- 7、一种现浇防火门的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:①、在搅拌机中先加入氯化镁溶液、短纤维和改性剂搅拌均匀;再加入其他组份材料搅拌得到液状无机胶凝材料;②、启动制板机或手工操作,将无机胶凝材料均匀的涂在面板上,分别制成受火面板和背火面板,所述背火面板应提前20分钟以上涂无机胶凝材料待初凝,受火面板无机胶凝材料涂层为4-10毫米,背火面板无机胶凝材料涂层为3-6毫米,同一门扇的受火面板无机胶凝材料涂层厚度≥背火面板无机胶凝材料涂层厚度;在框架形状对应的模具内现浇上一层防火无机胶凝材料层,所述涂层大小4毫米小于10毫米,并将框架放在现浇有防火无机胶凝材料的模具内;③、启动发泡机械,将发泡剂制成微小的空气泡并掺入液状无机胶凝材料中再次搅拌;④、将所述受火面板涂无机胶凝材料面朝上,将龙骨架对正角度后放在受火面板的无机胶凝材料上粘合,将己制好备用的液状发泡无机胶凝材料注入龙骨架空腹中填满,再将待初凝状态的背火面板无机胶凝材料面盖在门扇龙骨架上粘合;⑤、启动液压机将粘合的门扇和框架进行初步压整,以调整厚度要求;⑥、将己压整至固定厚度的门扇10-30扇,整齐叠合平放在液压机上平衡施压,门扇内的无机胶凝材料迅速发生化学反应并产生高温,在固定压力下各门扇受火面板、龙骨架和背火面板的无机胶凝材料整体融合在一起;通过液压机加压使模具内的防火无机胶凝材料挤压在框架的应火面和框架与门扇的结合部位和密封条上;⑦、四小时后待门扇和框架上的无机胶凝材料完全凝固后解除压力;⑧、对门扇和柜架进行切割整形贴装饰面或镶边,得到最终产品。
