Abstract

The cleaning and polishing machine has a chassis supporting a separator plate (2) and a suction hose connection (1), with a metal ring (4) fitted with a brush crown or a lamella crown, locating relative to the chassis (1) and contacting the ground under the force of its own weight. The dust and/or water on the floor surface is removed in the suction hose connection, the brush or lamella crown preventing its escape to the side, with an intensive suction zone between the latter and a central cleaning or polishing tool (5). ADVANTAGE - Efficient removal of dirt or water from cleaned floor surface.

  Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Bodenreinigungs- und Schleifmaschine mit integrierter Absaugvorrichtung gemäss Patentanspruch 1. 



  Von bekannten Maschinen dieser Art unterscheidet sich die erfindungsgemässe Bodenreinigungsmaschine dadurch, dass im Chassis fest montiert ein Separatorenblech sowie ein Saugstutzen sind. 



  Ferner ist ein Metallring der wahlweise mit einem Borstenkranz oder mit einem Lamellenkranz ausgerüstet ist schwimmend im Chassis befestigt. 



  Dieser Ring liegt am Boden durch sein Eigengewicht auf und hält einerseits mechanisch und andererseits durch den Luftzug die Staub- oder Wasserpartikel davon ab nach aussen zu gelangen. Dank den Luftspalts einerseits zwischen den Arbeitsgeräten und andererseits zwischen dem Ring und dem Borstenkranz oder dem Lamellenkranz entsteht eine intensive Saugzone die alle Staub- oder Wasserpartikel abzieht.

  Am Chassis 1 ist ein Separatorenblech 2 fest montiert ebenso ist ein Absaugstutzen 3 fest eingebaut. 



  Der Ring 4 mit Borsten oder Lamellen ist schwimmend ins Chassis gestellt. 



  Das Arbeitsgerät 5 sitzt mit einem Bajonettverschluss fest auf der Getriebeglocke 6. 



  Die Klammern 8 halten den Borsten- oder Lamellenkranz 9. Am Absaugstutzen 3 kann ein xbeliebiger Staub- und Wassersauger angeschlossen werden. Ferner beteht auch die Möglichkeit direkt an der Führungsstange 7 einen Staubsauger anzubringen.

  Furthermore, a metal ring that is optionally equipped with a bristle ring or with a lamellar ring is floatingly attached to the chassis.



  This ring rests on the floor due to its own weight and keeps mechanically on the one hand and the dust or water particles from the outside on the other hand due to the draft. Thanks to the air gaps on the one hand between the tools and on the other hand between the ring and the bristle ring or the lamellar ring, an intensive suction zone is created which removes all dust or water particles.

  A separator plate 2 is fixedly mounted on the chassis 1 and an extraction nozzle 3 is also permanently installed.



  The ring 4 with bristles or lamellae is placed floating in the chassis.



  The implement 5 sits firmly on the bell housing 6 with a bayonet catch.



  The brackets 8 hold the bristle or lamellar ring 9. An x-type dust and water suction device can be connected to the suction nozzle 3. Furthermore, there is also the possibility of attaching a vacuum cleaner directly to the guide rod 7.

Claims

1. Bodenreinigungs- und Schleifmaschine mit Absaugung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Saugstutzen sowie ein Separatorenblech im Chassis fest montiert sind und ein Ring schwimmend im Chassis sitzt, der gegenüber den jeweiligen Arbeitsgeräten einen Luftspalt aufweist, ebenso sind zwischen dem Borsten- oder Lamellenkranz und dem Ring ein Luftspalt, durch den eine starke Luftströmung entsteht, die verhindert, dass Staub- oder Wasserpartikel nach aussen gelangen. 1.
