Abstract

Resumo: "PRODUTO COMESTìVEL COM PALADAR AMARGO, AZEDO E/OU ADSTRINGENTE MASCARADO". A presente invenção refere-se a produtos comestíveis com paladar amargo, azedo e/ou adstringente mascarado. Os novos produtos compreendem um agente adoçante e de 0,2 a 25% em peso de um éster de esterol vegetal, onde a quantidade de agente adoçante é reduzida em relação a um produto regular.
