Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir una banda de metal (1) por fundición y laminación, en donde primero una losa (3) se funde en una máquina de fundición (2) al dispensar metal desde un molde (4), en donde la lasa (3) se desvía desde la dirección vertical a la dirección horizontal en la región de una guía de hebra (5), en donde la losa (3) se templa luego en un horno (6), en donde la losa (3) se lamina en un tren de laminación (7) después del horno (6) y en donde la lasa (3) se procesa ya sea en operación por lotes discontinua o en operación continua o semi-continua en dependencia de una manera especificada de operación. De acuerdo con la invención, con el fin de crear condiciones de proceso óptimas para todos los modos de funcionamiento deseados, la losa (3) para ser laminada o la banda metálica (1) que se está laminando se somete a calentamiento en la región del tren de laminación (7) al menos entre dos soportes de laminación (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) por medio de un inductor (15).
