的中间部的外周面;
上述束带夹紧件如下构成:预先使将上述轴部以能够移动的方式***于上述主体的夹紧件的上述束带卡定爪卡定于上述夹紧件安装孔的前端开口周缘而进行临时固定,在缠绕于线束的电线组的上述束带通过了上述束带插通孔的状态下,推压上述夹紧件而将束带卡定爪***并卡定于上述束带的卡定孔,在该位置使上述主体卡定爪与上述主体的表面抵接。
如上述那样,在本发明的束带夹紧件中,主体形成为使设有束带插通孔的纵板部从在中央设有夹紧件安装孔的横板部的一端弯折的L字形。而且,将在一端侧突出地设置有车身卡定用的叶片部的夹紧件的轴部以能够移动的方式内嵌于上述横板部的夹紧件安装孔,并且,在该轴部的另一端外周面上设有***并卡定于束带的卡定孔的束带卡定爪,在轴部的中间部的外周面上设有在上述束带卡定爪***并卡定于束带的卡定孔时与主体的表面抵接的主体卡定爪。
因此,将缠绕于线束的电线组的束带插通并紧固于上述纵板部的束带插通孔,使上述横板部的夹紧件安装孔和束带的规定的卡定孔连通,由此,仅通过将使轴部以能够移动的方式内嵌于夹紧件安装孔的夹紧件向束带侧推压,就能够使轴部前端的束带卡定爪***并卡定于上述束带的卡定孔,从而将束带固定。同时,能够使轴部中间位置的主体卡定爪和与束带相反一侧的主体表面抵接。即,夹紧件的轴部***于紧固状态下的束带的卡定孔,且通过该轴部的束带卡定爪和主体卡定爪向轴部前后方向的夹入,使轴部不会从上述束带的卡定孔脱离或向轴部前后方向错移,因此能够牢固地保持束带的捆束。而且,轴部通过向上述束带的卡定孔的***并卡定而被牢固地固定,因此由轴部下端侧的叶片部引起的车身卡定也能够以稳定的状态切实地进行。因此,无需像以往那样设置供用于锁定而结合的舌片向内部突出的具有较高高度的插通孔或上壁,因此能够将主体的高度抑制得较低,能够扩宽线束的布线空间,并且还提高固定于车身的线束的稳定性。而且,不需要具备设成盒状主体时的上壁及侧壁,因此还能够抑制重量及制造成本。
而且,如上述那样,预先将以能够移动的方式***于夹紧件的安装孔的夹紧件轴部的束带卡定爪卡定于夹紧件安装孔的前端开口周缘而进行临时固定,由此,仅通过用一只手拉伸插通于束带插通孔的束带并用另一只手将夹紧件向束带侧推压就能够使束带卡定爪容易地***并卡定于束带的卡定孔,能够有效地进行捆束作业。而且,还能够通过临时固定夹紧件来防止夹紧件的丢失。
优选在上述主体的横板部突出地设置有包围上述夹紧件安装孔的盘部。根据上述构成,能够使盘部紧贴于车身面板并且将从夹紧件安装孔突出的夹紧件的叶片部卡定于面板孔,能够实现更稳定的车身卡定。
优选在上述轴部的外周上沿圆周方向空开间隔地设有2~4个上述夹紧件的上述束带卡定爪及主体卡定爪,上述束带卡定爪从轴部前端朝向后方倾斜地突出,并且,上述主体卡定爪朝向上述束带卡定爪侧的前方倾斜地突出。
如上述那样,通过使束带卡定爪从轴部前端朝向后方倾斜地突出,能够使上述束带卡定爪向内侧挠曲并顺畅地***于位于比束带卡定爪更靠近前方的束带的卡定孔。而且,在使上述束带卡定爪向外侧弹性复原而卡定于束带的卡定孔之后,能够通过呈锥状向后方扩宽的束带卡定爪来防止轴部向后方移动。
而且,如上述那样,通过使主体卡定爪朝向前方倾斜地突出,在束带卡定爪***并卡定于束带的卡定孔时,能够切实地使呈锥状向前方扩宽的主体卡定爪和与束带的相反一侧的主体表面抵接,该主体卡定爪起到止动件的作用,能够阻止轴部继续向前方移动。
即,通过上述构成,在轴部前端的束带卡定爪***并卡定于束带的卡定孔之后,可有效地防止该轴部从束带的卡定孔脱离或向轴部前后方向错移,因此能够更加牢固地保持束带的捆束状态。
发明效果
如上述那样,在本发明的束带夹紧件中,主体形成为使设有束带插通孔的纵板部从在中央设有夹紧件安装孔的横板部的一端弯折的L字形,而且,将在一端侧突出地设置有车身卡定用的叶片部的夹紧件的轴部以能够移动的方式内嵌于上述横板部的夹紧件安装孔。而且,在上述轴部的另一端外周面上设有***并卡定于束带的卡定孔的束带卡定爪,在轴部的中间部外周面上设有在上述束带卡定爪***并卡定于束带的卡定孔时与主体的表面抵接的主体卡定爪。

以下,参照附图并对本发明的束带夹紧件的实施方式进行说明。
图1至图5表示本发明的实施方式。本实施方式的束带夹紧件10如图5所示,将束带17缠绕在布线于汽车中的线束的电线组D并在主体11的位置进行捆束固定,并且将从主体11的下表面突出的夹紧件19***并卡定于车身面板30的面板孔31,从而将线束的电线组D固定于车身,由树脂成形品形成的束带夹紧件10包括主体11、从该主体11延伸而一体成形的束带17及以能够移动的方式安装于主体11且从主体11的下表面突出的车身卡定用的夹紧件19。
主体11形成为使纵板部14从横板部12的一端弯折的L字形,在横板部12的中央设有可移动地内嵌夹紧件19的圆柱状的轴部20的夹紧件安装孔13,并且在横板部12的下表面侧突出地设置有包围夹紧件安装孔13的椭圆形的盘部16。而且,在纵板部14设有用于插通缠绕于电线组D的束带17的束带插通孔15,并且使缠绕于线束的电线组D的带状的束带17从纵板部14的突出端延伸,在该束带17上沿长度方向空开间隔地设有直径与夹紧件安装孔13相同的卡定孔18。

另外,如上述那样,在束带17上沿长度方向空开间隔地设有多个卡定孔18,但在图4中仅示出了束带卡定爪22所***并卡定的规定的卡定孔18。
因此,在本实施方式的束带夹紧件10中,无需像以往那样设置供用于锁定而结合的舌片向内部突出的具有较高高度的插通孔或上壁,因此能够将主体的高度抑制得较低。因此,能够扩宽线束的布线空间,并且还能够提高固定于车身的线束的稳定性。而且,不需要具备设成盒状主体时的上壁及侧壁,因此还能够抑制重量及制造成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的束带夹紧件,其中,
在所述主体的横板部突出地设置有包围所述夹紧件安装孔的盘部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的束带夹紧件,其中,
在所述轴部的外周上沿圆周方向空开间隔地设有2~4个所述夹紧件的所述束带卡定爪及主体卡定爪,所述束带卡定爪从轴部前端朝向后方倾斜地突出,并且,所述主体卡定爪朝向所述束带卡定爪侧的前方倾斜地突出。
