Abstract
trata-se de métodos para produção de um elemento de reforço interno de armação de porta de veículo tridimensional, para produção de uma armação de porta de veículo e para produção de uma estrutura de reforço de veículo. um método para produção de um elemento de reforço interno de armação de porta de veículo tridimensional (52) que compreende uma parte de pilar central interna (66), uma parte de pilar frontal interna (68) e uma parte de trilho lateral interna (64) que une a parte de pilar central interna (66) e a parte de pilar frontal interna (68). o método compreende: - fornecer um bloco bruto de pilar central interno, um bloco bruto de pilar frontal interno e um bloco bruto de trilho lateral interno, sendo que os ditos blocos brutos internos são substancialmente planos, - montar o bloco bruto de pilar central interno e o bloco bruto de pilar frontal interno no bloco bruto de trilho lateral interno a fim de formar um bloco bruto de reforço interno de armação de porta substancialmente plano, - estampar a quente o bloco bruto de reforço interno de armação de porta para conformar o elemento de reforço interno de armação de porta tridimensional (52).
