Abstract

método e instalação para produção de tiras de aço a quente com eficiência de energia. a presente invenção refere-se a um método para produção contínua ou semicontínua de tiras de aço a quente, as quais, começando de uma placa (3) guiada através de um equipamento de guia de placa (6), é laminada em um trem de laminação de desbaste (4) de preferivelmente 4 cadeiras, o método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: lingotamento de uma placa (3) em um molde (2), a placa (3) sendo reduzida até uma espessura de entre 60 e 95mm, preferivelmente uma espessura de entre 70 e 85 mm, no processo de redução do núcleo líquido por meio do equipamento de guia de placa adjacente, o comprimento de apoio de placa (l) medido entre os meniscos, isto é, o nível do banho, do molde e uma extremidade de equipamento de guia de placa (6) que está de frente para o trem de laminação de desbaste (4) estando entre 12 m e 15,5m, e a velocidade de lingotamento (v~ c~) variando de 3,8 a 7m/min. como resultado de uma combinação de parâmetros de lingotamento conforme a invenção, é garantido que a ponta de cratera da placa sempre se estende até a vizinhança da extremidade do equipamento de guia de placa (6) independentemente das respectivas velocidades máximas de lingotamento que dependem do grau particular do material.
