Abstract

"PROCEDIMENTO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAçãO CONTìNUA DE UMA TIRA METáLICA LAMINADA, A PARTIR DE MASSA FUNDIDA DE METAL". A presente invenção se refere a um procedimento e a um dispositivo para a fabricação contínua de uma tira metálica laminada a partir de uma massa fundida de metal, sendo que uma tira de metal fundida é produzida num dispositivo para fundição de tiras (5) e, consecutivamente, a tira metálica não dividida é laminada até atingir a espessura final da tira em um montante de cilindros (18). Para regular o deslocamento da tira, estão previstos dispositivos de direcionamento da tira (19), especialmente posicionados antes do montante de cilindros. Para garantir para a tira metálica, do lado da entrada do montante de cilindros ou do local da moldagem por laminação, dependendo das dimensões apresentadas pela tira, uma entrada estável da tira para dentro do montante de cilindros, com reduzido dispêndio de recursos para a instalação, a presente invenção propõe que o direcionamento da tira atue, ou seja efetuado, antes do montante de cilindros, a uma distância de 1,0 até 10,0 vezes a largura da tira, preferencialmente à distância de 1,5 vezes até 5,0 vezes a largura da tira.
