método para a preparação de chapas, método para a fabricação de um bloco bruto soldado, método para a fabricação de uma parte endurecida por prensagem, bloco bruto soldado, dispositivo para a fabricação de blocos brutos soldados e uso de uma parte de aço. a invenção se refere principalmente a um método para a preparação de chapas de aço fabricadas para formar um bloco bruto de aço soldado, o que inclui as seguintes etapas em sucessão: obtenção de pelo menos uma primeira chapa de aço pré-revestida (11) e uma segunda chapa de aço pré-revestida (12), constituídas por um substrato de aço (25, 26) e um pré-revestimento (15, 16) constituído de uma camada de liga intermetálica (17, 18) em contato com o substrato de aço, camada metálica por uma camada de metal alumínio ou liga de alumínio ou liga à base de alumínio (19, 20), sendo que a primeira chapa (11) tem uma face principal (111), uma face principal oposta (112), e pelo menos uma face secundária (71), e a segunda chapa (12) tem uma face principal (121), uma face principal oposta (122) e pelo menos uma face secundária (72), depois a primeira (11) e a segunda (12) chapas são posicionadas de modo que deixem um vão (31) de 0,02 a 2 mm entre as faces secundárias (71) e (72) que estão voltadas uma para outra, sendo que a conjugação das primeira (11) e da segunda (12) chapas define um plano mediano (51) perpendicular às faces principais da primeira chapa (11) e da segunda chapa (12), depois através da fundição e da vaporização simultâneas nas faces principais (111) e (121), a camada de liga metálica (19) é removida em uma zona periférica (61) da chapa (11), e a camada de liga metálica (20) em uma zona periférica (62) da chapa (12), sendo que as zonas periféricas (61) e (62) são as zonas das faces principais (111) e (121) mais próximas em relação ao plano mediano (51) localizadas cada uma em qualquer lado do mesmo.
